
P90X Day 82
Great morning to you all My breakfast this morning was whole wheat pancakes with 2 spoon fulls of surup. A glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My morning was good I had 1 car come in with no brake pedal pedal went to the floor it needs a new master cylinder, also the brake fluid was contaminated with debris, so it my also need additional work due to sweeling of the seals it could already be in the brake lines and the cailpers. My lunch was corn, steak, and a salad with thousand island fat free dressing. I had water to drink with my lunch. My P.M. snack was 6 crackers with a cheese stick. I had more water throughout the day at work also. This afternoon I got a couple of oil changes tires rotations, a mount and balance all 4 snow tires. At work today i also started my diesel training course. I have 4 out of the 8 post tests complete before i take my final exam!!!!! After worktoday my family came to my work to pick me up so we could go to the mall for dinner and christmas shopping. We went to Ruby Tuesdays. For dinner I had turkey mini’s with the salad bar green leafs, spinach, carrots, green peppers, lite ranch, croutons,and graded cheese. I had a sam adams to drink with my dinner. Tonight I changed my workout I am doing legs and back tonight instead of yoga X I am saving yoga for tomarrow due to it being a friday night and I would rather spend my hour and a half workout for tomarrow when have more time. Tonight’s workout for me was a relief to get my legs moving again for my workout night in plyometrics, usually the day after I do my plyometrics I can feel my legs in the way I walk. Like I have more energy in them. All my chin ups and pull ups tonight were done using my black band. When I get to the bottom of my rep I was holding for that extra tension really bringing out the squeeze. I have been getting out 15 total for most of these reps during the pull/chin ups. Which is a very good number for me, during the past month when I started out I was on the green band, then next month I switched to the blue band, now that I am used to the excercises and I want more size, I have switched to the black band for max performance. Onto the lunges ,Tipeetoe lunges and my chair lunges were done with wonderful form, I really went down in deep to feel it and during the lunges I added 10 lbs weights!!!!!!!! I am bringing it here cause this is my last day for strenght training beacause from here I will not need weights for my recovery week. So this was the finalizer in bands and weights. All in all throughtout this program I have increased my numbers and went for size by using the 25 lbs dumbbells and every month switching up to a heavier band. So thats how I did, I can say for myself that I am in much better fitness than I have ever been in. P90X Day 80
Hi this morning’s breakfast was 2 slices of fruit bread with a glass of milk and coffee black. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch today was left over red beans and rice with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was grapes and a Protein bar. My day at wrok went well staying busy this past week I like that cause I am finally makeing some good hours. A few oil changes and some nspections mostly.I had a water leak today on a brand new dodge ram. I found it quickly it needs the rear window to be taken out and totally resealed the wtaer was coming in up top of the window on the passenger side. My dinner tonight was a turkey wrap in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce swiss cheese tomato and onion. I had a glass of milk to drink with dinner. After dinner my family and I went to walmart to get groceries, and to start up on christmas shopping. We didn’t get back til 8 ish so when we got home I went right to my P90X workout. Back and Biceps went very well. I did not get tired even through ab ripper x, tonight I kept up a great pace and completed excercises to full max. When I finshed I was exhausted cause it was late. I finished up around 9:30 then I took a shower and played World of Warcraft for a few hours, I drank lots of water during game play cause I was thristy. You will need to drink plenty of water to keep up your energy for these workouts. I also had a samuel adams in while I was playing. See you all later good night….

