Hey Guys! Here are my two week photos. I still can’t find my video camera USB, so hopefully I can get that video up tomorrow!



Today is a rest/stretch day, but I will be going to practice tonight. I’ll update you all on how that goes tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the encouragement! This program is tough and I have to drag myself out of bed to do it every morning. But as soon as I put the DVD in, I feel great about it!

What happens at day 90? Do you start the program all over again?

Hi Danice,
I think if you plan on doing another round of the P90X, you are supposed to rest for a week or two. At least that’s what the fitness guide says. I am going to either do another round of the P90X, or maybe do Insanity! Insanity might be too tough on my knee, so I’m not sure about that one! The P90X guide also gives you instruction on how to just do “maintenance” workouts. Like if you are happy with you results and just want to stay the same. I might also do that depending on how I feel about my results after 90 days!
