
P90X Day 85
As you all know this is my final week Recovery week!!!!!!!!! I have come, I have and I will conquer.!!!!! My breakfast this morning was raisin bran clusters Lightly sweetened wheet & bran flakes with plump raisins and clusters!!! I also had my coffee black and a glass orange juice. I had a few cars this morning Oil changes and tires mostly. Lots of customers have been coming in for oil /lube jobs and tires as of this past coming weeks. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was a lean cuisen steak, pepper, tomato, cheese on the bread that it comes with. I had some grapes and a glass of water to go with all of that. This afternoon I undercoated and rustproofed a vehicle with a state inspection, this afternoon we slowed right down again so that sucked cause for about the last 2 hours of work there was nothing to do once again. Tonight for dinner I had mac and cheese with ham and brocilli and a glass of milk. After dinner my wife and I started calling all of our friends and people who are close to us and family to all get together for my wife’s and my birthday double party. Thats right my birthday is tuesday and my wifes on sunday of this week. So we are having our once a year double birthday bash. Last years party we had a quad party. It was me my wife and 2 more of our friends for a total annilation birthday blow out the walls party and forget about the rest. If you are not here to party then step aside. Well with all that being said tonight was Yoga X night. I remained focused during my warriors really putting my arms at a real nice distanct from me allowing my body to strecth out to the full max. I have also made my arms no longer flair out at all during chateranges up into cobra, I do get my knees up off the ground aswell… Might aswell right bring it. I would however like for my legs to be a lot more flexible but during a few of my excercises tonight I just can’t seem to really // really get my legs to go straight. On the other hand, I do fight it little by little to try and get that extra distance. The yoga block also helps me during the moves due to my legs not being able to flex my hand all the way to the ground , so the yoga block is my friend during my yoga. It also feels real nice on your hand rather than the ground, you do get that extra comfort in it also. When you are doing yoga the whole point is to be comfortable so these yoga blocks sure do make a diference. They are well worth it!!! Yoga has helped me along my way with controlling my body and motions with flexibility. I know i said it back awhile ago about yoga being so long but now I can get the hang off it and, I don’t mind working my yoga P90X skills cause it has helped me master this course. The P90X Challenge!!!!!

P90X Day 79
My breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles, banana, and a glass of milk, coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My morning went well again just working on a few cars diagnosing a few as well. I had a brand new 2008 caravan come in today with the check engine light on for ambient temp sensor performance. After carefully reviewing the follow chart I went right to the sensor disconnected it from the connector and rust water came out of it. Corrosion all over sensoe and connector thats what we call cheese. Its corrision through but we call it cheese. So no repairing that today cause i needed to order parts for it. My lunch was a salad, spinach, carrots, tomato, pasta noddles, all mixed in together, and a glass of water. My P.M snack was whole grain tortialls chips, and a apple. This afternoon I got to drive a viper!!!! Thats right a Dodge Viper the sticker price on it was 101,000 and change HOLY !@#$ thats a ton of $$$$$ I only had to give it Pre delivery inspection but it was cool to be able to get behind the wheel of a viper and just check it over it was a highlite in todays work place!!!! for me anyhow. My dinner tonight was red beans and wild rice, kielbasa and a glass of milk I added some hot suace to it to pick it up a notch. My family and I after that played the Wii we all played bowling we all got real good scores!!!!!! even the kids did great, I myslef bowled over a 210!!!! YES. Plyometrics was great I was jumping leaping and flying around tonight I really gave it all I could during my first set of jump knee tucks I got a cramp in my passenger side rib cage area but soon enough it went away, after that I got right back into it. I was jumping and tire hoping around my living room. Tonight my wife joined in a a wile also. Its really nice to have her support also we had the support of my comp out in thekitchen, we listened to music tonight to keep the pace nice and heavy just like the music I was cranking out with my rock stars. All in all I did a fantastic job tonight in squats, leaps, jumps, spin/turns, catch it shoot it, pitching Ive got a real nice pitch lok out for my curve ball. Plyometrics is great and the cool down once you have reached the fininsh line the cool down is even fun to do I think and it helps your body out, so be sure to follow through on all your cool downs your body needs it so you can do more the next day!!! P90X Day 65
My breakfast toay was 3 whole wheat waffles with a glass of milk and a banana. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink.My morning at work went well I was busy all morning long. My lunch was a lean cuisine flatbread melt chicken philly, 330 calories 70 fat calories a glass of water and a apple. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My afternoon was OK I had a good job front sway bar end links, bushings, nuts, front brakes, pads and rotors oil change and rotation, inspection. So that was a good ticket to have I made good hours today. Mt dinner tonight was an italian meatloaf broccli, and whole wheat vread with smart balance butter, and glass of milk. My workout tonight went great, I really worked on getting down for my lunges. I held my hysimes during the singles and doubles. I did very well on my rocksatr jumps, I played that guitar got my legs to kick myself in the butt. My jumps were great i really felt this workout tonight. I actually got a cramp during the X jacks so I had to slow down for a few minutes which is starngle to get a cramp. I waited almost 2 hours before I started my workout. After my cramp went away I got back into it and finished up strong. Tonight my family and I also carved our pumpkins so that was pretty fun, the pumpkins turned out great there really cool. 2 more days till halloween, we get to take the kids out for trick or treating.

