Hello all My workout tonight was a great workout. With tonight’s workout I got my upperbody in good shape with my excercises. I went all out and didn’t hold back one bit. Things have been good for me for my P90X I have made it to the half way mark. From here its time to bring it and see what I am made of an go all out for the rest of my other half of the P90X classic.