P90X Day 76
Get up get ready get P90Xed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Morning I had 2 whole wheat slices of toast with egg whites, and a glass of milk. My A.M snack was a peanut butter P90X bar I got a new box of these bars to try out the peanut butter ones and guess what there Great, far superior to just your average crap snack you think is OK to put into you body, get with the P90X program Ill prove ou wrong. The P90X protein bar is the way to go, if your doing the P90X I suggest you grab 1 of these tasty bars as soon as you start up or just to eat as a healthy choice snack. My lunch today was a salad with fat free itilian dressing, carrots tomatoes, spinach leafs. My afternoon snack was a recovery drink. My day at work went well today I only had to work the morning and I made 7 hrs for 5 hrs put in, so that was very good, it started raining for most of the day so that was crappy. I wnet down to my cousins house to a birthday party. The party was good I had a hambuger, with fries and a couple of samuel adams cold, very cold beer for my dinner I went a little bit out of the nutrition guide for tonight but I did not go crazy, I kept it cool didnt splurge that much. My workout tonight was good. I was nailing all my chin ups and pull ups hard and I mean hard, for each excercise I add 1 to 2 more than my usual nunbers latley cause I can give that extra reap here and there.!!!!!!!!!!!!!. My arms are bulging out tonight and the sweat is rolling, I am to the point were I’m just going all out I have nothing to fear I’m doing my workout and I’m blowing out the walls here My body is transforming. The pain is gone I’m here to bring the pleasure of the results that this has given me. The P90X is my gift of life for me and my body. I have never in my entire life been so healthy and in shape. Lots of results here, Tons of improvements I have made and keep making throughout this P90X 90 day review. Abripper is really the way to go its just the right aount of minutes a day per workout to get into it and bring it. Abripper for me has taken of my waste line Its the real deal here everyone try it out, just think its not everynight, its just everyother night for abripper X. I feel much better after my workout cause when I ate my dinner tonight I felt heavy from eating the burger and beers, but I burnt off most of that doing my workout tonight. Also like I said in the past as long as you are controlling what your diet is sometimes its just nice to have a night that, you can have a beer, I’m sure you all can relate to that, if not thats OK ill be here tomarrow to do my P90X anyway (O__O) be well

P90X Day 73
Hello my breakfast this morning was a slice of whole wheat toast with cream cheese a glass of milk and a P90X protein bar. I forgot my coffee this morning so I went without my coffee today I just grabed a coffe black decaf at work. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My day at work is going good I did a few new car check overs, so used car check overs, and a few oil changes. My lunch today was chicken and rice with mixed vegatables, and a glass of water. My afternoon snack was an apple and a 100 calorie pack popcorn. The rest of my day went by good, cause I was working till the very end today, lots to do so that was great. Tonight my dinner was a repeat I had again chicken with seasoning wild grain rice and spinach, I had 2 glasses of milk for dinner tonight. My workout tonight was good, my body was feeling great and ready to work, usually I wait a little over an hour before I start my workout, or I just wait till my kids go to bed which is around 8′oclock. Thats a fantastic time for them to go to bed cause on school night’s we don’t want anyone waking up cranky, cause thats no good. My family and I all wake up at the same time and get ready for the day so when it’s time to roll we are rolling on all 8 cylinders, ready to rock and roll. My workout tonight went well I really did a nice job on my reps and forms. I like how the P90X program switches up cause just 2 days ago when i did chest and back, that night and a bit into the next day you feel it in your upper body. So its nice to change things up during the week so come your next workout you are ready for it. You can also give it your all and be prepared for the exercises and be ready for them at full swing. Tonight me and my wife are going to chill and watch some T.V see you all !!!! be well…

