Hello my breakfast this morning was a bowl of honey bunches of oats and milk. I had a coffee black with breakfast. My lunch today was lean cusein chicken and rice I had water to go with my lunch. For my dinner tonight I had a ham, lettuce, onion, swiss cheese, mustard on a sub I had a diet coke to drink with dinner. My day went well I had over a 20 hours worth of work one just 1 repair order today so thats freakin fantastic.I also plan on going 4 wheeling tonight with my wife. The kids are going to go up to grandpa’s house for the night to spend the night there and have a good time. Its also nice cause my wife and I get in some alone time thats always nice 2. Yoga was good today for me. Its really the first half you need to get through as it being the more of a workout cause the last part is just streching out. So if you can get past the first 45 minutes of yoga the rest is in the bag for you at this point. I like doing yoga cause it helps me with my body motion and also gives and provides muscle realxation. Do some yoga and clear trash out of your body for the week. When you are doing P90X your body does need some yoga to keep up a good body tone as far as all the flexibility goes. Its going to be great tonight the trails should for the most part be clear of snow in most parts but I am sure its going to be a sloppy ride cause its been real nice out lately so alot of the snow is melting away so it should be very nice riding conditions and nice weather. Have a great night folks and have a great 1 I had some recovery drink with my yoga today. I put a scoop in my water bottle.

I do my Yoga on Saturdays as there’s more time to do it, at least for me. Either way, Yoga is before or after the Legs & Back, and the two are absolutely great for the legs. All those vinyasas, then the balance poses are great leg workouts. I’m with you, that when the first 45 minutes are over, the rest is easier.
Tom,
I am in week 11 of P90X and feel great. I am considering what I am going to do next. I am either going to do P90X again or look at P90 Plus. I am leaning towards doing the 90 days again, which looks like what you did. Is there any downside to doing it that way?
I feel I could benefit just as much, if not more, now that I have dropped some weight and increased my strength, endurance and flexibility. FYI, I built a chin-up bar in my basement using 1″ plumbing pipe, which is run from wall to wall with a “T” joint and an 18 inch pipe from the ceiling. It works pretty well and can easily support my weight (210 lbs). It gives me two 5 foot sections to work from.
I appreciate any feedback on doing back to back 90 day sessions.

Dude, it appears you have me blocked from posting for some reason, as this is probably the fourth or fifth post I’ve left that was “awaiting moderation” while others were able to post. Not sure if I ticked you off, unless you didn’t like my comments about Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth transmissions. Whatever. I lost my shirt with my only Dodge purchase and will never buy their products again.
But I digress….
So I’ll stop coming by your blog and delete you from my bookmarks. Too bad. From your posts, you sound like you have your head on straight, are a great dad and husband and love your kids.
I wish you the best for your fitness and God bless.
