P90X Reviews: Day 74 Back/Biceps/Ab’s X

Hello I did very well tonight with my workout. My dinner before had was fish,wild brown rice, asperaguas whch really hit the spot. Back and biceps was great after such a great meal. I have reached 35 lbs on some of my weight excercises, on some of the harder ones I drop the weight down but try to get just a few more reps ou of it. My ab ripper is doing ok also on ome of these workouts its tires you out a bit so just remember to hang in there as best as you can you do your best to try and get in clean form. Ab ripper X is a killer Ab workout and even after working out for just about an hour already, then you are in the move to get ab rippe down so you can have a strong finish for the night. I like the moves in this except for the straightening of the legs other than that. I can do pretty well with all the other moves, I also use my yoga mat cause it helps take out the ground and my back, and butt fell much better on that than just the regular carpet, and it makes for doing a better job with Ab ripper X



P90X Reviews: Day 73 Plyometrics

Hello today was just a day were I went  all out for my plyometrics, I had turkey helper for dinner tonight and a glass of milk, I went threw the entire living room, just going to town, It’s 2 bad you cant do plyo outside  cause thenI would really get some lenght into the jumps and what not, but  its raining and these days  its has starting to get cold at nights and it gets dark around just after  7 nish. Other than that  plyo went great, all my jumps  and turns are real good and my legs always feel good after doing plyo, cause its not just upper body workouts  with plyo  its all around body movements  so its works real nice. So yea jump up of the couch and get yourself some P90X….



P90X Reviews: Day 72 Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Ab’s X

Hi folks lets start of monday with a blast. The day is going good I went into work late today cause I had to go to the dentist,I hav a consult next week t get my wisdon teeth out. They are coming in and its starting to feel worse for me. It hasn’t effected my workout or eating though but they all need to come out , so very very soon I am getting them out the sooner the better. Other than that my day went good. The afternoon at work kept me busy. My dinner tonight was a Pork chop, pees,carrots, and milk. My workout tonight was another great deal of using my pull up bar, it really is working out to my advantage, its the best for the P90X .. I have even gotten in a few more reps per week since I have gotten it. When I get my chin to the top of the bar and I feel myself start to lose it, then thats when you have to get up and keep going, cause thats that get into it and make the last rep count..



P90X Reviews: Day 71 Kenpo X

Hi every1 happy sunday here its bright and earlyy in the morning, I had my coffee black this morning at about 6 o clock  yea tell me about it wha am I doing up this early in the day, well its like this I have plenty to do today, My family and I had scramblers this morning we of course motify the kids so there not like mine, But I need the nurtition part of the scrambler so I get the one with ll the trimings, Yea I let that settle for about 40 minutes or so, I then moved into kenpo I love doing it in the morning it  really sets up the day to be great. All that leaves for the day is to now shower then go about my day. My p90X is done the the week and for today so thats great I also did very well on my excercises today with kenpo. Enjoy the rest of whats going to be left of this week and be well all  till next week starts up, Thanksagain see you all out there P90X !!!!!!!!!



P90X Reviews: Day 70 Legs/Back/Ab’s X

Hello everybody my dad came up to my place tonight for family dinner . We had ordered out, I kept to a small portioned control tonight cause it was pizza and wings, I did however grab water  to drink with dinner, I had 1 slice cheese, 1 slice pinapple, ham, spicy peppers, and 3 wings which like I said was not to much atleast I dont think it was anyway, better to enjoy a few slices cause its not all that  often I eat pizza and wings  there not on the nutrition plan anyhow, But just remember  dont over do it and pig out. I felt  my  dinner while I was doing my P90X and just remembered that  was doing my self riht in working off the food, I did the same tonight with some of my excercises adding an additional 5 lbs, Only 20 days left time to up things a bit and try and squeaze out just a touch more for the remander of the weeks!!!!!!!!!



P90X Reviews: Day 69 Yoga X

Hi all it is a good idea to make sure that you are in  the right state of mind to do yoga, cause if your not your just not getting what you should be getting out of it. Let me tell you all tonight I must have  filled up a trash can of garbage from my mind, and then yoga along with myself swept it all away. Yep gone, done, finished Yes really that is what must be done to have a nice clear and clean head upon the shoulders to get what must be gotten out of yoga and not to mention yoga is pretty simple as long as you try  your best. The other workouts are tough, so when its a yoga night even if it is a little longer than the regular week, just enjoy and relax with some Yoga X!!!!!!!!!



P90X Reviews: Day 68 Shoulders/Arms/Ab’s X

Hello the week is slowing day today I left early from work yet again. With everyone getting back to school, things have slowed right down for us at the shop. Shoulders and arms was awesome tonight, I felt as if I should be doing way more reps during my excercises but inside I upped my weight 5 more lbs, It doesn’t seem like much but it is. Ab ripper X has been going along great and smooth. I am doing well with all those moves except for my leg straighting still my knees can just not make that full extended bend, I guess it’s just my body or something, I still try my hardest to do it. Ab ripper X is excellent cause you are warmed up when you go into the ab ripper so its overtime at this point, and you and your body need to score. To take home the winning’s of real nice and great looking ab’s!!!!



P90X Reviews: Day 67 Plyometrcs

Hello all my breakfast this morning was a cin raisen bagel with low fat cream cheese. For lunch I had meatloaf and green beans, with folling up for dinner tonight was chciken stir fry. I had milk and wate for drinks for the day. Plyometrics was a total energy boaster for tonight. I did great with all my moves and excercises, I am not even sore by the end of the workout either anymore, cause everyone knows how those first couple of weeks can be doing plyo perhaps for some even a month or so into it. I am doing very well with my P90X and I will continue to do so. I am even getting better at all my jump results also cause plyo helps to build leg muscle and gets your body really working hard, it’s also a very good calorie burner….
