Day 50, Yoga X, recovery week #2. It’s not my favorite week. Of course I love Yoga and Kempo, but there is CORE!!! I HATE CORE!!!! UGH! Please help me through this workout tomorrow!!! If anything, your core is probably the most important thing to work, but it’s soooo hard!!!
Anyway, Yoga was good today as always. I haven’t found any “Yoga-esk” music as of yet to drown out the nonsense, but still looking! I was tempted to do abs today, but Yoga is so incredibly long, I really didn’t have much time.
Do you all think that because I switched to phase 2 my weight loss is going to slow down even more? I think I looked a little bigger this week. Honestly, the second carb that I eat everyday is usually a low carb whole wheat wrap. It only has 7 net carbs and the rest is fiber. That’s probably only a half of a serving. Whatever………I can’t wait until phase 3. It’s butt kicking time!! And I mean mine!!!!! Some people have said that you don’t even see results until week 8, and I’m there now, so bring on the cuts!!!

I’m considering buying px90 and came across your blog while searching for reviews. I think your doing great! I looked at your before pictures and the current ones that you have and I can definitly see the difference in your arms and belly and lower back.Keep up the great work its paying off !
