Yoga for all the P90Xers out there and all the folks who are looking into getting the P90X and getting ripped and just having a great way of life to fell great and enjoy life. Yoga plays a real major part in all this hard work. You need the yoga and can benifit aton from it. Yoga helps you out even when you are working and doing well for yourself all week. A day with yoga refresh’s your body. I have been able to do the moves and excercises every week is a change. A good change, people with body acks and pains if you start doing yoga it could and probably will help you out a bunch. It also leaves me real relaxed afterwards. With yoa you will also need to just lay back and relax. A few moves I have actually felt myself melting into the ground cause I fell so relaxed. 1 hour and 30 minutes is alot for yoga but throughout the time you are in and out of moves, just feel it an dlet yourself go with the flow!!!!!!
