
P90X Day 79
My breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles, banana, and a glass of milk, coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My morning went well again just working on a few cars diagnosing a few as well. I had a brand new 2008 caravan come in today with the check engine light on for ambient temp sensor performance. After carefully reviewing the follow chart I went right to the sensor disconnected it from the connector and rust water came out of it. Corrosion all over sensoe and connector thats what we call cheese. Its corrision through but we call it cheese. So no repairing that today cause i needed to order parts for it. My lunch was a salad, spinach, carrots, tomato, pasta noddles, all mixed in together, and a glass of water. My P.M snack was whole grain tortialls chips, and a apple. This afternoon I got to drive a viper!!!! Thats right a Dodge Viper the sticker price on it was 101,000 and change HOLY !@#$ thats a ton of $$$$$ I only had to give it Pre delivery inspection but it was cool to be able to get behind the wheel of a viper and just check it over it was a highlite in todays work place!!!! for me anyhow. My dinner tonight was red beans and wild rice, kielbasa and a glass of milk I added some hot suace to it to pick it up a notch. My family and I after that played the Wii we all played bowling we all got real good scores!!!!!! even the kids did great, I myslef bowled over a 210!!!! YES. Plyometrics was great I was jumping leaping and flying around tonight I really gave it all I could during my first set of jump knee tucks I got a cramp in my passenger side rib cage area but soon enough it went away, after that I got right back into it. I was jumping and tire hoping around my living room. Tonight my wife joined in a a wile also. Its really nice to have her support also we had the support of my comp out in thekitchen, we listened to music tonight to keep the pace nice and heavy just like the music I was cranking out with my rock stars. All in all I did a fantastic job tonight in squats, leaps, jumps, spin/turns, catch it shoot it, pitching Ive got a real nice pitch lok out for my curve ball. Plyometrics is great and the cool down once you have reached the fininsh line the cool down is even fun to do I think and it helps your body out, so be sure to follow through on all your cool downs your body needs it so you can do more the next day!!! P90X Day 78
Good day my breakfast this morning was a blueberry muffin and a black coffee. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My day at work was great. I took 2 on line test courses. I passed the 1st test it was on hybird vehicles only got 1 question wrong, passing grade YES!!!!! The second test was on water leaks, wind noises, and body electrical. Got an 85 % on that one, still a passing grade!!!! YES!!!! So today I completed 2 more online training test courses to futher myself in automotive studies. My lunch today was a turkey burger on my forman grill at work cooked to perfection right on my tool box in my bay!!! I added spinach leafs and salad greens to my turkey burger that was wraped up in 2 slices of whole wheat toast!!! This afternoon at work I installed new power steering lines on a chrysler 300. what a mess you need to lift of the power steering rack of the frame to gain access to the lines were they go onto it from the rear toward the firewall of the vehicle. Well I’m almost done with that job i will finish in the morning and move on to the next. Perhaps if I have more spare time this week I will take another test later in the week. My P.M. snack was almonds, peanuts, and a cheese stick. My dinner tonight was Pork chop, mixed vegatables, mashed potatoes and a glass of milk. My wife and I played WOW for an hour tonight we are currently trying to get her to level 66. This game is very timely so pace yourself and get ready for the ride. No just kidding its just all around fun fun fun. Then my family and I all watched how its made , some pretty nifteee things happen on that show. My workout tonight was excellent my in and out shoulder flys were 10 lbs dumbbells, chair dips 16 total, plange pushups 12, pike press 15, side tri rise 10+10, Y press 25lbs 10, pour flys 10lbs 8 those are just a few examples of my excercises that I write down, remeber to write down all your numbers and ckeck in your history for weight change and rep change to check for any improvements. PLYOMETRIC PUSH UP for me tonight I made the change and jumped on all 4 limbs this time while doing push ups don’t worry you will see it on my new video when it comes out. My fly row press I made the change i started out with 25 lbs but then shorlty after switched to 10 lbs, late in the workout my arms got a bit shakeee so rather than loose form I just altered the weight. Abripper X was nice also I di a few extra masion twists again tonight I am doing very well on all the excercises for abripper X. I still have a hard time getting my legs straight though but I do my best. P90X is great thanks everyone!!!!!

