Day 90 of P90X has come!!!!My breakfast this morning was a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a glass of milk and a coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink, man have these recovery drinks have really helped me get through this program. The recovery drink is what you need to get on with a full blow workout like P90X. I did my yoga x today earlier in the day. Yoga for me is still a challege even on day 90, Yoga has helped me out thought alot as far as bending, streaching, flexibility. Today I actually fell out of a couple of my balance postures but quickly recovered from them. Not sure if it had to do with just working out before lunch or not. I did however do very well today on keeping my form focused with nice clean form. Yoga has taught me that even if you are not so flexible there is always room for change. Thats what this P90X has done for me, it has changed me into the best shape I have ever and I mean ever been in. Yoga is a wonderful way to start out your day, when you really focus on doing these moves and keeping good form your ody will just allow it to help you get through it at all times. Again today I also had a couple of times when I had to shack out my wrists cause some of these moves do put a small strain on certain joints depending on how you apply your form. For me I’m not an expert, or a trainer on yoga, but I do try to get the most out of it. I will say this Today was a nice yoga day to end my experience of my P90X program. I have really got alot out of this program. Try to stay in any workout or eating fitness guide for 90 days, it for me was quite a challenege. I have over come all odds I have went to the full limits of the P90X. After all this I am going to start up another 90 days very soon. I was going to wait until after the new year to start up again, but from thanksgiving to christmas thats when people who ever you are will eat eat eat. So with that being said I am not going to loose what I have made. Not me not I, I will jump back in this P90X in a few more weeks. I would like to thank my family first and for most for all the support. My wife who has given me all she has to give as far as helping me and sticking by my side, showing me love and support thanks snuggles!!! My kids for supporting me and going to bed on time so I had time to get in my workouts, so I could have recap videos for the nation to see. Also with that I could have much more concentration and be able to really BRING IT. Thanks to all my fans and followers for sticking with me you to have also helped me along my path to P90X success! Feed back is very nice to have so you don not feel like you are out here all alone, Thanks. Hey everyone woke up this morning feeling great. For breakfast I had a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and a glass of skim milk. Today was my kids’ first day back to school so everyone was up on time. Took a few pictures and off to school they went. It was nice for me cause I took off the 1st hour of work today so I could get the kids on the bus. Today at work I had to do a timing belt on a dual overhead cam 2001 PT cruiser 2.4 cylinder (O__O). Needless to say I was up and down all day long. I was lying down on my back in and out and crouched over the engine for hours. At 10:30 I had my snack P90X Protein Bar it was a good time to break cause at that point I had the motor all apart and ready for reassembling !!!!! When you are working as hard as I do when it comes time for the snack break the Protein bar really kicks you into overdrive.
Considering if you don’t properly line up the timing marks when you go to start the car it will bend the valves or cause some horrible damage to the motor. I did finish the vehicle before I left work today. Guess what/// the motor ran fine cause I am a 5 Star Technican and thats what I do !!!!!!!!!!! My fingers are very sore from all the wrench turning my knees,back, and arms feel a bit locked up from working very hard today. Lunch break was a Steak salad with fat free thousand island dressing Remember 2 spoons fulls don’t put to much onto the lettuce you don’t want to overdue it.The guide does tell you to use only 2 so thats how much I use. My afternoon snack was 3 slices of turkey. Came home had Noodles with sauce and a salad with carrots and spinach for dinner. My family and I played a board game after we finished dinner, I won the game!!!! Then the kids went off to bed so from there I started my workout.
I was feeling these excercises tonight. The warrior holds are very intense having to hold these forms. As you twist and turn for this workout you can feel your body opening up in a good way. You feel great when moving around all the body parts that in a normal day you wouldn’t even think to use. After the first hour goes by it slows down to less intense routines this is were my body felt at rest. More relaxed after moving in those harder Warriors. In the last 30 minutes or so I recommend to all of you who are doing this to really Bring IT!!! You will fell it by the end of the workout that your body has been working. For me I’m a little sore cause like I said today I worked on my back so my back is feeling it. Concrete shop floor and back don’t make a good workout, but the Yoga Manduka mat work’s very well for me at my house. To bad i can’t use it at my work when I’m working on cars LOL…..
