Hey guys! It’s day 40! I did legs and back plus ab ripper x. I said yesterday that I was going to try and “bring it” al little more and I think I did! I did 10 reps for each of the chin-up moves and I graduated from a full sized chair to a small step stool. I think it’s a little harder this way. The leg exercises were great. I love to feel that burn in my thighs, like the cottage cheese is melting off!!! I know it’s not that simple, but that’s always what I think about when I do legs! lol!
I know I pushed myself more today because by the time I got to abs, I was a little tired! More that usual. Ab Ripper was kinda hard for me today! I Did all the reps, but man it was tough!
I did go to sleep just a little afer 11 so I got plenty of sleep which did help today. I had a shake and a egg white scramble for breakfast. I have a nice taco salad (very lean ground beef) prepared for my lunch! Yum!
Hopefully my pictures tomorrow will look better than last weeks and I really hope that I will be past that 10 lb weight loss point! Wish me luck!
