
P90X Day 85
As you all know this is my final week Recovery week!!!!!!!!! I have come, I have and I will conquer.!!!!! My breakfast this morning was raisin bran clusters Lightly sweetened wheet & bran flakes with plump raisins and clusters!!! I also had my coffee black and a glass orange juice. I had a few cars this morning Oil changes and tires mostly. Lots of customers have been coming in for oil /lube jobs and tires as of this past coming weeks. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was a lean cuisen steak, pepper, tomato, cheese on the bread that it comes with. I had some grapes and a glass of water to go with all of that. This afternoon I undercoated and rustproofed a vehicle with a state inspection, this afternoon we slowed right down again so that sucked cause for about the last 2 hours of work there was nothing to do once again. Tonight for dinner I had mac and cheese with ham and brocilli and a glass of milk. After dinner my wife and I started calling all of our friends and people who are close to us and family to all get together for my wife’s and my birthday double party. Thats right my birthday is tuesday and my wifes on sunday of this week. So we are having our once a year double birthday bash. Last years party we had a quad party. It was me my wife and 2 more of our friends for a total annilation birthday blow out the walls party and forget about the rest. If you are not here to party then step aside. Well with all that being said tonight was Yoga X night. I remained focused during my warriors really putting my arms at a real nice distanct from me allowing my body to strecth out to the full max. I have also made my arms no longer flair out at all during chateranges up into cobra, I do get my knees up off the ground aswell… Might aswell right bring it. I would however like for my legs to be a lot more flexible but during a few of my excercises tonight I just can’t seem to really // really get my legs to go straight. On the other hand, I do fight it little by little to try and get that extra distance. The yoga block also helps me during the moves due to my legs not being able to flex my hand all the way to the ground , so the yoga block is my friend during my yoga. It also feels real nice on your hand rather than the ground, you do get that extra comfort in it also. When you are doing yoga the whole point is to be comfortable so these yoga blocks sure do make a diference. They are well worth it!!! Yoga has helped me along my way with controlling my body and motions with flexibility. I know i said it back awhile ago about yoga being so long but now I can get the hang off it and, I don’t mind working my yoga P90X skills cause it has helped me master this course. The P90X Challenge!!!!!

P90X Day 83
Hello and good morning to you. This morning I slept in till 8 that was nice. I did not go to bed till 3 in the morning due to playing world of warcraft all night. My breakfast today was 2 whole wheat waffles plain 5 strawberries cut up into small pieces spread over my waffles. I had a glass of apple juice and a coffee black. After breakfast my wife started wraping up presents while I drank my coffee. We just hung out and talked while see wraped presents. Now that there all wraped up time to make some room in the closet to store all of them till christmas, we are mostly done already with buying gifts, it was a good thing we did too rather be done now. Then have to go out last minute and deal with all the rushing around. My wife left to go to big lots to just check on a few things there since she hasn’t been there in awile (you all know how much girls like to shop) My A.M. snack was a P90X protein bar, I almost forgot my snack but I wolfed one down before I started yoga. Now I have the house to myself for yoga X. My kids are playing at the neighbors house so I had a very peaceful yoga exp today, I cleared up all the crap in my head today and went for it. My wrist during the chaterages only needed a small shake out today. I felt alot better than my prevois yogas were I lost form due to my wrist acting up. Today on the other hand I was doing all pushups back from downward dog. A coulpe of times boosting right up almost like a spring. My balance postures were much better today also. I held up good straight postures with clean form, when on a few moves if I came out of it, I corrected my form and went right back into the form without losing posture. I tell you what yoga has helped me along my journey, with flexibility, endurance, posture, and my back problem that only once in a great while comes back, then is gone. My crane today was held very nicely I did infact come out of it for about 8 secondes but gathered up and brought it back for the remander of thre time. Table and chair form I reached as much as I could to gain straightness with my form. I did my wheel I raised right up for a few then came out of that cause my form started to drift. During bridge I did much better with my hands behind my back rather than try to do a move that wasn’t going to work for me. I also put up my leg during bridge and fought for my leg to be straight. My flexibility is really improving for me. During corpse pose when I relax I release it all and colapse, clear mind and just about doze off. When I came out of that during my voice hummmmmmmmmmmmmmsssssssssssssssssss. As soon as I was done with those I opened up my eyes and felt great. I did my yoga for the week, I also have the rest of the day to enjoy. Have a good day

