Hey everyone! It’s day 24, Kenpo X. As I said before, I love this workout! I’m able to keep up and push it until the end. My heart rate is always at a good place. My lungs don’t hurt, but I get a good burn. Love it! I don’t know what else I can do to improve with this workout besides kicking and punching even harder. No complaints here. OH, I am still using the weighted gloves for the first section of the workout up through the four combination punches. I think it adds to the calorie burn and helps build your arm muscles even more. When I take them off, my arms feel light as a feather! Love the gloves with this workout!
My diet is still on track. Had a chocolate shakeology shake this morning. It was pretty good! But because it is Christmas, I have no choice to deviate from my diet a little! I promise not to over stuff myself and I promise to keep the sweets to a minimum!
Even though tomorrow is Christmas Eve, I will be doing X Stretch in the morning. Christmas Day I have to endure Core Synergistics. What a gift from Santa! If I forget to write my post, I apologize ahead of time!! I will make up for it, I promise!






My husband and I are doing the stretch after we go to his parents’ this evening. My parents come to our house tomorrow and we are doing Core Synergistics together after they leave.
I’m NOT looking forward to it, I have to be honest. He apparently rocked it and loved it. I didn’t even get my usual calorie burn from it. I felt like I blew it. Oh well, he still is frustrated with Kenpo X and I kill him in that one

Hi Amy, that’s great that you have a plan! I wasn’t sure what was going to do! It’s also great that you and your husband can feed off of each other to push your workout. I wish I could get my fiance to work out with me!
P.S. I feel the same way doing core. Like I didn’t get in a good enough workout for the day.

Yes, killed it today! No breaks, no nothing, but a whole lot of sweating, punching and kicking. I even did all the breaks! Yeah,me. I killed it!
I use to aim for my husbands knees on side kicks, now I aim for his waist and shoulders. He is 6′6 and I am 5′5. That is what I say is a “marvelous improvement!”
