Hi everyone, it was a good off day for me got all perperations for my son’s party done. Also my family has already had some good times with my visiting family members for the party day Yep today i party day for my sons birthday we are going t have lots of fun family and food!!!!!!! I had to wake up early but this morning kept to myself during my moves I did not add voice to any of them dueto the fact that there were people sleeping in I did not want my nephew to wake up hes only 1 so making noise and yelling ealry in the morning would not havebeen good. Other than that i did very good with my workout today . Also a plus is doing an ealry morning workout I have always said that on theweekends I like doing my workouts ealry so that I can have the rest of the day to feel good and have a relaxing day. Hello all its a good day my day at work blew by I got out a few hours early so my family and I could grab some things for this weekend we are having my son’s birthday party, also we are having some relatives up to our place for the weekend, we have plenty to so this weekend and it will be a blast. I had to workout late tonight causewe had lots to do at the houe as far a preperation for all of whats going to be happening for the weekend. I did very well and kept my numbers up as I have been for my run if the P90X program. I am getting way better at my lunges I think yoga has helped me out with all that, cause with legs and back being in real nice shape it can help out all of your body do an even better job than usuall. I had a great day and I am going to have an even better weekend. Thanks all see you for kenpo to finish of the week!!!! Thanks
Good day 2 you all my yoga stances/ form are little by little getting better it has also slightly helped me out with my straightening of the legs I have bloged about yoga and my legs getting stright before but now that the time has pasted I can say just a little bit that I have had some sucess with my legs an getting them straight. Much more so than in the first month. Yoga is really a focus thing, I know it can seem long but as you get into the flow with the excercise, you can just go with it and feel the moves just come ut of your body stances, Yes yoga will help out for the P90X workout so try your hardest to stick with the full workout an hour and thrity minutes isalot but if you have made a good effort all week long and yoga being a part of the P90X, I say go go go 4 it!!!!!
Hello everyone my excercises are still keeping me going. Its nice to have the workouts were you are just using your body, an on the other days that you are adding in the weights and what not. I can get excatly what I am looking for and what I need out of the workouts as the line up for the excercises are always different and change up so you are wroking everything day to day. Its a great change and it helps from your workouts getting repetative. All you need is your own ody weight followed up by some regular dum bells this is a great excercise for just that, When you get the the last few reps of the excercise then you really can push for the last few!!! Nice so with this night being plyometrics and there is only 1 more ply night before the end of this 90 day round. I did some excellent modification with most of my moves/excercises, all leg moves were grab and hold and sky rocketing of the ground. I had an amazing night doing all the mod’s and I can even say that there is no leg pain at all. My legs have become immune to the harnsess that the first couple of weeks bring you during the warm ups of plyo. I can do all I can do to bring i here in the last rounds of this 90 days, also if anyone has feedback on how there 90 days is going or if anyone is at the same stages of the P90X that I am post a comment and let me know what you thnk and how things are going for you. Hello and welcome to monday not to much exciting happened today just another day at work steady but calm there at my place of employment. My dinner tonight was a turkey breast sandwich from home and some vegatables followed up by a large glass of milk. My workout was a killer tonight its back to chest and back so that brought me to my chin up bar again which really works you hard and in between working my my chest and back I am also putting up the weights to really get things boosted up into gear. My weights are up to 35 to 40 lbs per excercise. I have done very well for compinsating with all my weights. My reps are still 8 to 10 ranged up into some doing 10 -12 reps per pop. This round is alomost up and I am working hard to get to the finish line.
Good day to you all. Yep I was awake it 5:30 this morning. Its a nice day to, I started off for my breakfast I had scrambler, I wraped it up in a whole wheat wrap and had myself a breakfast wrap with my coffee black. I helped out a little this morning straightening up the house them I got into my kenpo X for an early morning blast of a workout.. My workout wen great this morning I kept all moves real tight and staright to the point. My kicks Iam getting way up tere with a blast of explosions. My swings, punches, blocks, kicks and all my moves and stances are doing very well. I am still using my weighted gloves during the kenpo x. If you get kenpo done early enough in the morning the rest of your day will be great, also your body will feel great. Today we all have a birthday party to attend to that should be a good ime its really a party for all the kids but all the adults are friends also so its an all and all family/friends birthday party. I have had a good week other than a few crap days at work. Atleast my p90x isn’t letting me down!!!!!! It makes me drained out after I finish but that gets better after a few hours goes by then I am fully recharged and ready for the next days challenge…….
