Great morning to you all My breakfast this morning was whole wheat pancakes with 2 spoon fulls of surup. A glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My morning was good I had 1 car come in with no brake pedal pedal went to the floor it needs a new master cylinder, also the brake fluid was contaminated with debris, so it my also need additional work due to sweeling of the seals it could already be in the brake lines and the cailpers. My lunch was corn, steak, and a salad with thousand island fat free dressing. I had water to drink with my lunch. My P.M. snack was 6 crackers with a cheese stick. I had more water throughout the day at work also. This afternoon I got a couple of oil changes tires rotations, a mount and balance all 4 snow tires. At work today i also started my diesel training course. I have 4  out of the 8  post tests complete before i take my final exam!!!!! After worktoday my family came to my work to pick me up so we could go to the mall for dinner and christmas shopping. We went to Ruby Tuesdays. For dinner I had turkey mini’s with the salad bar green leafs, spinach, carrots, green peppers, lite ranch, croutons,and graded cheese. I had a sam adams to drink with my dinner. Tonight I changed my workout I am doing legs and back tonight instead of yoga X I am saving yoga for tomarrow due to it being a friday night and I would rather spend my hour and a half workout for tomarrow when have more time. Tonight’s workout for me was a relief to get my legs moving again for my workout night in plyometrics, usually the day after I do my plyometrics I can feel my legs in the way I walk. Like I have more energy in them. All my chin ups and pull ups tonight were done using my black band. When I get to the bottom of my rep I was holding for that extra tension really bringing out the squeeze. I have been getting out 15 total for most of these reps during the pull/chin ups. Which is a very good number for me, during the past month when I started out I was on the green band, then next month I switched to the blue band, now that I am used to the excercises and I want more size, I have switched to the black band for max performance. Onto the lunges ,Tipeetoe lunges and my chair lunges were done with wonderful form, I really went down in deep to feel it and during the lunges I added 10 lbs weights!!!!!!!! I am bringing it here cause this is my last day for strenght training beacause from here I will not need weights for my recovery week. So this was the finalizer in bands and weights. All in all throughtout this program I have increased my numbers and went for size by using the 25 lbs dumbbells and every month switching up to a heavier band. So thats how I did, I can say for myself that I am in much better fitness than I have ever been in. My breakfast this morning was garnola with a glass of milk and a smallcup of a protein shake I had made for my wife this morning. Last night the tooth fairy came to visit my daughter se lost a tooth last night. This morning she was excited she got a 2 dollar bill for the missing tooth. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. I worked on a dodge neon today. It needs collant hoses, heater core hoses, collant flush, radiator the transmission cooler lines went in the radiator so all of the collant mixed with the transmission fluid what a mess. Also repalced the trans solonoid pack and trans cooler lines, dropped the trans pan changed the filter, and did a flush to the transmission. The car also got all new coolant, I had to flush out that about 3 tmes with water till the trans fluid was no longer present in the coolant. The res bottle also needed to be taken out of the car and cleaned properly cause the trans fluid got into that also. My afternoon snack was carrot sticks, no hummus today I don’t have any at home so just the carrots and a glass of water. Tonight is open house at the kids school so we are going to that after dinner tonight. That will be nice to see the kids classrooms and see the work they have been doing so far this year. My dinner tonight was celery sticks ans 1 1/2 slices of pizza  cheese only, and tomato slice with fat free ranch dressing. A glass of water to drink with dinner. On to px90. Yoga X was good I am streching much better. My body is not so out of shape anymore so I can move alot more than before. Yoga helps me get the results I need to make change. If your just hanging around during yoga or not there you need to feel it and get in gear It will help the hour and a half go by much quicker. Once your warmed up things move much easier for your yoga excercises thats about it  thanks everyone.

