P90X Reviews: Day 87 Kempo X

I’m back and now I am 28!!!!!!! My breakfast was 3 pancakes with a small amount of surup, a glass of orange juice, and a coffee black. This morning I had a truck come in with only blower fan operating at dash vents, inop at floor vents, inop at defroster, barly any heat at all. After removing the entire dashboard back to gain access to the heater box assembly, remover that from the vehicle. I got it on my work bench and begain to take it all apart to find the broken pieces, Yea it also had 5 active codes reading on the scan tool so this was a pretty big job. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. I also had to mount and balance 4 tires and do a few misc jobs aswell during the morning rush. For my lunch today I had pot roast, potato, carrot, mushrooms, water. That was a great lunch. After lunch I had 2 4 wheel drive services back to back with 2 tire rotations ,and a couple of upsells from customers to return to me to get work done to there car which I have recommeded to them that they get done. So today was a great day for me. My afternoon snack was a samll bag of lite popcorn with water. I had to leave work early today for parent teacher confrence, My son is doing very well in school so that is fantastic and I am very proud of him. Watch out grandpa he’s got lots of A’s going for the 1st quarter. Which means for every A he gets grandpa pays him and his sister 1 dollar each per A.Now if you have seen there quarterly report cards there is over 20 slots in there for different grading’s. So theres money to be made for the kids if they do well. DInner for me tonight was a pot roast leftover on a whole wheat wrap, I added salad greens, and spinach to it. Kempo X My wife joined in the fun tonight with me. I used my 3 lbs dumbbells for all my moves again like I had done back last week. Man you really can feel a change in the way a perform your moves. Months ago I was swinging like a mad man, noticing later that it seamed as if I was banging my joints and thats not any good for your workout. Adding the weights have slightly made me go for a much cleaner form. I don’t bang my joints anymore now that I have added weights to my excercises. My knee to the gut / mule kicks back were done tonight not setting my foot down before I explode into my mule kick. I feel my kicks are getting up there in distance, height is not my friend here due to my legs not allowing a very high kick very high, but I do my best and bring it everytime. Adding the weights to your blocks help get your form up during blocking added weight helps your arms get a much better feel for the blocks. My X jacks were done with extra boost. I kept jumping and jumping throughout the clock timer. I have done alot better at my kempo X and its a real great fun excercise. I like kempo X !!!!!!! Thanks all be well *****Explode Explode*****

Week 9 Video again for anyone who missed it!

Hello happy sunday everyone today i had eggs with tomato, spinach leafs, mushrooms, grated cheese, ham, and a coffee black. My morning went as follows I helped out with some housr chores, My son and I read a few books, played with his new hot wheels action set up, and we both played the Wii boxing and bowling ( that was to warm myslef up for throwing my punches for my workout today. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink, which came a the right time cause just cleaning your house is a pretty hard job dusting, vaccuming, cleaning counters, etc. So the P90X recovery drink came in handy today. For lunch I had Chicken, brocclli, noddles, tomato, peppers. I had a glass of milk to drink with lunch. After lunch I walked/ ran my golden retriever EMMA she needs to be walked / ran on a daily. She’s a golden she needs exercise, If I had it my way she would be doing the P90X program, but walking/ running her and throwing her her tennis ball will do just fine so she gets the exercise she needs as well. Today my good friend jerry came up to my house to blow apart Kenpo X with me. We both used weights today for all punches, blocks. He had velcrow hand wraps attached to his hands, I used 3 lbs weights for all my excercises. Today we both did great and we were bringing it to the max capacity. I did great with my punches, kicks, and blocks today. As I have said before it’s always great to have a workout buddy to work with you. Jerry and I did very well on kenpo today, adding the weights really was the topper for the day. When you add weights you up the ante. Today being my last kenpo of the P90X I had to bring out what I was made of and thats pure excellence. Remeber Just blow out the walls and bring it to the max!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Jerry and I have done kenpo together before so It was a great way to get in a nice workout and just have some fun with my good friend!!! P90X every1 get it you will see for yourselves this program is great. My dinner tonight was turkey, squash, asperigus, and a sam adams winter lager. Curotesy of my wife she went to the store to get some stuff for tonights dinner and I asked her to pick me up some beverages…ice cold  beverages, Well folks this is it for me//////I now go onto my recovery week So for me 6 days left till I round out my (90) days so for all of you out there from me Tom I brought it and I will finish 6 more till I will be a graduate!!!!!!  P90X  !!!! YEA BABY!!!!!