P90X Day 72
Good day my breakfast this morning was 3 whole wheat waffles with natural peanut butter a glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. For lunch today I had leftovers Porkchop, peas, mashed potatoes with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was whole grain tortillas chips with homemade salsa for my inlaws damn it a good fine quality slasa too. !!!!!!!! My day at work is slow again I did a few prep vechiles that just came in off the truck. Those are a quick easy job to put a few hours on your ticket!!! Then you go for a test drive to verify the vechile is good to go for road useage. Other than that not to much has been happening these days things are very slow. Peope are probably getting ready to spend there money on black friday shopping from now till christmas. I hope things go smooth for me or it won’t be that great of a christmas for us. With times like this I wish we were busy so I could actually make a decient pay check. Dinner for me tonight was spagetti with chicken in the sauce. A salad with fat free honey mustard dressing and a glas of milk. My workout tonight plyometrics was good. From last night workout my chest area and arms were feeling it so I know I got one good workout inlast night too. Tonight was a all around exciting workout for me my wife joined in and kept up a nice pace for al the excercises. I really feel good to know that this from of exercise is working out my entire body. When you are in your lunges and jumping around you don’t feel like a stiff. You keep moving to the groove!!!!!! I like plyometrices it brings out what a person is really made of, if you can do this workout thats great. If you can finish this it’s even better I continue on my path of excellence to keep my body moving in the right direction. I’m getting the results I deserve cause I am working so damn hard to get there. Even in my form’s I am getting my knees up as high as I can go witch is alot higher than when I first started P90X. Jump training is working for me. The P90X is working for me. My body shows so do my pictures. If you look back to my first weeks Pictures you can se how I have changed !!!!!!! On top of working out I am eating healthy wich is another huge part on how my body reacts to this workout plan. Thanks everyone for your support I app. it and kep folloing me Thanks****

P90X Day 65
My breakfast toay was 3 whole wheat waffles with a glass of milk and a banana. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink.My morning at work went well I was busy all morning long. My lunch was a lean cuisine flatbread melt chicken philly, 330 calories 70 fat calories a glass of water and a apple. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My afternoon was OK I had a good job front sway bar end links, bushings, nuts, front brakes, pads and rotors oil change and rotation, inspection. So that was a good ticket to have I made good hours today. Mt dinner tonight was an italian meatloaf broccli, and whole wheat vread with smart balance butter, and glass of milk. My workout tonight went great, I really worked on getting down for my lunges. I held my hysimes during the singles and doubles. I did very well on my rocksatr jumps, I played that guitar got my legs to kick myself in the butt. My jumps were great i really felt this workout tonight. I actually got a cramp during the X jacks so I had to slow down for a few minutes which is starngle to get a cramp. I waited almost 2 hours before I started my workout. After my cramp went away I got back into it and finished up strong. Tonight my family and I also carved our pumpkins so that was pretty fun, the pumpkins turned out great there really cool. 2 more days till halloween, we get to take the kids out for trick or treating.

P90X Day 58
Hello this morning was my son’s birthday we all got up and had scrambled eggs and toast for his birthday breakfast. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My day at work was vsry slow again not to much happening there today except cold, wet, rain. I started another training disc so i can make up for the missing hours that has been happening as of lately. My lunch was whole wheat noddles with a few spoon fulls of chili more or less leftovers for my lunch. Its not on the plain for today lunch, but I don’t like to waste food so that’s what I ate today, and glass of water. My afternoon snack was a apple with some raisens. For dinner tonight we took my son to friendlys to celebrate his birthday he’s 5 today!!!! I had a BBQ chicken melt, diet coke, and an ice cream. I don’t feel bad for eating it all cause I did my plyometrics tonight so I’m sure i burnt of most of it anyhow. I waited a few extra minutes tonight to get in a few extra minutes of streching before I got into the jumping. My legs feel good tonight not kinked up or anything. My legs feel good not real tinglee. I’m improving on alot since I have been doing jump training, my body is getting to be better at moving around a fast pace when excersing. This is a great workout !!!!!

