YOGA X…..phase 2 day 39

Hello!  Today is day 39, holy crap, and the workout was Yoga X.  I really can’t believe how fast the time is going by!  It really seems like I just started!  I am almost half way through!  Anyway, Yoga is one of my favorite workouts along with Kenpo X.  It’s not easy and I am working hard, but it’s in a relaxing kind of way.  Sometimes you just need to slow down a bit.  My crane is getting longer!  Use the toe, or not, use the toe, or not.  Tony’s funny, but he talks a lot!  He’s always like “I’m done talking” but then he keeps talking!

Anyway, so I am feeling like I need to push myself a little more.  I have been upping my weight here and there and I am using the chin-up bar now but……………… I don’t know.  I think I just need to challenge myself more I guess.  It’s just a feeling I have!  I do work out in the morning and I am not usually a morning person.  That could be why.  I’m just tired I guess.  I will try to go to bed earlier!

So I have been being good!  My diet is right on track.  I am pretty much still sticking to phase 1 of the diet, but some days it’s more like phase 2, which is OK for me at this point.  I want to loose as much fat as I possibly can, but sometimes I feel my energy is low so I eat more like a phase 2 day.  I am sticking to the portions and the approved foods list.  I haven’t touched a soda since I started this program which is crazy for me!  I use to throw back at least two or three Pepsi’s per day.  That stuff is like crack!  So addictive…….ummmmm.  Now honestly, the thought of drinking cola kinda makes my stomach hurt.  I pretty much only drink water and a cup of coffee.  I used to hate drinking water, but as your body gets healthier, you don’t want to put anything unhealthy in it.  At least that’s how I feel!

 

 

 

So tomorrow is Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X.  Day 40!  Wow!  I will try and go to bed by 11 and I will make sure to really “bring it” in the morning!

    On a side note I am starting my 2nd round of p90x…it is addicting! OK not the yoga…but the rest rocks…then it is off to insanity.

    Hi Charles,

    I didn’t create this blog, I just post on it! The creators of this blog had Tom posting his workout before for three rounds and needed another person to take over.

    I am definitely going to do a second round and I think I will be ready for Insanity after that as well! It’s looks so intense! With P90X workouts, you get a chance to breath, and Insanity just looks like it doesn’t stop….until the end! We’ll see how that goes! I anxious to see how you do with it!
