Hello this morning I had a protein shake for breakfast with berries, ice, protein powder, banana, milk. I had a coffee black with my breakfast. My snacks for the day were some trail mix and an apple sauce cup. My lunch for the day was a hamburger, with, onion, lettuce, and pickle. I had water to go with my lunch for the day. I am on to more jobs at work. I am done with my motor job and now currently working on other vehicles. Work at this place rocks cause we are for the most part busy to very busy its like none stop from when you come in for the day till you leave. This is a real good place to work out and I am proud of myself for making the move. Dinner tonight for my family and I was Pork Chop, with stuffing and mixed vegetables. I had a glas of milk to go with dinner tonight, afterwards we played a round of the board game sorry. Then we played a few quick rounds of rock band. After all that we had a real good night it was time for the kids to head off to bed and I started up my kenpo x. For my last round of this I felt as if I should just blast out this workout to full max capacity. Thats just what I did tonight. With my weighted gloves starpped to my hands and myself ready to rock and roll I fired it up. I did very well with my Blocks and punches, I even went for extention with out the bang cause with kenpo you dont want to blow out your joints but you do want to blow holes in the walls around you. With my kicks I also did great my modification is that I do not put down my foot I keep it raised up so I can get the extra in my legs!!! Tonight I also went all out towards the end cause with all the extra blocks my horse stance was fantastic with my core tight and my body clean stanced!!! Well folks thats about that time to go shower and watch a movie with my wife. Have a great night….

I just started the p90x workout and I am in pain. I wanted to know how satisfied you are with the results? Looking through your updates i noticed you haven’t uploaded and pictures after day 90. how have the results been since you restarted the 90 day cycle? I am not exactly the most motivated person (i am probably one of the laziest people around that isn’t a fat ass) so it takes a lot for me to get really motivated. Seeing results and reviews of other people really help out alot. So basically I just want to know if the results continued as you went through the second round of p90x?
I’ve been looking for pics after day 90 also. I’m glad you made a site tracking your progress. It’s a real motivation to me. Tom, is your wife still doing the lean review? My wife just started the p90x lean program and is looking for a site like this. Anyways, I’m looking forward to seeing those awesome results. I can’t wait for my day 90 to get here!
Okay, so i saw the PX90 on the traditional TV commercial and it looked interesting so I figured I’d check it out online and see what “real” people are saying about it. I’m 48 and looking to get back in shape for a variety of reasons (not the least of which is that I’m not in a relationship right now and am looking and am interested in both looking and feeling great).
That said, I have two concerns:
1. How much time does this take in an average day? I’m already so swamped that fitting in another hour every day would be at best tough, especially if the results are uncertain.
2. How maintainable are the results? I guess I’m wondering if you want these results, is the only way to maintain whatever results you do get to redo the program every 90 days for the rest of your life (or until you just don’t care about it anymore) or is there a way to maintain the results that isn’t so time intensive and having to make your house into a gym?
Figured I’d ask someone who’s actually doing this to see. I’ll look forward to your answer.
Did you stop? I noticed your last post was April 6. I am on day 23 of the lean version and have been reading a lot of your updates (especially at the beginning) to give me motivation and as a benchmark for how I am feeling at the end of each workout.
Really enjoyed seeing your blog. I lost 72 lbs over the last 11 months doing mostly cardio and changing my eating lifestyle. I have been stagnant the last 3 months, maintaining…but im still looking to lose about 2″ on the belly and show the abs I can feel ripped underneath. I think I will give P90X a shot.
And if your going to make any more videos, can you include your wife more often… gorgeous!
ur lunch sounds awesome, can u get a pic update?
I just started out with the P90X. Nice to see other people who enjoy it. On a side note if you like board games check out http://www.boardgamegeek.com. There are many more options than the mass market games.
I’m in day 23. I’m concerned and with lack of motivation. I wonder if I’m doing something wrong because I haven’t lost weight and is not that muscle weights more than fat because my clothes are not getting loose either. I’m doing everything by the book, the diet, the workouts, everything. It is costing me a lot to wake up at 5am in the morning do the workouts, eat just what is in the nutrition plan and I’m not seeing any results. Please help! I do feel a little bit stronger and toned but I wanted to first shred the fat and that’s not what is happening. I just need to lose close to 10 pounds and for week 4 and no changes I don’t think is normal. Please some advice!
Hey! I’m doing p90x as well and I’m on my third week. I really am 100% behind this program. It’s nice to see that you’ve gone through 2 rounds. I hope I can finish just one round, haha! I’m logging my progress as well at http://p90xsuccessblog.com
hey Florida stick with it you will probably find your metabolism hasn’t kicked into gear fully yet but if you stick with it i’m sure u will have a big weight loss. did you measure your body fat percentage before you started and have you measured it since?
Florida, be patient. It is normal. I hope that since you posted that comment you have stuck with it because most of my ripped-ness came in the last phase:

If you aren’t where you want to be, just do it again. Remember that this is the beginning of a way of life, not just a thing a person does once and then never again. Good luck!
Iām only visiting to say that I really enjoyed seeing this post,http://www.rs-sky.com