P90X Day 62
My breakfast this morning was Oatmeal with apples and banana’s a glass of milk and a black coffee with some Markers Mark whiskey to juice it a bit!!!!. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was Salad with low fat ranch dressing and some water. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. For dinner tonight I had more salad with ziti noddles and sauce the suace had in it mushrooms,peppers, tomatos. I had a Samuel Adams with dinner. Tonight I lead a group of friends through P90X Kempo X. I was the group leader. I went around checking everyones form, and instructed all to stay in the X of the moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The group P90X went very well we all were BRINGING IT all the way Power Packteeeee punch!!!!!! This was a fantastic way to workout with friends and have a great time along with getting some excercise. Today it rained all day so we were all stuck inside the house today playing Pool, Darts, Fooseball, and PS3 Rock Band. The way I lead the group and brought us to a factory celebration really kicked butt!!!!!!!!!I could see myself leading a group of P90Xer’s again some day when we all get together again. This weekend was sucess, it ruled the roost house were are staying in a very very nice cabin. I am still on a retreat doing my P90X, thats what you call doing the best and forgetting about the rest. This is the first week finished in my P90X Phase 3 of my 90 days 3 WEEKS LEFT UNTIL MY VICTORY WAR P90X DANCE I HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE ILL BE THERE FOR SURE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P90X Day 49
Jen: Today was our off day. That doesn’t mean we didn’t work, it just wasn’t P90X work! We went to the Herkimer Diamind Mines. They are not real diamonds but a very close 2nd. Still worth some money. So we spent the beter part of the day crawling around in an open mine digging, hammering, and sweating. We were FILTHY by the time we left. My arms and back are sore as hell from it all. We made out pretty well those. We had our finds appraised and they said we had a couple hundred dollars worth. So tomrrow is work again and chest/shoulders/triceps/ab ripper x. See you then!

P90X Day 41

P90X Day 41
Jen: What a beautiful fall day. I wish you guys could see the weather here. It is in the 50’s and sunny. Nice breeze going. It is gorgeous. That is why we decided to do our workout early this morning. Want to get outside and enjoy this great weather. I am feeling better from last night. I immediately crashed after my shower. I am still feeling a bit crummy but nothing like last night. We ate a great breakfast: eggs, whole wheat toast, and some turkey bacon. After that we hung out a bit around the house to let our meal settle. Then it was on with the show!!! Kenpo X!!!! I like this workout and tend to get a little goofy when doing it. I like sparring with Tommy and pretending I’m a big buff girl. He can take a whoopin pretty good though. Ian (our son) even joined us for a little while throughout the routine. He did some stretching, a few punch routines, and a couple of the block series. Don’t know if it looked too pretty, but he was having fun. So if my 4 year old can do this you can too. I feel a little silly doing some of the blocks or other combos. Especially combos! I get all confused and start doing my own. But at least I’m still moving. This is such a fun workout. I can’t say enough good about it. I am unbelievably tired during and afterwards, but in such a good way. So I guess we are going to shower and eat some lunch. Then it is off for some adventure outside. Maybe bring the dog along????
Tom: Morning everyone I woke up this morning at 8:00. I did not go to bed last night till around 4, I was playing WOW working on my skills It was fun. My breakfast was a glass of orange juice, scrambled eggs, toast, turkey bacon, and a coffie. We tinkered around this morning straightening up the house. After that I started my P90X workout Kempo X. It’s real nice on the weekend’s to workout before the afternoon comes into play cause I like having time to do things with my family and not have to workout late at night. It gives me time to just chill out and enjoy my weekend. Kempo today was cool my son joined in for a few minutes here and there, he has got some nice punches and kicks!!!!!! For me I did great on all my moves, my side kicks are not very high or tight this morning cause my legs are feeling worked from last nights workout of legs and back. My blocks are getting tighter on all my reps, my punches pack a punch. My form is good and all around improving my body structure. From is alot you need to keep great form during these as I noted during my kicks though my body does a bit of wandering. My X jacks I blowing them apart doing extra and doing them real good seeing my body jump even more than normal cuase during the week you cant say that you do much at all as far as jumping off the ground . A regular person during the week probably doesn’t do much of anything like this . So I am very pleased to say I’m up of my couch and getting in shape . You can’t ask for anything more than that. Stay comitted to this program and do your best. You will see results trust me and you body will also feel a nice change!!!! Enjoy your weekend everyone …….
