Hey Guys, if you didn’t guess Saturday was day 34 & Kenpo X. Wow! I’m moving right along with this! So the workout was good, no problems, no issues! What else can I say. My diet is the same, although I do feel I might need to move to phase 2 pretty soon. I am starting to get hungry a lot, but I still need to loose fat, so I’m really undecided. Maybe Monday.
Saturday was also my son’s 2nd birthday! The grow up soooo fast! He got lots of good toys and had a blast at grandma’s new house!

hmm … lowo n energy again this morning, but got into it once I started and pretty soon I was jabbing crossing and hooking away. This whole week was hard, very tired from it. Biceps are still sore from 3 days ago! I may need to cross out that extra cardio workouts I do at the end starting next week. We’ll see. But so far so good, 1 more pound lost this week, bringing the total to 9 so far
