Hello my breakfast this morning was a chicken scrambler!! I had coffee and a glass of orange juice. My snack for the day were some soy nuts, and 2 cheese sticks fot the days snacks. My dinner for the nigt was Fish with asperagus, and wild brown rice, also a glass of milk with dinner. I had a great day at work for the most part, I was waiting on a few cars today to upsell but all he work sold so thats a good deal. Back and biceps was a classic a P90X classic that is. I had 30 lbs hooked up tonight with my power blocks. Accompaning my workout tonight was my black band which was used to do my pull ups. My arms feel like there going to just drop to the floor, with that inmind. I know that I did a real good job tonight. Ab ripper X is really going to allow you a great feeling in your mid section. Ab ripper works great but don’t forget your mat when you are doing the moves, with it it helps out alot as far as ground goes the Yoga mat is very very helpful when doing your moves.

Hello everyone my friends and I had a good game night, also I had a few Saranac Imperial IPA’s they were fantastic… My lunch for today was a turkey burger, spinach leafs, a cheese stick, and water. For todays snacks I had a recovery drink. I was preparing for plyo. Tonights plyo was very good, I had done well with all my moves no motification’s tonight at all just from start to finish pure intensity. My new video is out on my page, its actually for plyo that was the day we were making the video, since then plyo has become much easier. I can actually do plyo without having trouble walking the next day. I really brought it tonight, cause on my off night, I had a few cold ones so I had to really kick up it a notch to be sure I did a nice job with my plyo.
Hello my breakfast this morning was a brain muffin, and a glass of milk. My lunch was a chicken wrap, with a pickle, I had some water with lunch. For dinner today we went to the Golden Corral with some family members, I had a diet coke with dinner, a fish fillet, rice, corn, broccilli, I end of the deep end today and grabed a small bowl of ice cream at the end to top it off. A place like that can get you in trouble as far as a food plan goes for the day, but if you make good chioces you should be alright. My workout was very hard core tonight, I had forgotten about plyo push ups and 1 handed push ups, needless to say I had only done about 5 or 6 and there were real rough. Also holding and counting the up to down motion of the slow motion push ups were killer. I did however to decient on my weight excercises. I did drop to lower weights during arm circles, and flys. I did do more reps as per the low weight used for those though, just to make up for the difference. It was an amazing workout though, but tonight was very hard, Horray though I got threw it. At the end I put up all 50 lbs on my blocks and punched up while on my back, that was a bit trickey but I did manage to do 8 each a side. Tine for a small recovery drink and to shower, Thanks ……..
Hello it’s a very nice day outside. Today my family and I had a real good day, it was a pinic day for adventure camp for the kids for our church that we go to. There was games outdoor acivities, swimming, food, and lots to do. We had a real nice day there and had fun. My dinner today was a salad with strawberries, peppers, artichok, mushrooms, banana peppers, spinach leafs, lettuce, tomatoes, low fat itailan dressing, I had some milk with dinner. My yoga was very relaxing tonight. This week for recovery is working out to my advantage, its really helping me get together my body to gather up all the much needed motivation that it takes to do the P90X. My yoga is still a little tricky for me to stay balanced but I do my best to stay up and hold the proper angles, my blocks are also coming in hand when it comes time to reach down and go for your toes. Tonight my family and I are going to watch the DVD Coraline in 3D it should be a good night. This was an great day so we are going to finish strong.
Core Synergistics, Wow all I can say is that this is by far the most intense workout for the recovery week. If you aren’t tired after this one you must not be giving it all you have. My workout for Core included a recovery drink today so I could get some extra motivation. With constant moving getting down and back up and back and forth, you really just keep moving and getting all around, With this workout a yoga mat helps out alot so you are not putting all your body on the hard ground surface. My body is actually feeling tense, from all my moves today I hope that means my body is ready to be brought to good results, with a strong core anyone should be able to get a real nice mid section, to tighten core means all around body construction, and with good construction becomes good ground for body muscle building. I recommend Core workouts cause it is the center of everything your body is attched to its the base and the foudation to build off of.
Hello all my recovery week is just what I am in need of. I have had some nice, but tough weeks. This time around I am really setting focus on my excercises. Just like anything /workout you try if you want to see some very good results you really have to dig down and bring forth the effort. This week has been going smooth. I also like the fact that in the recovery week, you are going for total body workout. Todays X stretch was great. So much your body can accomplish from these moves, cause with stretching and the Yoga X part of stretching this is so nice and relaxing for your muscles and body. Today’s meals. Carrot sticks with hummus, a recovery drink, Couss Goose, vegatables, brown wild grain rice. Stretching is a very smart and important step in the P90X program cause its the first thing you do before the daily workout even starts up. Stretch out before you start please that way you don’t injure yourself. It also really makes it better for you the get loose…….
Hello my day at work was great. I had worked on a lot of vehicles today was it was a very good day for me. My Snacks for the day was a recovery drink for the A.M. and a small amount of soy nuts for the afternoon snack. My dinner tonight was a chicken breast, with brocilli and a large glass of milk. My workout was good. I continue to do very well with my moves and I am really getting in a very nice workout. I do keep very good range in motion, I am all over not just hanging around. With kenpo you should be moving all around and getting in good body movement. Don’t just stand there you need to explode with your moves and make them count.!!!!!!
