So it looks like I am getting better with Plyo……it’s about time! I almost half way through the program! I was able to take only the breaks that are allowed. There were some exercises that I am having a little trouble with because of my knee, but other than that I did all the other ones. I also snuck in Ab Ripper X today. I know your not supposed to, but I just have a urgent need to flatten my tummy!!
Someone brought to my attention a really good point. I am your average person, not a fitness fanatic. I wasn’t in great shape when I started as you can all see, but I wasn’t totally out of shape. Of course we all have different body types and everyones results will vary. Take me for example, I will always have huge legs. There is no getting around that, wether they are full of fat or muscle. They are just big. I am short and my arms are also thick, so I will never be skinny. Petite maybe, hopefully, but never skinny! So I am happy to show you all the results if you “bring it” as hard as you can without turning into a crazy person! I follow the diet, but lets face it, I slip up from time to time. Many of you out there trying this program will too. But you have to remember that your results are only as great as the effort you put into this program. Over time, you will be able to intensify your workouts and you should if you want to look great in 90 days. I think I am at that point right now where I can start to increase my intensity. I can up my weights, today I did well with Plyo, I added some abs in, and tomorrow I will really try to do better with my chin-ups.
So tomorrow is back & biceps + ab ripper x. My goal is to do 12 reps for the chin-up exercises and to move up 5 or 10 pounds for the bicep exercises. The only thing I can do to improve my performance with ab ripper x is to improve form.
p.s. Sorry if I haven’t posted any interesting pictures for each day, you run out of ideas after a while! Here is a picture of what I don’t want to look like at the beach this year!!!

Just stumbled on your blog and it sounds like we started around the same time. I’m on Day 46. (Just posted a Day 45 update). You’re doing GREAT! I’m also finding plyo easier — feels great, right!?
Keep pushing play. You’re doing GREAT!!!!

Great job Erin! Keep up the good work! We’re all cheering you on! I am doing the lean version myself. This is my second official week. So far, it’s been going well. I have a Cancun vacation coming up and want to look good in my bikini. I would be happy if I lost nine pounds and toned up as much as you did in such a short time! Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi Donna,
Thanks for the complements! It’s all about looking nice in a baiting suit! That’s my goal too! I will be going to Puerto Rico in a couple of months and I don’t want to look like the above photo again!!!
Good luck with your workout!

Great blog, very motivating! I’m just about to start my P90X workout journey
on Sunday. My wife will probably be doing it with me. Thanks again for such a great blog!

Hi Jonathan! You made a good decision! It’s a great idea to workout with your wife for motivation and maybe a little friendly competition! I think I am going to force my fiance to do this with me the second round.
Thank you for reading my posts!

That’s what I thought so too … plyo was not too awful! Actually struggled at the end with switch-flip-180-squat-jumpamajigs … but other than that, not too bad! Man, back and biceps, my toughest day is next
