I took the rest option today. I might still do the X Stretch DVD a little later depending on how much free time I have before I go to bed. Here are my photos after week 1. I weighed in at 151 (started at 155), but that could be water weight, not getting excited about it!

Hi Erin – I just wanted to say Thank You! for posting this blog. I’ve enjoyed reading it. As for myself I’ve just finished my 1st week of P90X and loved it. Today is my rest/stretch day. I intend on running the Stretch X video and giving it a whirl too.
So far my least favorite would be the Yoga X. Part of it could be cuz it was difficult to hear what he was saying at times in the area I do my workout. Next week I’m hooking up separate speakers to hear it better and see if it’s better.
