Hello Plyometrics today my breakfast was 2 whole wheat waffles with a glass of milk and a coffee black. My snack for the morning was a recovery drink. Yet another day at work gone well. I like having car after car instead of just sitting around. My dinner tonight I had a steak with mashed potatoes and a salad I had low fat free itilian dressing with the salad. I had a glass of milk to go with dinner tonight. My family and I played rock band tonight. Before it got dark outside we also took the dog for a quick walk. Plyo was good for me tonight I felt with having the steak it was just enough food to get me through the plyo for the night. One hour of total fitness is just what you need in jumping and jump knee tucks I love doing plyo I can walk around afterwards with slim to none pain/ sorness at all. I am so used to the P90X it all just falls into place. My legs are nice and strong from doing all this working out. You use body weight so its so great when you do your reps and moves to realyy get your legs body core into all of it!!! Plyometrics is so great you can feel the greatness when you are done and see what you have achieved for the day. Thanks folks and have a nice night. It’s been a while since I checked on your progress. Good to see that you are still at it. I still work out 5 days a week but concentrate more on cardio. I rotate between P90X, core rythms, treadmill and elliptical trainer – gotta have variety. Haven’t touched plyo in about 2 months, gonna give it shot next week. Keep it up!!!

Great blog – very motivating!! I have enjoyed reading/watching your progress.
My husband and I just stared doing P90X Classic Program together. We are only on Day 4 and have a very long way to go. I saw where you wife started doing the program with you and then stopped. She said she planned to follow the Lean Program when she resumed. Just curious if she has started back up and if she likes the Lean Program?
Just curious why she wanted to switch to Lean – was it for more Cardio? I am thinking that might be the better way for me to go and just wanted someone’s opinion who was familiar with the program. Thanks!!
