Day 48-Kempo-Pictures!

Hi everyone!  Today was kenpo x and it was a great workout.  I had two workout buddies which really mad me push myself.  I was the only girl so I didn’t want to look like a wuss!  It was also weigh in day and unfortunately, I didn’t loose anything this week……still at 145.  I am seeing a pattern though.  Every other week I loose a pound.  I really want to loose 20 by the end, but if I am gaining so much muscle, I don’t know if that will be possible!  I don’t know if my tummy looks more defined because of what I am eating or because my abs are growing!!  Oh well….I can only put all I have into these workouts and hope for the best results possible!!!

    Hey, you’re doing an awesome job. I just ordered P90X myself and came across your site while doing some research. Looks to me like you’re getting great results.

    You talk about not necessarily losing the pounds you were hoping too, but what kind of changes are you noticing in how your clothes fit?

    Thanks Jody! I am loosing weight at a good pace I guess. Talking to people about it really helps put everything in perspective. You loose a lot in the beginning, then a pound here and there as you get more muscle. I really feel like my muscles are getting bigger. As of this past week, I really notice them. Of course that is why my weight gain is not the same as in the beginning.

    Most of my pants are looser, and I am able to wear a belt that I haven’t worn in years! I couldn’t even get it on the first notch, now I can wear it on the second or third notch! My belly isn’t bulging out of the top of my pants and out of my shirts, that’s for sure. So yeah, I think I am loosing fat and toning up well.

    Thanks for opening my eyes!!! I need to stop obsessing on that!

    DAMN GIRL!!! You are looking awesome!! I purchased the program the other day and can’t wait to get started. You and I have the same body type so I can’t wait to start seeing results like yours. Keep up the good work x

    Thanks Katie!!! I really appreciate that! I hope you get great results too! I still have some work to do. I am hoping to loose 5 or 10 more pounds, hopefully, and maybe add a little more muscle. Although I am really starting to feel them stick out, it’s a little weird!
