I just got back into the p90x I had don back and biceps my body 2 days later is now feeling the result of being out of the loop for a few weeks I took my last day as X stretch after doing yoga it helped my get loose so I wanted to still relax and feel good so I opted for X stretch which for me was 2 days of relaxation, dont get me wrong when you do P90X it can be tough so when you do these much more tonned down workouts it fells real good to do it that way. I was able to do another round of P90X also I realize I had taken some time off this round but sometimes things do and can happen to you. I want everyone to also know that P90X is very good for your body. P90X is excellent it is the most fantastic worko your body could possibly want. I will be still getting myself back on track and eating healthy. Thanks and see everybody out in the P90X world!!!!!
