Hello my breakfast this morning was a chicken scrambler!! I had coffee and a glass of orange juice. My snack for the day were some soy nuts, and 2 cheese sticks fot the days snacks. My dinner for the nigt was Fish with asperagus, and wild brown rice, also a glass of milk with dinner. I had a great day at work for the most part, I was waiting on a few cars today to upsell but all he work sold so thats a good deal. Back and biceps was a classic a P90X classic that is. I had 30 lbs hooked up tonight with my power blocks. Accompaning my workout tonight was my black band which was used to do my pull ups. My arms feel like there going to just drop to the floor, with that inmind. I know that I did a real good job tonight. Ab ripper X is really going to allow you a great feeling in your mid section. Ab ripper works great but don’t forget your mat when you are doing the moves, with it it helps out alot as far as ground goes the Yoga mat is very very helpful when doing your moves.

Hello everyone my friends and I had a good game night, also I had a few Saranac Imperial IPA’s they were fantastic… My lunch for today was a turkey burger, spinach leafs, a cheese stick, and water. For todays snacks I had a recovery drink. I was preparing for plyo. Tonights plyo was very good, I had done well with all my moves no motification’s tonight at all just from start to finish pure intensity. My new video is out on my page, its actually for plyo that was the day we were making the video, since then plyo has become much easier. I can actually do plyo without having trouble walking the next day. I really brought it tonight, cause on my off night, I had a few cold ones so I had to really kick up it a notch to be sure I did a nice job with my plyo.
Hello my breakfast this morning was a brain muffin, and a glass of milk. My lunch was a chicken wrap, with a pickle, I had some water with lunch. For dinner today we went to the Golden Corral with some family members, I had a diet coke with dinner, a fish fillet, rice, corn, broccilli, I end of the deep end today and grabed a small bowl of ice cream at the end to top it off. A place like that can get you in trouble as far as a food plan goes for the day, but if you make good chioces you should be alright. My workout was very hard core tonight, I had forgotten about plyo push ups and 1 handed push ups, needless to say I had only done about 5 or 6 and there were real rough. Also holding and counting the up to down motion of the slow motion push ups were killer. I did however to decient on my weight excercises. I did drop to lower weights during arm circles, and flys. I did do more reps as per the low weight used for those though, just to make up for the difference. It was an amazing workout though, but tonight was very hard, Horray though I got threw it. At the end I put up all 50 lbs on my blocks and punched up while on my back, that was a bit trickey but I did manage to do 8 each a side. Tine for a small recovery drink and to shower, Thanks ……..
Good day my breakfast this morning was a blueberry muffin and a black coffee. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My day at work was great. I took 2 on line test courses. I passed the 1st test it was on hybird vehicles only got 1 question wrong, passing grade YES!!!!! The second test was on water leaks, wind noises, and body electrical. Got an 85 % on that one, still a passing grade!!!! YES!!!! So today I completed 2 more online training test courses to futher myself in automotive studies. My lunch today was a turkey burger on my forman grill at work cooked to perfection right on my tool box in my bay!!! I added spinach leafs and salad greens to my turkey burger that was wraped up in 2 slices of whole wheat toast!!! This afternoon at work I installed new power steering lines on a chrysler 300. what a mess you need to lift of the power steering rack of the frame to gain access to the lines were they go onto it from the rear toward the firewall of the vehicle. Well I’m almost done with that job i will finish in the morning and move on to the next. Perhaps if I have more spare time this week I will take another test later in the week. My P.M. snack was almonds, peanuts, and a cheese stick. My dinner tonight was Pork chop, mixed vegatables, mashed potatoes and a glass of milk. My wife and I played WOW for an hour tonight we are currently trying to get her to level 66. This game is very timely so pace yourself and get ready for the ride. No just kidding its just all around fun fun fun. Then my family and I all watched how its made , some pretty nifteee things happen on that show. My workout tonight was excellent my in and out shoulder flys were 10 lbs dumbbells, chair dips 16 total, plange pushups 12, pike press 15, side tri rise 10+10, Y press 25lbs 10, pour flys 10lbs 8 those are just a few examples of my excercises that I write down, remeber to write down all your numbers and ckeck in your history for weight change and rep change to check for any improvements. PLYOMETRIC PUSH UP for me tonight I made the change and jumped on all 4 limbs this time while doing push ups don’t worry you will see it on my new video when it comes out. My fly row press I made the change i started out with 25 lbs but then shorlty after switched to 10 lbs, late in the workout my arms got a bit shakeee so rather than loose form I just altered the weight. Abripper X was nice also I di a few extra masion twists again tonight I am doing very well on all the excercises for abripper X. I still have a hard time getting my legs straight though but I do my best. P90X is great thanks everyone!!!!!
