Hello my breakfast this morning was a slice of whole wheat toast with cream cheese a glass of milk and a P90X protein bar. I forgot my coffee this morning so I went without my coffee today I just grabed a coffe black decaf at work. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My day at work is going good I did a few new car check overs, so used car check overs, and a few oil changes. My lunch today was chicken and rice with mixed vegatables, and a glass of water. My afternoon snack was an apple and a 100 calorie pack popcorn. The rest of my day went by good, cause I was working till the very end today, lots to do so that was great. Tonight my dinner was a repeat I had again chicken with seasoning wild grain rice and spinach, I had 2 glasses of milk for dinner tonight. My workout tonight was good, my body was feeling great and ready to work, usually I wait a little over an hour before I start my workout, or I just wait till my kids go to bed which is around 8′oclock. Thats a fantastic time for them to go to bed cause on school night’s we don’t want anyone waking up cranky, cause thats no good. My family and I all wake up at the same time and get ready for the day so when it’s time to roll we are rolling on all 8 cylinders, ready to rock and roll. My workout tonight went well I really did a nice job on my reps and forms. I like how the P90X program switches up cause just 2 days ago when i did chest and back, that night and a bit into the next day you feel it in your upper body. So its nice to change things up during the week so come your next workout you are ready for it. You can also give it your all and be prepared for the exercises and be ready for them at full swing. Tonight me and my wife are going to chill and watch some T.V see you all !!!! be well…
