Hello all I took the week off after I finished up another round of the P90X Classic. All in all it went very well for me this time around. I also can say for myself that I will be taking off a few weeks cause I just need it at this point to catch up with myself and just want to take a few weeks off to relax. This time for my classic I also got a lot more fans and post’s thanks to everyone who has checked out my site and thanks for reading up on what this is all about. I like that fact that people send comments and feedback on progressions. This P90X program is truly great and if you work hard to get your results you will do just fine with this program. Extremebodyworkout.com is were I get my my P90X needs and supplies for doing this program. They are a very good website. I have always had a good experence with them. Hello this morning I had a protein shake for breakfast with berries, ice, protein powder, banana, milk. I had a coffee black with my breakfast. My snacks for the day were some trail mix and an apple sauce cup. My lunch for the day was a hamburger, with, onion, lettuce, and pickle. I had water to go with my lunch for the day. I am on to more jobs at work. I am done with my motor job and now currently working on other vehicles. Work at this place rocks cause we are for the most part busy to very busy its like none stop from when you come in for the day till you leave. This is a real good place to work out and I am proud of myself for making the move. Dinner tonight for my family and I was Pork Chop, with stuffing and mixed vegetables. I had a glas of milk to go with dinner tonight, afterwards we played a round of the board game sorry. Then we played a few quick rounds of rock band. After all that we had a real good night it was time for the kids to head off to bed and I started up my kenpo x. For my last round of this I felt as if I should just blast out this workout to full max capacity. Thats just what I did tonight. With my weighted gloves starpped to my hands and myself ready to rock and roll I fired it up. I did very well with my Blocks and punches, I even went for extention with out the bang cause with kenpo you dont want to blow out your joints but you do want to blow holes in the walls around you. With my kicks I also did great my modification is that I do not put down my foot I keep it raised up so I can get the extra in my legs!!! Tonight I also went all out towards the end cause with all the extra blocks my horse stance was fantastic with my core tight and my body clean stanced!!! Well folks thats about that time to go shower and watch a movie with my wife. Have a great night….
Hello all my breakfast this morning was a scrambler egg whites, cheese, tomato, peppers, spinah leafs, salsa. My A.M snack was a P90X protein bar with some water. My lunch for the day was a slice of veggie pizza, I had carrot sticks, cerely, and some dressing with the veggies, low fat ranch dressing. Todays work load was very busy working in and out of the motor job. I find myself running all over trying to finish up car after car lots of waiters today also. The cars that you can bring in and work on for a few hours are much better than pulling them in and out every 30 minutes or so that gets alot more done that way but it’s a pain to have to keep going and going and going back and forth in and out of shop up and down on the lifts etc etc. But thats work 4 you so I am making good time there sp thats what counts.!!! Dinner tonight was a bowl of vegatble beef soup with whole wheat crackers. I had a glass of milk with dinner tonight. Milk and soup sometimes to me atleast taste pretty funny, but thats alright I get through it. Legs and back was fantastic for me. I am gettingmy 25 lbs weights maxed out here i ned to get heavier weights I think I am going to get myself some new weights ones that I can really feel it cause the 25 lbers are starting to get boring, unless its moves were you have to drop to lower weights cause of the move, no one wants to hurt them selves do they???? I don’t I would rather be able to get em done propelry and more effectively… I can also say this mas been great just working on my back from the night before I did my yoga and a few days pervoiusly doing plyo, so this work out is a nice it keeps everything fresh to build up body strenght!!!!!! Legs and back here tonight flks bring folks bring it all out on the table lay it across the table and get it done!!!!!! P90X style!!!! Ab ripper also has really brought out the intensity of my ab’s I have a nicely ripped stomach not a beer gut!!! Don’t get me wrong I can drink a few beers here and thee but My ab’s are something to look at and they look good real results forthe ab ripper X DvD……
Hello my breakfast this morning was a low fat blueberry muffin with a glass of milk and a coffee black. My day at work was just plain alright I had a piece of the timing chain tensioner break off when I was going to install the pin to hold the tension so I am down a day because of it. That stinks but there is other stuff to work on currently so I just let it sit there, and moved on to the next jo. My lunch for the day was spagetti with sauce, peppers, tomtoes, onions, I also broke up a cheese stick and put it into the noddles. My dinner tonight was a cicken sandwich with low fat mayo, broccilli, I had a slice of swiss cheese on y chicken breast sandwich. Tonight My family and I played a board game and we read a few small books. It was a good family night. Yoga for me tonight was very nice. I made it quite comfortably throughtout my sun salutations once every few downward dogs my wrist started to act up a bit but this has hapened to me in the past so I just take it easy on the way through up back to my push up stance. I dont intend on tweeking my wrist so I just take it easy and do a push up but a slow one so I can make it through it. Streching for my yoga has improved I can actually feel a small difference, when I am reaching for my block. I still use the block but can get my hand onto it. It alot better to be able to reach and get your hand to make the contact rather than just your fingers. I can also say that yoga alot different for me than back my first few weeks doing the P90X program. I have also said I am not really a yoga person ether but you do need it if you want to get your body in a better flexibility state, that way you can go for a more toan (ripped) look. With a yoga mat down at your feet it also helps your feet I go bare foot that way my feet dig right into the mat for max comfort. I also have my shorts I use for my yoga cause there nice and loose, they allow my legs to expand and not feel bunched together. Tonight I am going