Good day my breakfast this morning was 3 whole wheat waffles with natural peanut butter a glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. For lunch today I had leftovers Porkchop, peas, mashed potatoes with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was whole grain tortillas chips with homemade salsa for my inlaws damn it a good fine quality slasa too. !!!!!!!! My day at work is slow again I did a few prep vechiles that just came in off the truck. Those are a quick easy job to put a few hours on your ticket!!! Then you go for a test drive to verify the vechile is good to go for road useage. Other than that not to much has been happening these days things are very slow. Peope are probably getting ready to spend there money on black friday shopping from now till christmas. I hope things go smooth for me or it won’t be that great of a christmas for us. With times like this I wish we were busy so I could actually make a decient pay check. Dinner for me tonight was spagetti with chicken in the sauce. A salad with fat free honey mustard dressing and a glas of milk. My workout tonight plyometrics was good. From last night workout my chest area and arms were feeling it so I know I got one good workout inlast night too. Tonight was a all around exciting workout for me my wife joined in and kept up a nice pace for al the excercises. I really feel good to know that this from of exercise is working out my entire body. When you are in your lunges and jumping around you don’t feel like a stiff. You keep moving to the groove!!!!!! I like plyometrices it brings out what a person is really made of, if you can do this workout thats great. If you can finish this it’s even better I continue on my path of excellence to keep my body moving in the right direction. I’m getting the results I deserve cause I am working so damn hard to get there. Even in my form’s I am getting my knees up as high as I can go witch is alot higher than when I first started P90X. Jump training is working for me. The P90X is working for me. My body shows so do my pictures. If you look back to my first weeks Pictures you can se how I have changed !!!!!!! On top of working out I am eating healthy wich is another huge part on how my body reacts to this workout plan. Thanks everyone for your support I app. it and kep folloing me Thanks****
This morning I had 3 whole wheat pancakes with syrup a glass of milk with a coffee. I stayed home today. My son is still sick and he can’t go to school like that. So I have stayed home to be with him. We just hug around the house, we played star wars action figures for a little while, we watched cartoons. He took a nap today also he needs it he’s not feeling well at all I’m glad I stayed behind today to be with him I don’t like it when my family members are sick It stinks. Its much better to be there to help out the ones that need you the most. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. For lunch I made my son and myself some scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. A breakfast lunch we enjoyed our meal together. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. Dinner tonight was BBQ chicken, baked beans grilled vegetable pasta salad. Was a great meal. After dinner we brought my son to Grandpa’s house so he can spend the weekend there. He has all of his medicine and, now that he has been on it for 24 hrs his coughing has gone down slightly. He loves going to Grandpa’s he has a huge screen T.V plus the pleasure of just going to see his grandpa. Which is always nice. My wife and I headed up to Schroon lake to spend a night at a retreat. To get some time with eachother and friends. I did my workout there tonight. My wife and I with some company joined in with us as well. I used the 50 lbs black band for my workout. We did not get up here till almost 9:00 so we worked out pretty late. I did a great job working out tonight I did not struggle with any of it. I’m to the point in this program were I’m just doing this with much dedication. I going for major results here people MAJOR I tell you!!!!!!! It’s nice to have some company to workout with me again thats always a good time. My new video coming out soon will show you some cool shots of us doing the P90x. Remember you can still take your stuff with you, and workout wherever you go. After that my friends and I played rock band for the PS3 that was a blast. Tonight I had a Makers Mark whisky and a few Saranac’s so I’m starting to get a little wobbly eyed so i better go before I start typing like this @%$#*&^%)(! LOL see you all later.