P90X Day 69
Hello my breakfast yestarday was a coffee black a glass of milk and 2 slices of whole wheat toast with wieght watchers reduced fat cream cheese what a combo. My A.M snack was a racovery drink. My lunch today was a strip steak salad with spinach salad greens tomato, fat free honey mustard dressing. Also a large glass of milk. After lunch My family and I went down to my cousins house so I could work on her car. She needed some brake work done today so we all went over to hang out and fix the car. My P.M. snack was a samuel adams and some candy bars, sorry but I endulged on some of my cousins kids candy bags they got a ton of candy so they don’t mind sharing alittle. After the car was done we all ordered out pizza and salad. For dinner I had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, salad, dressing itialian, and a glass of diet pepsi. After dinner we went home. I started my workout then to get it done before I get tired. Legs and back was good since the change of going from blue band to black band I’m feeling much more resistance when i go for the hold when the band is in affect. Using the upgraded weight is really helping me build my muscle and go for the win!!! All sets of my chin ups were clean as can be I really pull down and hold these now. My form is much better and has improved over these past few months. Now that I have the hang of it, i can do them on my pace and get them done rite. The pull ups are the same Im reaching with my bands to get the most out of them and then hold. During your hold stay focused don’t let your arms go hold that form for as long as you can beforeyou go back up to start the next one. I feel it I know you will. Abripper X went great I was in the zone for abripperx tonight I went to town on my sets taking the app break that I needed then jumping back in when ready. Tonight I did 30 extra masion twists, I had to put my feet down for a few seconds during the regular set. So when is was all done I ripped through another 30. Later guys time to run a herioc dungeon on my game WOW should be alot ofpeople on toinght. Should be pretty easy to form a group on a weekend, more people have time to play. little did they know before I sit down and play for hours, before I go to bed I did my workout now its time to play mahwaaaaaa!!!!!!

P90X Day 59
Hello my breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles and tea no coffee for me this morning I ran out of filters. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was a whole wheat wrap with chicken , lettuce, and spinach with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My day at work was slow again didn’t do much today other than a few hours worth of work, which is hardly worth the time I out in. Its slow season now so we ar struggling to make hours. My dinner tonight was mashed potatoes, green beans, and chicken breast with water. After dinner my family and I played the DVD game Disneys Scene its that was a cool game of course the kids both won the game. I did do good though I answered a few of my questions correctly and I won a few pick the charaters of the movies. All and all its a great way to have family night and to have some quality time with the family. My P90X workout tonight went well I used the 25lbs dumbells for my excercises. 8-10 reps each a few of them like the reverse ones I used the 10lbs dumbells to keep my clean form. The 25 lbs are to much weight to keep a clean form even when you are doing 8-10 a pop. I feel it in this workout after about 30 minutes or so were my arms start getting tired but I continue with clean form from the start to finish. My upright rows are great I’m getting my elbows way up and holding at the top so I can get as much out of it as I can. My static arm curls are good after 16 times of holding the one side weight at your side then pumping up on the other I keep my arm as firm as I can so my weight doesn’t sink down Keep the from everyone you will feel it. Ab ripper X was good I did 100 extra situps last night after the workout was done. My ab’s are nice and toasty after that. I feel great in my ab section. I can really feel the burn after this. I’m heading out see you all be well till then….

P90X Day 55
Hi everyone welcome to the weekend how are you all? Hopefully making it happen with P90X!!!! My breakfast today was whole wheat english muffin plain with coffie black. I had to work this morning from 8:00 to 1:00, that stunk all I did was Oil changes and a few tire rotations. I did however grab a A.M snack while I was at work a P90X protein bar!!! When I came home from work I had a Chicken, rice, vegatable lean cuisean with a glass of milk. Legs and back went well for me. I used my blue bands again for all my pullups. The blue band is nice I like the results the band gives when you are in your hold position. Its the rite amount of weight for my class. During the chalf raises I was using my 25 lbs dumbbells by the last toe in reps the bottom half of my legs were on fire. To top it all off my DVD skipped back to the beginning what a bummer, likely I now what to do and how it finishes so when I finished I went over to find my spot again damn thing….. One legged wall squats wer eno fun eather I took a few breaks in between them. Those leave your legs shakee also. I had a very nice going workout, I did very well on my forms. Abripper X I always take breaks during Fiffer scissors my legs just can’t hold that position, one of these days I’m going to get it though without taking breaks. I have mentioned during past blogs about beeing worn out during the workout before it even goes into abripperx. Just keep inmind breaking can be very well needed when you work hard don’t be down about it . Break clear mind and go 4 it!!!!! have a nice day….
