Day 90 of P90X has come!!!!My breakfast this morning was a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a glass of milk and a coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink, man have these recovery drinks have really helped me get through this program. The recovery drink is what you need to get on with a full blow workout like P90X. I did my yoga x today earlier in the day. Yoga for me is still a challege even on day 90, Yoga has helped me out thought alot as far as bending, streaching, flexibility. Today I actually fell out of a couple of my balance postures but quickly recovered from them. Not sure if it had to do with just working out before lunch or not. I did however do very well today on keeping my form focused with nice clean form. Yoga has taught me that even if you are not so flexible there is always room for change. Thats what this P90X has done for me, it has changed me into the best shape I have ever and I mean ever been in. Yoga is a wonderful way to start out your day, when you really focus on doing these moves and keeping good form your ody will just allow it to help you get through it at all times. Again today I also had a couple of times when I had to shack out my wrists cause some of these moves do put a small strain on certain joints depending on how you apply your form. For me I’m not an expert, or a trainer on yoga, but I do try to get the most out of it. I will say this Today was a nice yoga day to end my experience of my P90X program. I have really got alot out of this program. Try to stay in any workout or eating fitness guide for 90 days, it for me was quite a challenege. I have over come all odds I have went to the full limits of the P90X. After all this I am going to start up another 90 days very soon. I was going to wait until after the new year to start up again, but from thanksgiving to christmas thats when people who ever you are will eat eat eat. So with that being said I am not going to loose what I have made. Not me not I, I will jump back in this P90X in a few more weeks. I would like to thank my family first and for most for all the support. My wife who has given me all she has to give as far as helping me and sticking by my side, showing me love and support thanks  snuggles!!! My kids for supporting me and going to bed on time so I had time to get in my workouts, so I could have recap videos for the nation to see. Happy friday all… This morning for my breakfast I had 2 whole wheat waffles a glass of milk and a coffee black. It was freezing out this morning I was cold, how about yourself?? My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was left over turkey with spagetti, I had water to drink for lunch and I had a apple sauce cup. My P.M snack was 8 whole wheat crackers with low fat cheese slices. My day at work was alright and I mean just alright I only flagged 5 hours today but left right around 4:30 today. I had to put Power streeing lines in a jeep liberty, oil changes, tire rotations, Pre delivery inspections, regular inspections, I also had time towards the end of the day to take 1 more of my diesel pre test passed that 1 with a 90%……, so 1 more to go before the final. Other than that just glad its frida and I can go home to relax for the weekend. My dinner tonight was a skillet meal rice, brocilli, green beans, pinapple, chicken. I had a glass of milk for dinner tonight. I had a sourdough pretzal for my dessert. Tonights P90X Routine was very tough, I was doing my very best too, but it seemed to put a number on my body, I think once I started to do the jail house pushups as tony calls them , it really hit me I started sweating like crazy, tonights workout gives your body an all work body energizer, engauging these muscles is a great way to let your body become even better at holding your excercises. As a unit thats right UNIT I am feeling it tonight in my stomach a slight touch from those boats, banana, and supermans. Although I did do them all that rolling back and forth was tough and then to keep engauged after the move. Another one that was a real grabber for me tonight was the lunge,curl, press, my lunges were good after a few my weights that I was using weights seems just a touch to much, but I finished up with them cause with those 10 lbs I was feeling it in my body. This workout is a very similar workout to some of the excercises you find in Yoga X and Stretch X. I think this is the more advanced training excercise out of all 3 though. It is much more harder when you are adding the weights. I made the choice to add the weights and go more advanced. Everone have a good night thanks!!!!!!!! be well

Hello and good morning to you. This morning I slept in till 8 that was nice. I did not go to bed till 3 in the morning due to playing world of warcraft all night. My breakfast today was 2 whole wheat waffles plain 5 strawberries cut up into small pieces spread over my waffles. I had a glass of apple juice and a coffee black. After breakfast my wife started wraping up presents while I drank my coffee. We just hung out and talked while see wraped presents. Now that there all wraped up time to make some room in the closet to store all of them till christmas, we are mostly done already with buying gifts, it was a good thing we did too rather be done now. Then have to go out last minute and deal with all the rushing around. My wife left to go to big lots to just check on a few things there since she hasn’t been there in awile (you all know how much girls like to shop) My A.M. snack was a P90X protein bar, I almost forgot my snack but I wolfed one down before I started yoga. Now I have the house to myself for yoga X. My kids are playing at the neighbors house so I had a very peaceful yoga exp today, I cleared up all the crap in my head today and went for it. My wrist during the chaterages only needed a small shake out today. I felt alot better than my prevois yogas were I lost form due to my wrist acting up. Today on the other hand I was doing all pushups back from downward dog. A coulpe of times boosting right up almost like a spring. My balance postures were much better today also. I held up good straight postures with clean form, when on a few moves if I came out of it, I corrected my form and went right back into the form without losing posture. I tell you what yoga has helped me along my journey, with flexibility, endurance, posture, and my back problem that only once in a great while comes back, then is gone. My crane today was held very nicely I did infact come out of it for about 8 secondes but gathered up and brought it back for the remander of thre time. Table and chair form I reached as much as I could to gain straightness with my form. I did my wheel I raised right up for a few then came out of that cause my form started to drift. During bridge I did much better with my hands behind my back rather than try to do a move that wasn’t going to work for me. I also put up my leg during bridge and fought for my leg to be straight. My flexibility is really improving for me. During corpse pose when I relax I release it all and colapse, clear mind and just about doze off. When I came out of that during my voice hummmmmmmmmmmmmmsssssssssssssssssss. As soon as I was done with those I opened up my eyes and felt great. I did my yoga for the week, I also have the rest of the day to enjoy. Have a good day

My breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles, banana, and a glass of milk, coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My morning went well again just working on a few cars diagnosing a few as well. I had a brand new 2008 caravan come in today with the check engine light on for ambient temp sensor performance. After carefully reviewing the follow chart I went right to the sensor disconnected it from the connector and rust water came out of it. Corrosion all over sensoe and connector thats what we call cheese. Its corrision through but we call it cheese. So no repairing that today cause i needed to order parts for it. My lunch was a salad, spinach, carrots, tomato, pasta noddles, all mixed in together, and a glass of water. My P.M snack was whole grain tortialls chips, and a apple. This afternoon I got to drive a viper!!!! Thats right a Dodge Viper the sticker price on it was 101,000 and change  HOLY !@#$   thats a ton of $$$$$ I only had to give it Pre delivery inspection but it was cool to be able to get behind the wheel of a viper and just check it over it was a highlite in todays work place!!!!  for me anyhow. My dinner tonight was red beans and wild rice, kielbasa and a glass of milk I added some hot suace to it to pick it up a notch. My family and I after that played the Wii we all played bowling we all got real good scores!!!!!! even the kids did great, I myslef bowled over a 210!!!!  YES. Plyometrics was great I was jumping leaping and flying around tonight I really gave it all I could during my first set of jump knee tucks I got a cramp in my passenger side rib cage area but soon enough it went away, after that I got right back into it. I was jumping and tire hoping around my living room. Tonight my wife joined in a a wile also. Its really nice to have her support also we had the support of my comp out in thekitchen, we listened to music tonight to keep the pace nice and heavy just like the music I was cranking out with my rock stars. All in all I did a fantastic job tonight in squats, leaps, jumps, spin/turns, catch it shoot it, pitching Ive got a real nice pitch lok out for my curve ball. Plyometrics is great and the cool down once you have reached the fininsh line the cool down is even fun to do I think and it helps your body out, so be sure to follow through on all your cool downs your body needs it so you can do more the next day!!!  Thanks  all  see you

Good day my breakfast this morning was a blueberry muffin and a black coffee. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My day at work was great. I took 2 on line test courses. I passed the 1st test  it was on hybird vehicles only got 1 question wrong, passing grade  YES!!!!!  The second test was on water leaks, wind noises, and body electrical. Got an 85 % on that one, still a passing grade!!!!  YES!!!! So today I completed  2 more online training test courses to futher myself in automotive studies. My lunch today was a turkey burger on my forman grill at work cooked to perfection right on my tool box in my bay!!!  I added spinach leafs and salad greens to my turkey burger that was wraped up in 2 slices of whole wheat toast!!! This afternoon at work I installed new power steering lines on a chrysler 300. what a mess you need to lift of the power steering rack of the frame to gain access to the lines were they go onto it from the rear toward the firewall of the vehicle. Well I’m almost done with that job i will finish in the morning and move on to the next. Perhaps if I have more spare time this week I will take another test later in the week. My P.M. snack was almonds, peanuts, and a cheese stick. My dinner tonight was Pork chop, mixed vegatables, mashed potatoes and a glass of milk. My wife and I played WOW for an hour tonight we are currently trying to get her to level 66. This game is very timely so pace yourself and get ready for the ride. No just kidding its just all around fun fun fun. Then my family and I all watched how its made , some pretty nifteee things happen on that show. My workout tonight was excellent my in and out shoulder flys were 10 lbs dumbbells, chair dips 16 total, plange pushups 12, pike press 15, side tri rise  10+10, Y press 25lbs 10, pour flys 10lbs 8 those are just a few examples of my excercises that I write down, remeber to write down all your numbers and ckeck in your history for weight change and rep change to check for any improvements. PLYOMETRIC PUSH UP for me tonight I made the change and jumped on all 4 limbs  this time while doing push ups don’t worry you will see it on my new video when it comes out. My fly row press I made the change i started out with 25 lbs but then shorlty after switched to 10 lbs, late in the workout my arms got a bit shakeee so rather than loose form I just altered the weight. Abripper X was nice also I di a few extra masion twists again tonight I am doing very well on all the excercises for abripper X. I still have a hard time getting my legs straight though but I do my best.     P90X is great thanks everyone!!!!!
