
P90X Day 64
Hello my breakfast this morning was oatmeal with apples, bananas, raisens with a glass of milk. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was a turkey burger on a whole wheat bread with salad greens on the burger and i ate the rest of the salad greens i had packed in a zip lock so it doen’t go to waste. My P.M snack was almonds and a cheese stick. My work is still slow we have work to keep us busy during the morning rush then we dye right out it stinks no work means no money. Dinner tonight was a steak, mashed potatoes, and peas with a large glass of milk. My wife and I did homework with the kids after dinner. Both kids got a movie tonight at bed time cause they went to bed a few minutes earlier than usual. That way they don’t loose out on well needed sleep (school night) don’t wake up cranky. My workout tonight really worked my arms again even after a day off I think the other day for kempo I may have banged my joints a little bit during the punches. I’ll be ok though. I’m P90X ready . Tonight’s workout went extremely well, I did great. My angled pushups were good. The fly angle pushups were good for me to. In recent weeks my triceps are starting to form theres actually something there as of before I started you couldn’t reaaly see triceps in my arm. Abripper X was a finisher for me I was drained after tonights workout. My ab’s are feeling pooped after heels to heavens. The burn tingles you get from this means your Bringing-it!!! This is a good start for this week to have the change up in the workout. 3 weeks to go… P90X!!!

P90X Day 59
Hello my breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles and tea no coffee for me this morning I ran out of filters. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was a whole wheat wrap with chicken , lettuce, and spinach with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My day at work was slow again didn’t do much today other than a few hours worth of work, which is hardly worth the time I out in. Its slow season now so we ar struggling to make hours. My dinner tonight was mashed potatoes, green beans, and chicken breast with water. After dinner my family and I played the DVD game Disneys Scene its that was a cool game of course the kids both won the game. I did do good though I answered a few of my questions correctly and I won a few pick the charaters of the movies. All and all its a great way to have family night and to have some quality time with the family. My P90X workout tonight went well I used the 25lbs dumbells for my excercises. 8-10 reps each a few of them like the reverse ones I used the 10lbs dumbells to keep my clean form. The 25 lbs are to much weight to keep a clean form even when you are doing 8-10 a pop. I feel it in this workout after about 30 minutes or so were my arms start getting tired but I continue with clean form from the start to finish. My upright rows are great I’m getting my elbows way up and holding at the top so I can get as much out of it as I can. My static arm curls are good after 16 times of holding the one side weight at your side then pumping up on the other I keep my arm as firm as I can so my weight doesn’t sink down Keep the from everyone you will feel it. Ab ripper X was good I did 100 extra situps last night after the workout was done. My ab’s are nice and toasty after that. I feel great in my ab section. I can really feel the burn after this. I’m heading out see you all be well till then….

P90X Day 50
Jen: Today has been a hard day. It was my second day of work/school. I am really learning a lot. I had 3 minor tests today just on my homework from over the weekend! It was a long day though. 8 hours in the classroom would tire anyone out. Your brain gets kinda fried. After work I came home and did all the house work we put off yesterday (since we went to the mining place). I had to get everything for the kids and the hubby and I to go off to school/work tomorrow, clean bathrroms, do laundry, make dinner, etc. The list goes on and on. On top of that I also have a HUGE section of homework to do tonight on infectous diseases JOY! So needless to say I was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off by dinner time. The family was awesome at helping out though. I got to say they are phenominal at supporting my new career and such. LOVE YOU GUYS! After dinner I started feeling pretty crappy. My whole family has been passing around the nice little common cold of the month. My throat was feeling pretty sore and my head was swimming. A P90X work out was pretty much the last thing I wanted to do. It is really hard to work out right now with all the extra thigs I have added to my plate. I made it about 45 mins through the workout. Like I said, it’s been a rough day. I pumped out some pretty good numbers for my reps. I stayed on my knees throughout. Some things I modify so as not to re injure my rotator cuff. So if you see me doing a few different moves than what Tom is doing that is why. I would really like to work it up so that one day I can do at least 5 moves in a row without being on my knees during push ups. I wanted to come back for ab ripper. Didn’t want to short change myself, but by this point my energy was completely depleated. I gave it my best shot. Well gang, sorry if this is short. I am going to shower and go do my homework. Then I plan on going off to NyQuil land LALALALA!
Tom: Hi I was vey sleppy this morning, I even got to bed early last night but i am very tired today. My breakfast was a oatmeal bar with raisins and a glass of milk. My A.M snack was a P90X protein bar. I had a good morning at work, I even made my time this morning as far as hours go. My lunch was a shrimp stir fry, my wife made a real good lunch for me. Baby shrimps, wholewheat noddles, sundried tomatoes. It was a great lunch break for me I had a glass of water with my lunch no soda today for me WATER only I had a few beers and diet sodas this weekend so I want to drink plenty of water for the start out of my week. P.M. snack was a lowfat yogart cup with a toasted almond granola crunchy bar. My dinner tonight was hambuger helper with mixed vegatables, and a large glass of mlik. My workout tonight was good it could have been better. My arms were very loose from yestardays diamond trip throwing around sledge hammers, mining picks, chizzles ETC.. that was a workout of its own. I did all my excercises my goals for tonight was to do all 10 times at 25 lbs just to keep it clean and have good form. By the end of tonights workout again I had to do some of my pushups modified cause I just could not push myself back up. All these forms the workout has you doing its working out all throughtout your entire arms, so when the workout is almost over for the night. I feel very sore in my amrs. Abripper was good though i feel my ab section tonight working in a nice way. I did take a few breathers, once I gather myself back up I finish. Complete each excercise to its fullest!!!!! You will get used to wanting this, in time the soreness goes away and anyhow for me its only once in awhile now that I am P90Xer Yes I am feeling fantastic knowing that tonight I did something worth it. Not that every great once in awile its nice to sit on the couch and have a beer and some potato chips LOL (O__O). But in all seriousness you will like the results you get if you want this, (I do) See you all tommarrow.

