Hey! Today is day 37, plyometrics. I did have more energy this week for this workout, but man, it’s still really tough! Around the second to last set of exercises, my knee always starts to hurt which sucks. I think when your heart rate is up and your sweating like hell is when you should push yourself to burn more, so that is kinda hard for me. I think my lungs are getting a little better. I don’t die right away like I used to so it seems I am making some progress! So that’s the gist of it for today.
I am doing ok with my diet. Still trying to make sure I eat every two hours. A P90X bar on the way home from work really helps at dinner time.
Tomorrow: back & biceps and abs, I think! I don’t have my calendar in front of me!
