
P90X Day 61
This morning I had 3 whole wheat pancakes with syrup a glass of milk with a coffee. I stayed home today. My son is still sick and he can’t go to school like that. So I have stayed home to be with him. We just hug around the house, we played star wars action figures for a little while, we watched cartoons. He took a nap today also he needs it he’s not feeling well at all I’m glad I stayed behind today to be with him I don’t like it when my family members are sick It stinks. Its much better to be there to help out the ones that need you the most. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. For lunch I made my son and myself some scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. A breakfast lunch we enjoyed our meal together. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. Dinner tonight was BBQ chicken, baked beans grilled vegetable pasta salad. Was a great meal. After dinner we brought my son to Grandpa’s house so he can spend the weekend there. He has all of his medicine and, now that he has been on it for 24 hrs his coughing has gone down slightly. He loves going to Grandpa’s he has a huge screen T.V plus the pleasure of just going to see his grandpa. Which is always nice. My wife and I headed up to Schroon lake to spend a night at a retreat. To get some time with eachother and friends. I did my workout there tonight. My wife and I with some company joined in with us as well. I used the 50 lbs black band for my workout. We did not get up here till almost 9:00 so we worked out pretty late. I did a great job working out tonight I did not struggle with any of it. I’m to the point in this program were I’m just doing this with much dedication. I going for major results here people MAJOR I tell you!!!!!!! It’s nice to have some company to workout with me again thats always a good time. My new video coming out soon will show you some cool shots of us doing the P90x. Remember you can still take your stuff with you, and workout wherever you go. After that my friends and I played rock band for the PS3 that was a blast. Tonight I had a Makers Mark whisky and a few Saranac’s so I’m starting to get a little wobbly eyed so i better go before I start typing like this @%$#*&^%)(! LOL see you all later.

P90X Day 57
< Frost this morning > I had to go outside and scrap off my windshield and all windows due to heavy frost also needed to put the heater controls to max to help the process. Saftey First Everone. My breakfast was two pieces of Fruit bread a glass of milk, and a coffie black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink which came right in time after sitting around all morning waiting for jobs to sell, and just plain waitng for more / othwer work to come in. We have really slowed down, work is starting to fall in numbers of people wanted to get there cars fixed lately. My P.M snack was almonds, almonds leave my mouth real dry, I need a lot of water to get them all down. Dinner tonight was whole wheat noddles with spagetti sauce. After dinner I played my game W.O.W its halloween in the game and one of the daily quests is to take out the headless horsemen. It’s a great daily to run he drops purple armor, weapons, and flying mounts, your in a group of 5 so mostly its of a roll to see who wins it. I have do this now for the past couple of days. So now I have them all well atlest the ones I wanted to get. Phase 3 I made it to phase 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets party lol just kidding let me get through this next phase and I’ll be the ripped king like jason on ab ripper X On of tonys funny coments during ab ripper I’m sure you all rember that phrase. I though it was great me and my son always call eachother the ripped kings when we are working out he does join me once in a great while. Hes only 5 hes just having some fun>>> for phase three I am starting the week of with chest and back, since doing the P90X program most if not all my back pain is gone. Thats the truth my back is stronger than ever!!! I learned how to do all these great excercises from this program P90X. My chest feels solid, alot more firm than from before i started all of this. Abripper X as always brings what you have left for the night right to your mat I highly recommend you are using on for your ab excercies I do, I also use it for much more than that also even softer surface to work with. Why fight it when you can just bring it. I am glad I have made it this far and I will finish.!!!!!!! I am ready for this week I may even break out my black band for my door band starting on wednesday for shoulders and arms. I feel capable and able to do this Add just a touch more weight and see how it goes. Welcome to phase 3!!!!!!!!!!!!
