Hey all, I missed a day
It was Christmas Eve and I was gone all day. Well, not in the morning, but I figured I would be home early enough to do my workout at night, but I wasn’t. But no fear! Since there is always a rest day each week, I will just push back my workouts 1 day and I will be caught up by Sunday. No problem!
I didn’t overeat or get drunk, so I give my diet a C for the day. Not a total failure!
But on a positive note, I had a great Christmas Eve with my family! Hope you did too!







You go girl! I have been so inspired by our posts. I’m on week two so right behind ya! Glad you took some time with your family.

I missed this day too. I just did the stretch before bed on Christmas.
I did Core Synergistics in the afternoon lol