P90X Day 74
My breakfast this morning was garnola with a glass of milk and a smallcup of a protein shake I had made for my wife this morning. Last night the tooth fairy came to visit my daughter se lost a tooth last night. This morning she was excited she got a 2 dollar bill for the missing tooth. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. I worked on a dodge neon today. It needs collant hoses, heater core hoses, collant flush, radiator the transmission cooler lines went in the radiator so all of the collant mixed with the transmission fluid what a mess. Also repalced the trans solonoid pack and trans cooler lines, dropped the trans pan changed the filter, and did a flush to the transmission. The car also got all new coolant, I had to flush out that about 3 tmes with water till the trans fluid was no longer present in the coolant. The res bottle also needed to be taken out of the car and cleaned properly cause the trans fluid got into that also. My afternoon snack was carrot sticks, no hummus today I don’t have any at home so just the carrots and a glass of water. Tonight is open house at the kids school so we are going to that after dinner tonight. That will be nice to see the kids classrooms and see the work they have been doing so far this year. My dinner tonight was celery sticks ans 1 1/2 slices of pizza cheese only, and tomato slice with fat free ranch dressing. A glass of water to drink with dinner. On to px90. Yoga X was good I am streching much better. My body is not so out of shape anymore so I can move alot more than before. Yoga helps me get the results I need to make change. If your just hanging around during yoga or not there you need to feel it and get in gear It will help the hour and a half go by much quicker. Once your warmed up things move much easier for your yoga excercises thats about it thanks everyone.

P90X Day 68
Hey everyone my breakfast this morning was 3 whole pancakes with surup, a glass of orange juice, and a coffe black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was left overs from the night before. My P.M. snack was whole wheat crackers (6) and low fat cheese slices to make mini sandwiches. My work day is going smooth, I made lots of hours during my A.M. shift plenty to do there today. Now it is time the time we have all been waitng for all year round Halloween and trick or treating with your family. IM GOING R U ???? I got out of work early at 3 and proceeded to go out TRICK OR TREATING with my kids. We had a real great time getting candy, I must tell you all I did have a few whoppers and a loly pop. Other than that I did not eat a tone of candy. My dinner tonight when I got home from all the fun, was a salad with about 10 carrot sticks you guys now what I mea the little pre cut carrot sticks that are great for dipping in sauce, And I had a glass of milk. We did very well as far a the candy went , you know the kids like it. I t was a nice night with my family. Our house got a few visitors to trickor treat, my son and I were throwing out the candy filling up bags when people came up to the door. That way we get out the candy from our house it will help us not to be tempted by eating it all. After awhile the ghosts and goblins settled down and the candles went out on the pumpkins we had sitting out on our porch. The night was coming to an end. But wait there still P90X workout to do, Yoga X ……..I only did 1 hour of yoga tonight enough to stretch out and get loose, I’m very exhausted and I want to shower and go to sleep. I had a long day.

P90X Day 60
Hello this morning my son woke up sick with a major cold, we have been giving him some cold medicine. Its not working all that great he has been sick pretty much all week long, today is just getting worse. My breakfast this morning was a glass of milk and some fruit bread. My A.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. At around 10 ish today I got a call at work it was the school calling, my son had been at the nurses office since he got to school. I needed to leave work and go pick him up so I missed out on just about a whole days worth of work which for me means I don’t make any money today. I then went home and called his doctor for an app. No luck there he was booked up for the day no time to see him now. I took my son to urgent care, 3 hours later we got out of there so most of that time was spent waiting to get treated. My sons health comes before anything thats how I handle these types of situations. After that we went to Walmart to get his medicine filled. We ate lunch at Blimpies subs, I had a 6 inch turkey sub, my son had a turkey sub kids meal. I also went shopping for groceries while we waited for the prescription. My P.M. snack was a recovery drink. My dinner was chicken wings with celery, carrots, low fat blue cheese dressing. I have not had chicken wings since the super bowl last year so I think I was due. My yoga tonight went well I continue to get the most out of this even though I’m not all that flexible. I strive to Bring it, I strive to be the warrior I have grown to be doing the P90X. My results are really starting to show. During the stretch exercise I really go in as deep as I can in all of these. My wrist did alot better tonight for me during the first session dropping in to the moves. Have a good night folks Ill see you for the weekend.

