
P90X Day 80
Hi this morning’s breakfast was 2 slices of fruit bread with a glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was left over red beans and rice with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was grapes and a Protein bar. My day at wrok went well staying busy this past week I like that cause I am finally makeing some good hours. A few oil changes and some nspections mostly.I had a water leak today on a brand new dodge ram. I found it quickly it needs the rear window to be taken out and totally resealed the wtaer was coming in up top of the window on the passenger side. My dinner tonight was a turkey wrap in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce swiss cheese tomato and onion. I had a glass of milk to drink with dinner. After dinner my family and I went to walmart to get groceries, and to start up on christmas shopping. We didn’t get back til 8 ish so when we got home I went right to my P90X workout. Back and Biceps went very well. I did not get tired even through ab ripper x, tonight I kept up a great pace and completed excercises to full max. When I finshed I was exhausted cause it was late. I finished up around 9:30 then I took a shower and played World of Warcraft for a few hours, I drank lots of water during game play cause I was thristy. You will need to drink plenty of water to keep up your energy for these workouts. I also had a samuel adams in while I was playing. See you all later good night….

P90X Day 67
My breakfast this morning was Granola with a glass of milk. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink, I have been doing all my A.M snack’s Recovery drinks as posted in the nutrition guide!!!!! My lunch was mixed vegatables, sweet potato, chicken, a glass of water. My P.M. snack was P90X protein bar. The past couple of days are going a little bit, we are getting work for the morning parts but still dropping right down in the afternoon’s It sucks no work no pay atleast in the flat rate world. My dinner tonight was a lean cusein chicken wrap with apple juice. Tonight before my workout my family and I watched a Nightmare before christmas,the kids fell asleep, my wife and I finshed it up then I started up my P90X. All my black band excercises were all 12 times each if not more, I;m pushing myself to the maximum. 25lbs dumbbells on lawnmowers, twenty-ones, 1 arm across body curls, elbow out lawnmowers, standard bicep curls. My one arm concentration curls are still a bit loose, I fell my arm get real sloppy for this excersises I barely even got in 8 of these tonight. All my others tonight went very well namely the curling and my band pullups. I max’d with the black band during max pullups completing 20 tonight. My superman is getting much better if you follow the workout and watch how they are doing this its actually atleast for me a great wonderful stretch. To finish it of my strip set curls I did 25lbs/ then 10lbs 25lbs/ then10lbs for my final excercise. By this time as noted before by me when you get to this your arms are smoked as much as you can feel now. It will mean great results later so dont worry about the burn it will pass as long as your form is good and your not jerking your body, thats just setting yourself for a No No. Abripper was tough I took off the night before and that should have been ab ripper night, so I pushed it back a night by taking off the night before. AFter a few moments my body got warm and Iblew out the rest of em. I am pleased to say going with the heavier bands were a fantastic choice I am doing less reps than the past phase’s but my weight is more, I also try to push to use my 25lbs dumbells but later on in the last few minutes but during the strip sets 25 just to much to blow out 25 25 25 25lbs so by then I choose 10 lbs a much safer and smarter choice for me.

P90X Day 53
Hello everyone I enjoyed my light off. My breakfast today was a protien shake. Protein powder, milk, banana, mixed berries and ice. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My day went well at work I had a brake job. Some oil changes and tire rotations. I passed one of my online courses for training. That was great cause I got payed to do the training online form my bay at work. Today was a good day for me. My lunch was a turkey breat sandwich with salad, spinach, low fat mayo and mustard. My P.M snack was a low fat yogart and a granola bar. My last part of the day I did tie rods on a truck with a front end alignment. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I also started another on line training course to go through the study guide to get ready for my next test. My dinner tonight was left over vegatable soup, with a saranac pale ale. My legs are feeling a tiny bit sore from plyometrics even after a day off. My body is ready and willing to go the extra steps that the P90X program allows you to, and I allow myself to work very hard at doing this. Tonight I am still currently on my blue band for my door excercises. Wide pullups, switch grip, corn cob, what a funny name corn cob*** towel pullups, max pullups tonight my max number was 18 total. All of my curls i am using my 25lbs dumbbells. The onlt time tonight i used the 10 lbs dumbells were for the crouch curls and for my last 2 strip set curls the 1st 2 strip set curls i did the 25 lbs but i could not finish using 25lbs thats to much weight for me and my body was starting to get out of form. Ab ripper I took a few breaks I didnt do as many as I would have liked to, but I worked on building up my form. When ab ripper is done i grabed a recovery drink just 1 scoop to take of the edge. My arms are very spongee again tonight after lifting all that weight so many times extremly in the inner parts of my arms were the joint bends behind the elbow. Thats cause I was pumping it out (X) style !!!! Be well see you all later
