P90X Reviews: Day 50 Yoga X

Hi all today was a very very slow day at work. Everyone was pretty much all the same. After lunch I had gotten back and my tire went flat. The valve stem on the rim was dry rotted and it had leaked out so I had to get a new one for my car. Better to have that happen right at my work rather than have it happen to me during a holiday weekend. My lunch was a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a side salad with lunch. Yep it happened to me again with having to do my yoga on a friday night, luckly for me I started up about 8 tonight so I was done by 9:30, ya it was a nice relaxing might for me after that. As my yoga posture gets better and balance moves start to follow through, you can get a better feel for it as you move foward during your P90X program. Once you have pasted the chaterange’s phase, it cools down and becomes much more relaxing and when it come’s time for that if you have been bringing it during the regular week, this workout Yoga X should most certainy help you….Alright all have a goodnight…



P90X Reviews: Day 49 Back/Biceps/Ab’s X

Hello all today was a good day for me at work I got to leave a few minutes early rather than to leave in rush hour traffic. My meals for the day were chicken and whole wheat noddles. I also had for dinner ground turkey with sauce, and salad, and a glass of milk to go with dinner. My family and I got the new Wii game Wii resorts it was totally great we had a blast and had a nice night together. The kids went of to bed and I did my P90X workout Back biceps, and ab ripper X. So with tonights workout I was doing very well with all my moves per reps excercises I have gained a new level for my intense workout as te days have pasted I have been more in the rythem of blasting out my moves. Ab ripper X is just the most intense ab excercise I have ever done and as weeks go on the ab portion gets easier no more soreness just ripped muscle and abdomnial confusion. Ab ripper X = Results to Ab section,,……. Alright then ll se you for fridays workout…….



P90X Reviews: Day 48 Rest day

Yeaaaaaaaaa today we went to the Amusement park I went on a ton of rides even some real nice coasters with the kids. Its just one of those super excellent fantastic days. I also did lots around the house before and after we got back from our fun filled family day of excitment. So yea I think with all I have do already today I figure tonight is a good rest night…………



P90X Reviews: Day 47 Plyometrics

Wonderful just wonderful I have taken of a Wednesday from work this week to just take the day off and have a day to spend with my family before the school year starts up for the kids. Also we have plenty to do around the house and yard, and misc cleaning up to do in gereral. Tonight I had fish with mixed vegatables, and some mashed potatoes, I had a glass of milk with my dinner. Tonights plyo was intense. I went for a nice approach when doing my moves. I got airborn big time. I was jumpknee tucking almost to the celling. I was covering my entire living room tonight. ith all my ground jump moves I kept up with the leap frog ”’the locust”” Dom his name is from the video yea I kept up with his pace by the end of tonights video was was cooked. I legs have never felt so good before. I can still walk the walk even after blowing these moves out with th max intensity that this Plyo excercise brings to me and to all of us that does the (X) ….. P90X Reviews: Day 46 Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Ab’s X

Hello all My workout tonight was a great workout. With tonight’s  workout I got my upperbody in good shape with my excercises. I went all out and didn’t hold back one bit. Things have been good for me for my P90X I have made it to the half way mark. From here its time to bring it and see what I am made of an go all out for the rest of my other half of the P90X classic. This week should be a good week for me and the weather promises to also be good so we will see. Have a good night all. See you for Plyometrics…..



P90X eviews: Day 45 KenpoX

Hello all… I had a great morning I was up at 6 oclock today. I started off with a nice breakfast and dropped right into horse stance with kenpo x. Along with my weighted gloves for the extra weight. I was just blasting out and getting my moves done with max intensity. Talk about an all around fantastic workout and body moves. With kenpo you are not just hanging around you are getting up an exploding your body and your moves. If you aren’t getting into this workout your not doing it properly you should really be feeling this kenpo X once you have reached your level. So go out there and EXPLODE!!!! For me it’s sunday so I am heading out to go fishing.



P90X Reviews: Day 44 Legs/Back/Ab ripper X

Hello all I had to work today I was out and home by 4:30 so pretty much a full day at work for a saturday anyhow. I got home had some stew for dinner and then after I let that settle in I did my workout for the day. Legs and back was just great. I am allowing myself to put my limts to the test with this one today. I am going the best route possible, I am doing all I can do and maxing out at my excercise rates. For the night we are having up some friends to the house so we will be hanging out and relaxing for the night. I am still also doing well with ab ripper X also. I like the way the moves are spaced out for doing and in some case trying to knock out 25 a pop. Do what you can here cause after working hard for about an our ab ripper X comes along and kicks in a the last segment of the days workouts. Forget the rest and do/try your best…. P90X Reviews: Day 43 Yoga X

Yes thats correct its another friday night and here I am doing my yoga X. Today the chateranges were excellent and when I lift my legs up I wen for max reach on those. Yoga tonight was great. I went through the first half breaking sweats and having very nice posture. Yoga has helped me out getting my body flexibility and strenght were it needs to be. I enjoy doing yoga cause it helps me out alot. Tonight starts off the weekend my family and I had ordered out foe dinner tonight. Pizza and wings. Ikept my hunger under control I had 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of pinapple, ham, sweet peppers, and I had 3 wings. Not to bad like I have said in the past try not to pig out for the P90X program, not that I am recommending pizza but come on from time to time every1 enjoys slice now and then….Thanks folks.