P90X Day 54
hello everyone happy friday once again. This morning for my breakfast I had 2 whole wheat waffles and 2 spoons of surup, with aglass of skim milk, and a coffie black. My A.M snack was a P90X protein bar. These protein bars really pack a power packtee punch right across the energized body. Try one today you will enjoy it and you will go back for more I DO!!! there a great source of protein and a healthy choice for the P90X. My lunch today was left over hambuger helper with mixed vegatables. My day at work is going so slow today there hardly any work to do at all just a couple of L.O.F’s Lube, Oil, Filter, don’t forget to check fluids and set tire pressure’s. If you don’t I dont care My number is not on your Repair Order. But the customer will so you better do your job to max, and remember no one AND I MEAN NO ONE LIKES TO BE SHORT CHANGED. If you pay for a service you expect to get that service don’t you???? Yes you do, so you better BRING IT TO THE TABLE and face the product properly. That’s 5 STAR RATING !!!! My P.M. snack was a sourdough pretzel. Tonight for dinner My family and I went to Rubeytuesdays. I got a 32 oz of Samuel Adams Octoberfest, a turkey burger with lettuce, onion, tomato,bacon, and dressing with fries, I also had a large salad from the salad bar, with lite ranch dressing. After that we all got our hair cuts at the mall. Saturay is my cousins wedding so we all need too clean up before we go. After that my son got a Darth Vadar action figure from the toy store. He was hapy about that!!!!! Something, Something, Something Darkside. Something, Something, Something USE THE FORCE !!!!!!!O__O LOL. Yoga tonight for me was a just alright. My left wrist was starting up on me again when i was doing my chaterangas so i had to majorly motify them everytime i went down to that position i had to let go cause of my wrist it kept binding up on me. I enjoyed all the warriors tonight and the streching part with the legs some of my streches are getting a weee bit better. My YOGA BLOCK came in handy for me to tonight on some of my harder streches like the cresent pose, traingle pose. My balance posture is getting stronger my build is much better than 2 months ago, so I can really see yoga does help in ways for your body as a whole to move forward, and or to become more flexable. I started tonights workout at 9:OO so I didnt finish until 10:30. For me its late and I need to tighten up a few loose ends before bed time. Enjoy your night and have a great 1 be well…..

P90X Day 46
Jen: Last day of the “housewife title”. I must admit it is something I will miss. Let’s face it, mom is a person that can take the place of many things but is also someone that can never be replaced. My anal self will have to adjust to how my kids and husband do the things I used to do. I am grateful that they are all pitching in to make all of this possible for me. Just to clarify a litte…..I will be attending school for the next few months to get my CNA again (I let it lapse too long), but after that I will be enrolling in school for my LPN AND working AND being mommy. I truly believe we mothers are super hereos that just don’t have capes (maybe aprons instead?). So if I can achieve all this I know all of you other mommies can too. Sorry to sound a little preachy and silly, but it is important for everyone to know that you can and SHOULD go after what you want in life. Be it better health (in which case I recommend P90X), your career, your marriage, etc. Today was a great way to end the 5 year stay at home mom career. It was beautiful day out so I was able to brush and walk my dog. I got all my little duckies in a row as far as the house goes. And after dinner we took our kids to the school sponsered roller skating party. Let me tell you, and hour and a half of skating tires me out a lot faster than it used to at 13! It was a lot of fun though!!! After that we came home and tucked our very sore and tired children into bed and started our yoga…….as if my legs weren’t already screaming. It felt good to stretch out those sore calf muscles though. Downward dog really helped with that one. My balance was better this week than it was last week. I was falling over constantly it seemed last week. Maybe something to do with the cold I had? I am finally able to do the reaching under twisting pretzel pose (not the technical name but that’s what I call it). It is HARD and it HURTS the first few times. But now I can do it and not fall over or have my leg collapse from excess quivering LOL. I know I’ve said it before, but I truly enjoy doing this one. Such a relaxed time. The “OOOOMMMMMSSSSSSS” at the end still crack me and the kids up, but laughter is a good release too right? Tomorrow is legs and back. We’ll see how that goes after 8 hours on my feet LOL!
Tom: HI Breakfast today was a protein shake banana, berries, milk, protein powder, and ice!!!! tasty !!!! My A.M. snack was a RECOVERY DRINK!!!! hints hits the spot everytime you should try 1. My lunch was a turkey breast sandwich with spainach leafs, salad, mustard, tomato, whole wheat bread. Work today was alright I completed the PT cruiser guess what it ran fine and doesn’t overheat anymore. Thank me for doing a super job!!! Did a few Pre Inspections to a couple of new car . I also completed a few used cars I had lined up so that was good to make hours today. For dinner I had a glass of milk, salmon, asperguas, and wild brown rice. I dashed the top of the fish with BBQ suace to give it some flavor cause I still have issues eating fish straight. Yoga X tonight was good but long one hour and a half is alot to do, but it needs to be done. I payed extra attention on keeping my body parts a straight as possible. Yoga for me is improving I am really putting my form to the test. Fighting very hard to keep very clean posture during the holds. Streching is getting real good. I’m very focused when it comes to yoga x I have been getting in the zone. I like doing yoga its even good for the men to get out there and try it out with getting into the P90X program you will all need to cause yoga is one of the base excercises for form without form you aren’t giving it your all. My family and I also went to the School roller skating party so that was fun to. The kids had a blast even I skated tonight, I was doing the backwards skating to, with some heal to heal roundabouts while going around the corners. I had a few near close falls, I almost took some people out but only I fell. It was a good night for my family we had fun, and I did my workout to the extreme!!! See you friday
