As you all know this is my final week Recovery week!!!!!!!!! I have come, I have and I will conquer.!!!!! My breakfast this morning was raisin bran clusters Lightly sweetened wheet & bran flakes with plump raisins and clusters!!! I also had my coffee black and a glass orange juice. I had a few cars this morning Oil changes and tires mostly. Lots of customers have been coming in for oil /lube jobs and tires as of this past coming weeks. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was a lean cuisen steak, pepper, tomato, cheese on the bread that it comes with. I had some grapes and a glass of water to go with all of that. This afternoon I undercoated and rustproofed a vehicle with a state inspection, this afternoon we slowed right down again so that sucked cause for about the last 2 hours of work there was nothing to do once again. Tonight for dinner I had mac and cheese with ham and brocilli and a glass of milk. After dinner my wife and I started calling all of our friends and people who are close to us and family to all get together for my wife’s and my birthday double party. Thats right my birthday is tuesday and my wifes on sunday of this week. So we are having our once a year double birthday bash. Last years party we had a quad party. It was me my wife and 2 more of our friends for a total annilation birthday blow out the walls party and forget about the rest. If you are not here to party then step aside. Well with all that being said tonight was Yoga X night. I remained focused during my warriors really putting my arms at a real nice distanct from me allowing my body to strecth out to the full max. I have also made my arms no longer flair out at all during chateranges up into cobra, I do get my knees up off the ground aswell… Might aswell right bring it. I would however like for my legs to be a lot more flexible but during a few of my excercises tonight I just can’t seem to really // really get my legs to go straight. On the other hand, I do fight it little by little to try and get that extra distance. The yoga block also helps me during the moves due to my legs not being able to flex my hand all the way to the ground , so the yoga block is my friend during my yoga. It also feels real nice on your hand rather than the ground, you do get that extra comfort in it also. When you are doing yoga the whole point is to be comfortable so these yoga blocks sure do make a diference. They are well worth it!!! Yoga has helped me along my way with controlling my body and motions with flexibility. I know i said it back awhile ago about yoga being so long but now I can get the hang off it and, I don’t mind working my yoga P90X skills cause it has helped me master this course. The P90X Challenge!!!!!

Hello my breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles and tea no coffee for me this morning I ran out of filters. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was a whole wheat wrap with chicken , lettuce, and spinach with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My day at work was slow again didn’t do much today other than a few hours worth of work, which is hardly worth the time I out in. Its slow season now so we ar struggling to make hours. My dinner tonight was mashed potatoes, green beans, and chicken breast with water. After dinner my family and I played the DVD game Disneys Scene its that was a cool game of course the kids both won the game. I did do good though I answered a few of my questions correctly and I won a few pick the charaters of the movies. All and all its a great way to have family night and to have some quality time with the family. My P90X workout tonight went well I used the 25lbs dumbells for my excercises. 8-10 reps each a few of them like the reverse ones I used the 10lbs dumbells to keep my clean form. The 25 lbs are to much weight to keep a clean form even when you are doing 8-10  a pop. I feel it in this workout after about 30 minutes or so were my arms start getting tired but I continue with clean form from the start to finish. My upright rows are great I’m getting my elbows way up and holding at the top so I can get as much out of it as I can. My static arm curls are good after 16 times of holding the one side weight at your side then pumping up on the other I keep my arm as firm as I can so my weight doesn’t sink down Keep the from everyone you will feel it. Ab ripper X was good I did 100 extra situps last night after the workout was done. My ab’s are nice and toasty after that. I feel great in my ab section. I can really feel the burn after this. I’m heading out see you all be well till then….

Hi everyone great morning to you all I’m up, and its early. 6:30 to be exact. I Had 2 whole wheat waffles for my breakfast, with a glass of milk,banana, and protein powder 1 scoop. I played WOW after my breakfast and I started my work out at 9:00. Today was an intense workout for me, I must have slept wrong last night cause my back was feeling the burn. I kept my forms clean today also this is the first time I have had my workout this ealry in the day, so it was a nice change to feel this good this ealry in the morning. Kempo really hits the spot for me the punches, kicks, and blocks really move you around, as I have said before for my last 2 kempo X workouts. You are moving and getting 1 awesome workout, after the warm up you jump right in and start moving around, even during the breaks you have the option to keep moving to keep your heart rate up, I recommend to you all during this to most def>> take your drink of water and get in there to keep moving and stay active while your breathing. By the end of this workout my shirt was soaked in sweat, so I know that I’m working hard, also buring lots of calories. This workout is far the best I think. Well for me its the end of week 3 and I feel fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eating wise and body/health wise all around I’m doing great and glad I’m doing the P90X program.