Great morning to you all My breakfast this morning was whole wheat pancakes with 2 spoon fulls of surup. A glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My morning was good I had 1 car come in with no brake pedal pedal went to the floor it needs a new master cylinder, also the brake fluid was contaminated with debris, so it my also need additional work due to sweeling of the seals it could already be in the brake lines and the cailpers. My lunch was corn, steak, and a salad with thousand island fat free dressing. I had water to drink with my lunch. My P.M. snack was 6 crackers with a cheese stick. I had more water throughout the day at work also. This afternoon I got a couple of oil changes tires rotations, a mount and balance all 4 snow tires. At work today i also started my diesel training course. I have 4  out of the 8  post tests complete before i take my final exam!!!!! After worktoday my family came to my work to pick me up so we could go to the mall for dinner and christmas shopping. We went to Ruby Tuesdays. For dinner I had turkey mini’s with the salad bar green leafs, spinach, carrots, green peppers, lite ranch, croutons,and graded cheese. I had a sam adams to drink with my dinner. Tonight I changed my workout I am doing legs and back tonight instead of yoga X I am saving yoga for tomarrow due to it being a friday night and I would rather spend my hour and a half workout for tomarrow when have more time. Tonight’s workout for me was a relief to get my legs moving again for my workout night in plyometrics, usually the day after I do my plyometrics I can feel my legs in the way I walk. Like I have more energy in them. All my chin ups and pull ups tonight were done using my black band. When I get to the bottom of my rep I was holding for that extra tension really bringing out the squeeze. I have been getting out 15 total for most of these reps during the pull/chin ups. Which is a very good number for me, during the past month when I started out I was on the green band, then next month I switched to the blue band, now that I am used to the excercises and I want more size, I have switched to the black band for max performance. Onto the lunges ,Tipeetoe lunges and my chair lunges were done with wonderful form, I really went down in deep to feel it and during the lunges I added 10 lbs weights!!!!!!!! I am bringing it here cause this is my last day for strenght training beacause from here I will not need weights for my recovery week. So this was the finalizer in bands and weights. All in all throughtout this program I have increased my numbers and went for size by using the 25 lbs dumbbells and every month switching up to a heavier band. So thats how I did, I can say for myself that I am in much better fitness than I have ever been in. Hi this morning’s breakfast was 2 slices of fruit bread with a glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was left over red beans and rice with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was grapes and a Protein bar. My day at wrok went well staying busy this past week I like that cause I am finally makeing some good hours. A few oil changes and some nspections mostly.I had a water leak today on a brand new dodge ram. I found it quickly it needs the rear window to be taken out and totally resealed the wtaer was coming in up top of the window on the passenger side. My dinner tonight was a turkey wrap in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce swiss cheese tomato and onion. I had a glass of milk to drink with dinner. After dinner my family and I went to walmart to get groceries, and to start up on christmas shopping. We didn’t get back til 8 ish so when we got home I went right to my P90X workout. Back and Biceps went very well. I did not get tired even through ab ripper x, tonight I kept up a great pace and completed excercises to full max. When I finshed I was exhausted cause it was late. I finished up around 9:30 then I took a shower and played World of Warcraft for a few hours, I drank lots of water during game play cause I was thristy. You will need to drink plenty of water to keep up your energy for these workouts. I also had  a samuel adams in while I was playing. See you all later good night….

Tom: My breakfast this morning was Fiber One raisin bran clusters with a glass of orange juice and a coffee black. This morning so of my family members and I all played WOW together on the computer we all teamed up and went to a dungeon raid. That was fun and it was a very nice time. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was whole wheat noddles with graded low fat chedder cheese. I had a glass of water to go with my lunch today. My afternoon snack was a P90X protein bar. Today for kempo X My good buddy jerry joined me and my wife also joined in to do the kempo X workout today so it was a fun time keeping in shape with family and friends. All in all it was real good I did very well for my kempo today. I kept clean form and preformed to the best of my ability. Kempo is a great fitness excercise, body in motion and moving means calories burning. I had a great time tonight working out. My licks are really improving I’m getting my kicks pretty high with good form. My blocking and punching also is doing great. This is the end of my week 11 and I will see you all for week 12  Thanks I hope you all enjoyed my latest video. It a great video I highly recommend you all watch it.