Great start on week 11  here  Tom is on fire ready and awaiting the PX90 famouser. This should be motivation  for all of you get up and start the P90X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  My breakfast this morning was fruit bread, and a banana, coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My morning was good I had a few cars come in today with some work so my morning went by nicely. Its great to be doing something like knowing that you can get the customer back on the road ASAP as long as we have the parts in stock, but thats not my Dept. so I can’t do anything more to help other than whe I get my parts to install them promptly and properly. No slacking no mishapps no shaniganes. I am 5 star Bring-it. Lunch was good but light today. A turkey burger for me on a whole wheat bread slices, salad leafs, spinach leafs on my burger to. I also had a yogart with a glass of water. Today my recovery drink got stirred into my coffee cup with my pen. I did not have a spoon to stir it up with so my lunch water tasted like recovery drink it actually had some flavor other than dealership water. My P.M. snack was a cheese string with almonds. Once again once afternoon kicked in to play there was nothing to do again, so the rest of the day went all to crap real fast. I drove home in the dark too, that was crap now that day light savings has come to visit us. This was the first day since last year that I had to drive home getting out of work and having it be dark. My dinner toight was pork chop, peas, mashed potato, glass of milk. After dinner I had 2 fig newtons with a glass of cranberry/rasberry juice. After dinner the kids and I played the family game Flipin Frogs. Its a great game to play we all say Fire at will commander then all you see is a bunch of different color frogs flying through the air in hops that your frog lands on the branch, and that when the timer goes off. The branchs flip up a bit so the player with the most frogs wins that round. Its fun you should all try it out excellent family game. Tonights workout went as follows All pullups tonight were black bands wide fronts 15/15 – reverse grip 15/15 – close grip over hand 15/15.  Standard pushups 20/20 — military pushups/decline/diamond 15/15/15/15/15/15 — lawnmowers/heavypants 25 lbs 15/15/15/15 – backflys 25lbs 12/12 — divebombers 15/12 by the end i was cooked me arms are extra ripped and crispy!!!!!!!  thanks folks hope you can understand my numbers I can. I know what I am doing. I’m doing great as far as I can see. Lets see what madame ruby sees. LOL she sees P90X busting out of her crystal ball. She also sees you getting up of the couch and snacking on beers and potato chips. Hope this info will help you get the best of the best (P90X)

Hello this morings breakfast was a protein shake I had ice, milk, berries, banana, protein powder, and a coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. For lunch today I had a salad chicken wrap, with grapes, a glass of cranberry/grape juice. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar, I ate it pretty late today wasn’t paying any attention to the time. My dinner was Vegatable soup with whole wheat crackers, and a slice of whole wheat bread with butter smart balance. My drink with dinner tonight was a glass of water. Kempo X was a nice way to finish off the week. My body was feeling up for the workout. Durning my blocking and punching I used my wife’s 3 lb mini dumbbells WOOO  what a difference. This is not just blocking now or just throwing your own punch. This way of modifying it really puts it out there. By the end of this workout my arms were toasty, plus my core cause when you are in your stance you use your body to keep a clean form when blocking and punching,but it felt great. Durning all these months of working out I have been trying out different ways to find whats good for me with P90X. Also what is comfortable you want to get whats the best for you and your body to do as much as you can. This was a huge change for me tonight but I figured why not right? If I can throw puches and blocks (why not add just a tiny bit of weight to put behind it). Alright its time for me to go. I’m heading out to watch a show on T.V with my wife. After that if I’m not sleepy I may go play WOW for awhile Well see later everyone.

Jen: What a beautiful fall day. I wish you guys could see the weather here. It is in the 50’s and sunny. Nice breeze going. It is gorgeous. That is why we decided to do our workout early this morning. Want to get outside and enjoy this great weather. I am feeling better from last night. I immediately crashed after my shower. I am still feeling a bit crummy but nothing like last night. We ate a great breakfast: eggs, whole wheat toast, and some turkey bacon. After that we hung out a bit around the house to let our meal settle. Then it was on with the show!!! Kenpo X!!!! I like this workout and tend to get a little goofy when doing it. I like sparring with Tommy and pretending I’m a big buff girl. He can take a whoopin pretty good though. Ian (our son) even joined us for a little while throughout the routine. He did some stretching, a few punch routines, and a couple of the block series. Don’t know if it looked too pretty, but he was having fun. So if my 4 year old can do this you can too. I feel a little silly doing some of the blocks or other combos. Especially combos! I get all confused and start doing my own. But at least I’m still moving. This is such a fun workout. I can’t say enough good about it. I am unbelievably tired during and afterwards, but in such a good way. So I guess we are going to shower and eat some lunch. Then it is off for some adventure outside. Maybe bring the dog along????

Tom: Morning everyone I woke up this morning at 8:00. I did not go to bed last night till around 4, I was playing WOW working on my skills It was fun. My breakfast was a glass of orange juice, scrambled eggs, toast, turkey bacon, and a coffie. We tinkered around this morning straightening up the house. After that I started my P90X workout Kempo X. It’s real nice on the weekend’s to workout before the afternoon comes into play cause I like having time to do things with my family and not have to workout late at night. It gives me time to just chill out and enjoy my weekend. Kempo today was cool my son joined in for a few minutes here and there, he has got some nice punches and kicks!!!!!! For me I did great on all my moves, my side kicks are not very high or tight this morning cause my legs are feeling worked from last nights workout of legs and back. My blocks are getting tighter on all my reps, my punches pack a punch. My form is good and all around improving my body structure. From is alot you need to keep great form during these as I noted during my kicks though my body does a bit of wandering. My X jacks I blowing them apart doing extra and doing them real good seeing my body jump even more than normal cuase during the week you cant say that you do much at all as far as jumping off the ground . A regular person during the week probably doesn’t do much of anything like this . So I am very pleased to say I’m up of my couch and getting in shape . You can’t ask for anything more than that. Stay comitted to this program and do your best. You will see results trust me and you body will also feel a nice change!!!! Enjoy your weekend everyone ……. See you tomarrow for Back Biceps and Abs cause this week my Wednesday was my off day so Sunday will be my pick up day.

