Core: UGH!

Today was core.  I didn’t like it any better than the first time!  But, it is my job to “do my best and forget the rest.”  Not all the exercises are impossible, I noticed today that every other one is!  Oh well.  I don’t have to do core again until the next recovery week.  Anyway, since I am behind a  day I will be doing Yoga X in the morning on Sunday.

Because it is the END of PHASE 1 (wow!), I took all of my measurements to see where I was at.  I don’t think I have an accurate body fat % reading because my son broke my tester.  Anyway here is what I came up with:

Day1:              End of Phase 1:

Weight         155                 147    :)

Body fat %     16                   14

Chest              35.5″             34.5″

Waist             36.5″            35″

Hips             36″                 35.5″

Rt thigh      25″                   25″

lft thigh        25″                 25″

rt arm            12.5″            12.5″

lft arm           12″                   12″

Not much of a change with the tape meausre, but I did loose 8 lbs and I can see a difference in my photos.  Speaking of photos, here are my week 4 photos:

I realized in earlier photos that I was holding my arms wrong.  I wasn’t even making a muscle!  Corrected that!

    I saw the infomercial and I Binged it. I came across your blog and I will bookmark it :D
    I’m thinking of getting the P90X DVDs as I’m a skinny guy with some self-esteem issues. I’ll be sure to keep up to date on your progress. I might do the blog thing as well, as a way to keep myself motivated. Thanks :D

    Hi Izzy,

    thanks for finding me! I have issues with my body, so it was really hard to post pictures of myself. Look at my face in the before pictures! I was not happy! Anyway, because the images are up, I am completely motivated to do this program and stick to the diet so each week I can put better looking pictures up!