P90X Day 51
Hi everyone my breakfast this morning ws a whole wheat english muffin with natural peanut butter and a glass of milk with a coffie black. My morning at work went smooth, I have 3 new on line courses to take for my training. That should be a blast, not really though I will get paid for them once I complete them so thats a good thing. My A.M snack was a Recovery drink. My lunch today was a chicken burrito with a whole wheat wrap and water. My P.M snack was carrot sticks with chilli pepper cracked hummas. My dinner tonight was homemade vegatable soup, it’s a warmer for sure with a whole wheat piece of bread with butter and a glass of milk. My workout tonight was a good one plyometrics is getting to be fun for me in the past not so much but tonight I was doing great. It’s the Mother of all the excercises. My jump training has been getting better my knees are getting up higher than before. My jumping has also improved cause of the P90X. Its a great all around workout. I am burning alot of calories during the plyometrics which is great, It’s very exhausting though to do this for an hour but if you set your goals you will susceed!!!! Thats about it for tonight I need to shower a run the new patch for my game W.O.W then get to bed early cause I am tired from my workout. I think I heard my shoulder say to me last night during the armup that P90X ROCKS!!!! (O__O) LOL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jen: Hi everybody! I am Tom’s wife, Jen. Some of you probably saw me in the first video. I spent 4 weeks doing Tony’s 10 Minute Trainer and have decided to kick things up a notch. During that program I lost 3 lbs, 2 inches in my bust, 1 1/2 inches in my waist, and 1 inch on my hips. I also dropped a dress size. Now that I feel in better shape I thought I’d join the big boys. So today was my first official day starting P90X. I am doing the same as Tom, following the nutrition guide and such. Had a whole wheat bagel and orange for breakfast, protein bar for the AM snack, shrimp and broccoli for lunch, fruit for a PM snack, and some pasta for dinner. Let me tell you I needed all that food!!! I have done some of the routines with Tommy just tooling around. Never really went all out. Now I am tired as hell! My legs are screaming at me! Even the thought of a shower seems like too much work. We did Plyometrics today. 58 minutes of jumping and squatting and twisting and turning. I definately took a few extra 30 sec breaks. One word of advice…..don’t drink too much water during the breaks. Otherwise you end up jumping up and down and then have the sudden urge to pee! Was hard to breath for a bit there……only because Tom kept farting through most of the workout! I swear he lost a pound just in gas LOL! I made it through though. I will admit to slacking a bit towards the end. Wasn’t really giving it my all, but you gotta cut me some slack. It was my first day. So I am proud of myself to have achieved just one workout. Now let’s see if I can bring it for the rest of the week. After doing this, I’ve decided taking it one week at a time is going to be the only way. Definately intense, definately draining, definately worth it! Wish me luck!!!
Tom: HI!! Woke up late today did not get out of bed until 7:34. I need to be to work at 8:00 so I rushed, still had time to get my breakfast whole wheat bagel with peanut butter , a glass of milk and my coffie. I even had time to get my sons breakfast also we were the only ones up at that time. Work was good today nice and steady throughout. Snack for A.M was a P90X protein bar. Lunch was Low fat Dragonfire chicken with brocilli, wild rice, tomato, little tiny oranges. I had a diet coke to drink with my lunch, also I ate some pot stickers for my appertizer, I ate the lettuce and tomato pieces that were on the plate too. Afternoon snack was carrot sticks with hummas. Dinner was shrimp with whole wheat noddles and a salad with 2 spoons of ranch dressing. Before we started the workout my family and I played the WII. We played golf that was a fun time,its nice to be able to do fun things with your family! My wife read to the kids a new book about a mouse in a castle,its a new book so they are enjoying it. I do not read that much but it is nice just to sit and chill and listen to the book being told while you are having family time. The workout PLYOMETRICS I am still a tiny bit wea in the arms from last night. But lucky for me I do not have to lift weights for this. My jumping has improved over this workout, I can really feel myself doing a much nicer jumps than what I was doing a few weeks ago. My performance has improved as far as the run jumps, the jumping and landings. My legs do feel it from top to bottom. During the military march which I thing out of that whole entire workout is one of the easier ones. durning this I was having trouble just lifting my legs up in full postion I was keeping good form in my amrs and keeping a good stance posture. Durning the chair excercise were you bring your leg over the top of it from left to right. At first I was doing them over the back side of the chair the highest spot of the chair, thats way above my midsection. towards the end I hit the chair over,my form got a tiny bit sloppy so for the next round of it I did a regular.lifting my feet over the sitting part of the chair to keep a cleaner more suitable form the workout was also leaving me dizzy during all the jump and turns. I had a good workout tonight it is always a good time when you can jump back and forth in your living room. Creak jump dont fall in the water !!!!!!!! or though your floor (O__O) be well and have a great night,Im Blogged and now I will LOG……………….Bring it P90X

P90X Day 16
Howdy! Started off wanting not to get out of bed. I was very tired from last night’s workout, also I was up untill 1 in the morning. Got up and had a protein shake for breakfast. 2 spoons of powder, half of a banana, and some strawberries to top things off. Had a black coffee with that on my way to work. Had a good day at work. Things went smoothly and steady. Snack for the A.M. rush was a P90X protein bar which was nice considering it took me over two hours of my time to put on a seat cover for a new body style car. It was a pain in the buttoks!!!!! You had to remove airbags from the seat and plastic trim panels that are all over these new body stayle cars these days. Needless to say I lost my ass for a few there so the bar kept me from falling down hill while I was doing that. Lunch brake was a chicken stir fry for me made by healthy choice. It was a good meal. I liked it. All day long I drank water. It was a very rainy day so it was sort of muggy in the shop today. My afternoon snack was 2 cheese sticks. Which was plenty. The first week I was eating 3 cheese snacks for a snack and it seemed to me like that was a little bit more than i needed or could eat for that matter. For dinner I had vegatable soup with stew meat. Its a very good soup! Topped it off with 2 glasses of milk. Same routine for the night time. My family and I went for a walk around with the dog and got around for a few minutes to get some exercise before the kids went off to bed . On to the workout tonight . Same sweaty routine. I was actually running out of steam for some reason. I didnt feel myself getting my legs up as high as I usually do, but I did do my best. Also, I can feel my legs holding up better this week than the previous weeks, especialy in my knees. They feel better and a little stronger. I dont feel the crunchies going around in that regoin as much since I have been doing P90X. I did great on the tire’s and the long jumps though. I can feel myslef improving as the days pass.