Jen: Children should be put in a bubble when they are sick LOL ;) My son has been battling a cold for at least a week. The whole change of season, snotty nosed, coughing nastiness. Well guess what? Yours truly has finally been infested with the gross little germs thanks to said child (being all of 4) wiping his sickly little paws everywhere. My throat is sore, I am exhusted, I feel hot even though it’s 67 in my house, etc etc. I love the little bugger anyways, even if he did get me sick. Needless to say, this has made my workout today suck just a little bit. Just doing the warm up got me tired. My head was throbbing during those jumping jacks. My balance seemed to be really off too. But I was a trooper and continued on. I strived for quality today instead of busting out a bunch of crappy moves. Like on the speed skaters, I believe you’re supposed to do 20 or 30 but I probably only got out 15. But they were a really good 15! Since switching to a heavier band I have noticed that my reps have decreased, which is a good thing. It means I am building that muscle. I ended up skipping out on ab ripper. By the end of the first workout I was really not feeling too well. I just didn’t have it in me. So I am going to shower and get some rest in hopes that I will be in better shape for tomorrow’s kenpo. Sorry the blog is so short guys. I know you understand.

Tom: Happy Friday everyone .. I am doing great woke up this morning, felt real good yoga x was a good workout. I stretch and flex better than I did my first 30 days. My morning breakfast was two whole wheat waffles with surup just a enough so give thw waffles a kick. I had a glass of milk and a banana. Work was a good one for the A.M shift flow went steady. I have been loosing out on alot of hours the past couple of days, so it was nice to finally make a few. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My wife and I went to Applebees for lunch I had a bacon,cheese,onion,lettuce,tomato,A-1suace on a burger DAMN it was finally nice to have one of those loaded with fries. No its not on my lunch menu for today but I was due!!! I had 2 diet pepsi’s to was it all down. My P.M. snack was a yogart and a sourdough pretzel. My workout tonight was less reps more weight. I am still using the 25lbs free weights for my lunges. Maxing out at 12 reps for all my band moves for my door attachment pullups. I am still currently using my blue band for all of those. My legs are feeling stronger. I was getting airborn for the 80/20 for my last 10 reps during that excercise. Wall squats 2 legged and 1 legged I can feel my legs start to shake during the last half of those. The chair lunges I am doing great with. Once you get into this, the moves just flow out of you. What can I say Just Bring it people. I am feeling very good I can feel a nice differance in my total body. I have no had back pain hardly at all since this program it is slowing going away. Only if i sleep funny I wake up with a tiny minor pain , but since PX90 its gotten better. Abripper is doing my midsection wonders i can see results in my stomach area, I am still having to fight to straighten my legs during the moves. I do much better now at Abripper than I did my first couple of weeks. Well I dont drink that much beer anymore so i’m sure that helps and doing the P90x program helps out a bunch. My eating habits are also much better. Have a great night ITS FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy Smokes this workout tonight was another bruttle 1. My moring breakfast was oatmeal with a glass of milk ,and some raisins. For my snack I had a Recovery drink, and for lunch I had a turkey sub with trimings. My day at work was horrible I worked on the same problem vehicle for just about the whole day. Didn’t make many hours today thats for sure :<(, my afternoon snack was low fat cheese and crackers. I came home after work and mowed the yard. For dinner tonight was turkey helper with green beans, I had a beer with dinner I needed it after today getting out of work. My workout tonight was a tuff one for me. I used my 25 lbs dumb bells on some excercises. I did use the bands for 1 of my excercises, but felt I was not doing them properly so I switched to the 25lbs ones. I also used my 10 lbs bells for a few of the harder ones. In the program only grab what you can do and feel comfortable doing apply yourself to BRING -IT. All of my 25lbs were an even 8 -10 a piece didnt want to go overboard with those 25lbs is alot for me anyways. The one handed pushups for get it I had to go to my knees when those came up I had already been working hard and my arms were already sore during the first 15 minutes of the workout. I do like the slow motion pushups though they are great for practicing your breathing. All in all this workout was very energy boosting for me week 4 didnt seem to be this hard looks like this weeks going to pick it up a notch or 2. Abripper was indeed needed for me also week 4 there was no ab ripper for me so getting back into it tonight was good. I did very well tonight I did Bring-it and my arms are felling it. Good night…
