Since my belly seemed to have gotten bigger, I was excited to get this week started. I am still sore from last week so I wasn’t THAT enthused to start! But I got through it! I think it was actually this workout last week that got me all sore! Or it could have been the fact that I just started to use the chin-up bar……..Anyway, I did a little better with the thousands of push-ups I had to do. I made it a point to either match or go beyond what I did last time. But seriously, it may take another week to be able to do a one handed push up! I can’t even believe that lady in the video can actually do them. She is on her knees and goes down only about an inch, but she’s got to be in her 50’s! Maybe next time! I hate push-ups more than I hate chin-ups, but as long as I do them the girly way, I can push out about 10.
I did all 339 reps with Ab Ripper X again. Loving it! I have to get rid of this belly!! I hate it soooo much!!!!!
Which is why, I am getting strict on my diet like the first week. ONE CARB PER DAY!! AND IT HAS TO BE BROWN!! That sounds gross, but I mean whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and red potatoes. Low or no fat dairy and LEAN meat. I know the Nutrition Plan doesn’t include ground meat, but I found really lean ground beef and ground chicken meat balls are awesome! I will have to keep it to one cup of coffee per day. I was soo tired this morning, I don’t think I would have even been able to do the workout without coffee! That sounds bad too, but that’s the reality! I wake up, get my daughter ready for school, have a cup of coffee and some water, then start my workout!
Tomorrow is Plyo……nooooooooo!!!! But last night during choreography, I was assigned to do a standing back tuck in the opening of our routine, so I will start to appreciate plyo a little more. It will help my tuck if I really “bring it!”

Please don’t give up ever. I’m waiting for your 90 days before I give in a buy P90X.

Hi Erin… I am starting p90x for the second time. I did it once but got off track and didn’t complete the 90 days. I am finding your blog to be VERY inspiring and may just start my own blog of some sort. Good luck. You look great! Today is day one for me.

Hello Valerie! Thanks for the complement! I was really nervous at first, but I am starting to feel a little better about myself. Having a blog really helps you keep going! Being able to talk to others about the program and looking at my pictures everyday really keeps me motivated!
Please come back and tell me how you are doing! I will definitely check out your blog if you start one!

Hi Erin, Wow. You are sticking with this thing!!! My husband and I are looking for something like this and I found your blog. I know how hard it is to make the time for this with kids- we have 3. I am done having children now and want to get back in shape! I am going to keep my eye on your blog to see how it goes for you. Good luck & keep with it, you can do it!!!!! Thanks for the inspiration.
