P90X Reviews: Day 90 I did the X

I just got back into the p90x I had don back and biceps my body 2 days later is now feeling the result of being out of the loop for a few weeks I took my last day as X stretch after doing yoga it helped my get loose so I wanted to still relax and feel good so I opted for X stretch which for me was 2 days of relaxation, dont get me wrong when you do P90X it can be tough so when you do these much more tonned down workouts it fells real good to do it that way. I was able to do another round of P90X also I realize I had taken some time off this round but sometimes things do and can happen to you. I want everyone to also know that P90X is very good for your body. P90X is excellent it is the most fantastic worko your body could possibly want. I will be still getting myself back on track and eating healthy. Thanks and see everybody out in the P90X world!!!!!



P90X Reviews: Day 89 Yoga X

Yoga for all the P90Xers out there and all the folks who are looking into getting the P90X and getting ripped and just having a great way of life to fell great and enjoy life. Yoga plays a real major part in all this hard work. You need the yoga and can benifit aton from it. Yoga helps you out even when you are working and doing well for yourself all week. A day with yoga refresh’s your body. I have been able to do the moves and excercises every week is a change. A good change, people with body acks and pains if you start doing yoga it could and probably will help you out a bunch. It also leaves me real relaxed afterwards. With yoa you will also need to just lay back and relax. A few moves I have actually felt myself melting into the ground cause I fell so relaxed. 1 hour and 30 minutes is alot for yoga but throughout the time you are in and out of moves, just feel it an dlet yourself go with the flow!!!!!! P90X Reviews: Day 88 Back Biceps Ab’s X

Alright folks after a few weeks off from surgery I have recovered I had taken some time off so I fell out a few weeks here but I still have 3 days left to go. I had not really done any work outs this past few weeks that I had been out. I am also going to bechanging up jobs within the next 2 weeks. I found a better job closer to my home. I had started off my workout today really drained but I kept up my pace. It can really happen after jumping back into your workouts after being out for awhile. I was using my power blocks for my excercises. Ab ripper was especially hard cause not working out my ab’s for these past few weeks I struggled, with some of the moves and I had my reps to an alright pace but I did have to pause to take a small break here an there. I can say that my back feels much better today since I have worked out and I really enjoyed getting my workout done. I also plan on eating healthy again cause we all know how it can be to fall out of sink. But with the P90X program its all about bringing it and doing well!!!! Let’s rock!!!!

Hey all tooth still hurts I actually had to get a refill on medication causeof the pain this week I will have my follow up appt with the surgen still out for a few more days then Ican come back and finish things up. Thanks Tom….

P90X Reviews: Day 87 Plyometrics

Plyometrics was unbelievable to just be jumping all over the place and getting your body airborn and not just for the heismans but just to sky rocket with low impact to your lndings!!!!!I think plyo is great it can be very hard and tirsome but its much needed in the P90X field of your 90 day training.



P90X Reviews: Day 86 Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Ab’s X

Hi all we all had a great weekend with everything. Today I also had a nice day. After the weekend rolled by I can feel myself getting a little stuffy i my head so I have been taking drinks of apple cider vinager. That should help alteast I hope it does. My workout went very very strong tonight. I was sure to get things done with the best that I can go and do the moves with quality. Ths is the last C/S/T/Ab’s for the finish of my 90 days and I kept up a great pace with all y excercises tonight. Only 1 more ab ripper to go also. Woooo yea thats the way its done here P90X!!!!Rocks it out so be sure to do your best and forget the rest…..