on a raid for my computer game so I will be up late tonight. I am probably going to be behind in sleep but with my new work hours I spend almost 2 hours out of the day driving to and from. So I have not had much time to play as of lately. Hello my breakfast this morning was a bowl of honey bunches of oats with a glas of cranberry juice and a coffee black. My snacks for the day were carrot sticks with hummas, my afternoon snack was a recovery drink. My day at work was another day working on an engine job I have been doing. For mu lunch I has a lean cuisen chicken and broccili with some water. My dinner for the night was a steak tips salad with Baked beans. I had a glass of milk to gowith my dinner. Final day of back and biceps man my back is nice a strong now with no more back pain ever. I had posted on my last 90 days about back pain, it has been gone and continues to be gone through my P90X workouts. This is a very good excersise program, for the people with back pain weather its small or large amount of back pain. I would recommend you to start of very slow and just do a few reps asmuch as you can handle and just use lower set of weights. Don’t try to throw out your back here just lift small at first so then when you become us to the excercises and program you will start seeing and feeling the results!!!!. I am not a doctor but I can tell you from personal experence The P90X program will help you out plenty thats saying you can stick with it and when you are doing it you do the moves well (as best as you can) I was using my 25 lb weights today with my black bands. Ab ripper for me was also good only 1 more ab ripper till Im done with this 90 experence. I do like working my ab’s but after the first hour you can get tired out but you still have to do your ab ripper. On the better hand of things the ab ripper also helps out with body performance and core area’s . With your ab’s working and your back working and arms with this workout your upperbody with your amrs will be feeling great when you can complete the P90X!!!!!!

A.M / P.M. snacks. My lunch was a salad with all the trimmings with low fat italian dressing and a fruit cup. Today at work was alright I have been working on a motor job on and off I hope to finish it soon. My dinner tonight was a chicken sandwich with tomato, peppers and some BBQ sauce. I had a glass of milk to go wit dinner. My family and I tonight played a board game and relaxed for awhile. I started off the night breaking into the allowing myself to take full oppertunity of using the living room for my creek jumps my tire hps and heismans I like getting into all these moves cause you can really elevate yourself to jump and move like there nothing in your way. What I have gained for plyo is total lower body fitness. Plyo really allows your body and mind to just go out there and just give everything you possibly can. When you are done with it for the night and can barely move afterwards you know that you have done a great job. I also like doing the sports moves catch it shoot it and pitch and catch this kind of workout can be done by anyone. I think its the easyest moves in there and alot less strenuss on your body. Don’t forget about the air borns jump knee tucks and tire hops though I really like doing these cause it getts up way up and gets you pumped up no wiehgts here just all arounf total body fitness at its best. The way it is all laid out is just the workout you need and can get done but the night ad go to bad with a nice feeling left over I usually shower then pass right out after plyo once I hae given my body a chance to get back to normal. Plyo once again was brought in the ways you want to and should have brought it!!!! alright folks this is it final week here. Lets finish strong.
Hello my breakfast this morning was a turkey sausage,egg,cheese, on a whole wheat english muffin. I had a glass of ovaltine and a coffee black. My A.M. sanck was a P90X protein bar. My day at work was a good one I am doing a motor job its a 3.7 in a grand cherokee. I have the passenger side head off cause the vavle seat came out of the head hung up and bent the valve, also put a nice dent into the top of the piston. With that being said I am putting a new piston into the block also. It is a pain right in the butt job but it’s work and enough there to kep me busy for a day or so. So I am pretty much going to be working on it for awhile. I also have to wait on parts like the new cylinder head gaskets valves and etc. It is a big job to do hopefullly I will be done with it in a few days. It was towed into the shop and partly takin apart cause a shop started working on it then got it towed to the shop I work at cause they didn’t know what was wrong with it. When I measured the valve I could tell it was shorter than the others due to the fact that the valve seat came out of the head there for the valve not going all the way back up to the top of the head fully seating in the head. My lunch for the day was Tomato, cheese, pasta lean cuisen. Its a real good meal to have. I had water to go with lunch. My P.M. snack for the afternoon was cashews. When I got home tonight I played a few song’s with the kids playin the Wii rock band. We did very good and gained fans also. It is a nice family game to play. For dinner tonight I had a hamburger from the grill with onions, peppers, cheese, lettuce, tomato, A1 sauce, I had baked beans and a apple sauce cup to go with everything and a glass of milk. After dinner I let that settle. My family and I went to the playground at there school. While we were there my wife and I took a small jog around the track thats next to the playground. after we did that I went to the playground and did some pull ups and chin ups. I am used to useing my bands so getting to pull up on my body weight was alot harder than just resistance bands.. I did 3 sets of each doing 13-15 a set then I was done. My arms had a crisp feelings in them after doing that. When we got home we chilled out for a bit longer then the kids went to bed. My workout tonight was a good workout. I had up my 25 lbs weights my 10 lbs weights and black resistance band. I really like the idea with the workout that you can get in some work with all parts of your arms. This is my last week heading into my 2nd round of the P90X I am almost there. Smae as before I think I’ll take some time off then jump back into a 3 rd round this time around though I may make up my own workout excercises using the DVD’s from the P90X and changing it up a bit and modify for what work’s out for me. But anyhow I will still keep moving foward from what ever it is that I decide to do. Thanks and have a great night be well…