P90X Day 29
Holy Smokes this workout tonight was another bruttle 1. My moring breakfast was oatmeal with a glass of milk ,and some raisins. For my snack I had a Recovery drink, and for lunch I had a turkey sub with trimings. My day at work was horrible I worked on the same problem vehicle for just about the whole day. Didn’t make many hours today thats for sure :<(, my afternoon snack was low fat cheese and crackers. I came home after work and mowed the yard. For dinner tonight was turkey helper with green beans, I had a beer with dinner I needed it after today getting out of work. My workout tonight was a tuff one for me. I used my 25 lbs dumb bells on some excercises. I did use the bands for 1 of my excercises, but felt I was not doing them properly so I switched to the 25lbs ones. I also used my 10 lbs bells for a few of the harder ones. In the program only grab what you can do and feel comfortable doing apply yourself to BRING -IT. All of my 25lbs were an even 8 -10 a piece didnt want to go overboard with those 25lbs is alot for me anyways. The one handed pushups for get it I had to go to my knees when those came up I had already been working hard and my arms were already sore during the first 15 minutes of the workout. I do like the slow motion pushups though they are great for practicing your breathing. All in all this workout was very energy boosting for me week 4 didnt seem to be this hard looks like this weeks going to pick it up a notch or 2. Abripper was indeed needed for me also week 4 there was no ab ripper for me so getting back into it tonight was good. I did very well tonight I did Bring-it and my arms are felling it. Good night…

P90X Day 17
Good day to you all……. Started off with a nice breakfast. Chicken scrambler with a glass of orange juice, and a coffie black of course. Work went fast there was alot to do today. Brake jobs, used cars, and some cash work so all went smooth. My snack was the P90X recovery drink. MAN THERE GOOD!!!!!!!! My lunch was a chicken salad with 2 spoons of dressing. For dinner tonight we had salad and pizza. It was a veggie pizza i took off the sausage though it didn’t look to healthy to eat, it didn’t meet my requirements for the P90X so I passed on it. Did eat all my salad though it was good. Onto the workout…. I managed to start off with the green bands tonight for the first 15 minutes of the workout, but as the exercise went on I switched to the red bands. I was very tired tonight I didn’t start till after 8:30 tonight my family and I had to make a quick trip to Bestbuy cause our printer ran out of ink. Swithing to the lighter bands really helped out my excercise to make my form much cleaner. I added in a few extra reps when i could,as these few weeks have gone on I see were I was and were I need to be and thats BRINING IT!!!!!!! Ab ripper was even more of a workout cause at the end of shoulders and arms I was running low on steam. I did take a few breaks during the workout my ab’s really were feeling it tonight. At the end of the workout the last excercise Masion Twist I did all of them. I did not put my feet down, I have been doing that for a few weeks now. This is the first time I did it without resting, and I did the extra!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a fantastic evening I’m heading out……I’m pooped and exhausted…….
