As you all know, I screwed up yesterday. I was supposed to do Kenpo yesterday and Stretch today, but I totally did them i opposite order. OOPS!! At least I will be back on track tomorrow! Kenpo X is always a fun workout. I really “bring it” with this one! I had some pants on that were kinda loose at the bottom, so I made sure to whip my kicks enough that my pants made a sound, like in real Karate! WHIP-AH! LOL!
Anyway, I am still following the “general guidelines” of the Nutrition Plan, but honestly I am not as strict about it. I do add creamer to my coffee, I will have a slice of home made pizza as long as it counts as a carb serving, I grab a sub from Subway, nothing too extreme. I still follow the daily servings chart and I think that’s the most important part. I still don’t drink any soda or anything really besides water and coffee. Once in a while a diet. I stay away from fast food, unless it’s a salad from McDonalds! Hopefully I am not screwing myself, but I am much happier this way! In phase 2 right now, and I will definitely stat in phase 2 until the end. It’s so much easier with one more carb and one less protein. It seriously makes a difference!
