Hello my breakfast this morning was an egg scrambler, with onion, cheese, spinach leaf’s, tomatoes. I had a glass of milk and my coffee black. After that my family and I went up to my friends house to hang around for a bit, we are looking at a few house’s today we are meeting up with the lady who is selling the houses, we have 3 to look at today. Hopefully we have good luck. Today for kenpo I strapped on my weighted gloves to get in m extra, with my swings and blocks. I also did my best not to put down my legs during the pivot kicks. For a sunday kenpo really does the trick you blast out and attack for less than an hour then you are done for the week. Starting up next week I will be reaching recovery week that should be good for a change and this time I am not going to forget that its recovery week cause in past 90 days P90X i kept going and forgot to change it up OPP”S so i’ll be on point as soon as I start up for the new week coming. I am wondering if ankle weights could also help me out during this Kenpo, again not to much weight but just a little something to set the edge of things… I’ll have to look into that soon.

Hello this is a real nice day today no rain and I have to say it was even nicer to grab a hold of legs and back after I let my breakfast settle in this morning. I had a protein shake for my brakfast this A.M. banana, berries, milk, ice, and protein powder the best way to wake up and drink something smooth. I had a very good morning with this my legs and back in these past few weeks are really coming together, to complete my body as a well oiled unit. I feel like a new unit cause when I am ripping through these moves I can really feel the diference in the way my body is handling it all. I also enjoyed my ab ripper X. I still can’t get my legs straight for the moves but I try my best. I have always had that problem though when I have done my proir P90X 90 days I have always strugled with straight legs but I just try my best. I am ready for a good day and I plan on having fun…..
Hello Friday yoga x what a long night…Yoga is all about working out the kinks and allowing for your body to loosen up, its way better to make sure you do the moves/excercises properly. Yoga really helps me out and it is by far the best thing you can do for your body for the P90X program with out it I would have to say that your body wouldn’t be at full force when it comes time to get X’d. I know it is a long workout but I do fell really good after doing it and like Mon, Wed, and Fri it is just a few more minutes so hang in there and do your best. Thanks and lets get ready for this weekend next week starts recovery week….
Hello my day went well for me at work other than it being very hot inside the garage. My snacks for the day were a recovery drink for the A.M. snack and an P90X protein bar for P.M. snack. My dinner for the night was Fish, brocilli, and an apple. I had milk to go with dinner tonight. My workout went well . I really like excercising my upper body, I love it when your amrs feel like they have just done a ton of work and the muscles are trembling afterwards that means there working on really wanting to become ripped!!! P90X ripped style. For those of you who do the X you know what I am talking about. I am going to have real nice tone in my arms when I get done with this…
Hello My plyometrics was a real high intense workout today. This was also the first plyo I have been doing were I just had water to drink no recovery drink this time. What made me really go for it today is that I kept right up with it all I was really getting up of the ground and my feet were leaving the carpet!!!!. I did miss the cooldown at the end cause my family was waiting for me, we were going out to dinner. When I got home today I did my workout first before I had dinner. It really didn’t throw me off at all not eating before my workout. It is usually I get home eat first then wait 1 hour or so then do my workout. So today it was changed up. I can feel that it is the 3rd week doing my P90X cause I am building up tolerance for body sorness. I actually feel good, I am not that sore and I can walk OK..
Hello all today I didn’t get in until 530 in the morning. From there I went to sleep. The drive was alright but very very long. I also took the day of from work. With only a few hours of sleep I just couldn’t make the drive and be able to workthe day without being exhausted. I had a good day with catching up on some much needed sleep. This afternoon my family and I went out to dinner, I had chicken grilled sandwich with onion, lettuce, tomato, broccilli for the side and a diet coke. My workout was very good tonight. My numbers are still dead on I’m am very very pleased with how things are going my 3 week going strong. My ab’s are feeling it tonight also, I broke out my yoga mat to take out the feeling from the ground what a nice way to take out the hard ground and put it were it belongs so you can get right to work. I really like my power blocks also. I love changing up my weights to get max reps,, and at 10 to 12,,, at 50 lbs my lawnmower’s are really putting a nive feeling into my arm’s….
Hello I slept in until 8 this morning had a scrambler, coffee black, and a glass of milk. After that I had spent my morning cleaning the house, and doing stuff like mowing the yard, and etc. Today my family and I also went fishing the nightcrawlers were a hit we kept bringing in pan fish every few minutes for the kids it is always fun to reel 1 in….My workout was alright today I wanted to workout after my lunch so I can have the rest of the day to do what ever it is I am going to do. Todays Legs and Back really put me into overdrive. With combination of plyometrics and legs and back your really doing yourself some good. Even Abripper X is a very nice workout to finish up with.. I grabed a Recovery Drink after my workout to smooth things out today.
