Hello, today’s workout was not a fun one fore me. Plyo is still tough on me and my knee. At this point in the game, you just have to suck it up and just do it!!!! So that’s just what I did. Let’s look on the bright side:

I still haven’t decided if I am going to do another round of this or something else, so there might be some more plyo in my future! Since I have a competition coming up soon, I will be heading to the gym tonight to get in some extra cardio and some tanning!
Diet is good. Today I had some “weight management” oatmeal. There is supposed to be a good amount of protein and fiber in that. For lunch I am going to have tomato soup with string cheese. For my snacks I have yogurt and a banana. Not sure what’s for dinner yet, I might actually go out. There are people coming to look at our house right at dinner time which is soooooo inconsiderate and outrageous!!! WE STILL LIVE THERE!!!! CAN WE LIVE???
ANYWAY, I ran out of protein bars and they are kinda expensive and take a while to ship, so I guess I will go these last two weeks without them! I still have my recovery formula, whey protein, and shakeology, so I should be good with the protein supplements.
Tomorrow: Back and Biceps. I think this is a good one too…….chin-up slim you down, I think!! Love to curl the biceps!!!
This is an important too that you will need to measure your body fat percentage. The P90X will give you muscles which weight more than fat, so a scale can’t be the only tool you use to measure your progress.

I can’t believe it’s week 12 already! Resistance for this week, then the recovery schedule for the last week! This is crazy! Anyway, today’s workout was chest, shoulders, and triceps plus ab ripper x. Nothing exciting or new to report. I got through everything just fine. Still don’t like doing push-ups >:p
My diet is good. Had a half of a sandwich (turkey, american, mustard, whole wheat bread) which is not exactly on the approved foods list, but the bread cheese and mustard were ok. It was just the turkey. I guess cold cuts are bad for you. It was only a half slice anyway. I also had a cup of vegetable soup. I skipped breakfast today which was NOT good, but I really didn’t have time this morning. Of course people were coming to look at the house and I had to get my workout done early and quickly!
Tomorrow’s workout is……..oh yeah, Plyometrics. I had to look it up just now, I couldn’t remember!!
I hope you all had a great Valentines day! I didn’t do much really. Things have been hectic with the moving situation, and I guess we just wanted to relax at home. Kinda sounds boring, but sometimes it’s just better to get rest and not be stressed!!
Had practice today at 8pm. It was a good practice!! We worked our stunts and jumps and did some more choreography. We didn’t do much tumbling, but I did get a couple runs in on the tumble track after most of the team left. My daughter doesn’t have school all this week, so I let her come with me. I can’t believe my little 4 year old can do a back hand spring, with me spotting of course, on the tumble track!! She hasn’t had any gymnastics training either! I think she is a natural and maybe I should put her in gymnastics.
Tomorrow is the start of week 12, unbelievably! This is the last week of resistance, then a so called “recovery week”, the it’s all over! I don’t know if I’m happy or sad about that!!! It will be nice to have a couple days off, but I am so scared of gaining that weight back! I am going to do some sort of workout after maybe 1 week off, but I just don’t know what yet.
Hello!! Today’s workout was kenop x and it was also my weigh in and photo day. Kenpo was good, nothing new and no problems with that. Now the weight in was sorta disappointing because I didn’t lose any weight at ALL this week!! Still at 141 :( But I think my pictures look a little better this week

Hello and sorry for the late post!!! I did legs and back yesterday, plus ab ripper x, and I didn’t have time to post. I am scrambling around to look for an apartment and it sucks!!!! I can’t find anything as big as my current place, or something that isn’t a total DUMP! I can afford a nice place, I just can’t find it!!! The owner of this place is selling >:( Anyway, I was working hard yesterday, actually broke a sweat! My knee was bothering me of course, but wrapping it tight above the cap with an ace bandage seems to help. I can’t believe this was day 75! I only have 15 days left! I can’t believe that I actually stuck with a workout system for this long!!! Well, I guess that’s because it actually works, and seeing results quickly really makes you want to continue on.
Ab Ripper X was a breeze again, but I can still feel the burn in my abs. Perhaps I need more?? Perhaps I should do 30 reps……hummm……maybe next time I will try for 30!
I don’t know what to say about my diet anymore. It’s like I just have a new way of eating now. I don’t even think about it. I’m sure some days I am not exactly on point with the daily servings, but I usually am with the carbs which is most important for weight loss….I think. And I do have some more weight to lose so there will be a plan after these 90 days. Not sure what that will be yet, but there will be a plan!!
Yes! I actually persuaded my fiance to do Yoga X with me!! Of all workouts!!! Getting through Yoga is getting easier and easier. I always enjoy this workout, but by the middle of the moving asanas, my arms start to get tired. The arms were pretty strong through out. Maybe because of yesterday……..pumping up the arms day!! Anyway, I might go to the gym again tonight (went Tuesday night) just for the extra cardio. I need to get my heart and lungs in better condition in a hurry! Also, I wouldn’t mind burning more calories. My trip is coming up in 6 weeks and I have to start looking around for a bathing suit!!!

Do I really need to? I think I am starting to look a little manly but I like having muscles! They are my no means bulging or anything like that! For those women out there who are afraid of P90X because you don’t want to get bulk, you probably wont! I only look like that when I flex and pose! Plus I really try to curl like 40 pound bands every time which is not necessary for lean muscle. I love this workout! I like to feel the burn in my arms!
Ab Ripper X was sooooooooo hard in the beginning weeks, but honestly, it’s kinda easy for me know. Even those side oblique crunches are a breeze! I can do all 40 mason twists without stopping and have mastered the crunchy frog. So for those of you who are having trouble with ab ripper x, TRUST ME, it will get better!!
My diet seems to be going well. I had whole wheat pasta for dinner last night, which was my only serving of carbs for the day……well there was potatoes in my vegetable soup at lunch, so I guess that would be like a half a serving. I had eggs, my protein bar, yogurt, string cheese, and veggies with my dinner so I think I had everything covered. Wait a minute….I didn’t have any fruit
I was a little hungry after I ate dinner, but I had a couple spoonfuls of yogurt and that was that. Night time is the hardest time to try and NOT eat junk!
