P90X Reviews: Day 173 Rest Day

P90X Reviews: Day 172 Kenpo X

Hello happy Sunday I woke up this morning early and got the house all cleaned up for the week. My wife and I together got it all done in under 2 hours 30 minutes it is not that bad when we work together to get it done it doenst take long at all. My breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles with surup and a little butter. I had a glass of milk and a coffee black. This morning my son and I watched star wars on DVD and we played action figures for awile today also. Lunch today was ham cubes lettuce salad grated cheese green peppers tomatoes low fat itilian dressing I had a saranac IPA to go with my lunch today. After lunch I played WOW for a bit ever one chilled out and enjoyed the afternoon relaxing. After I played my game for a few hours I did kenpo cause I had been sitting in the recliner also while I was playing I was enjoying a nice ice cold Saranac IPA…… So I figured it was time to put down the beer and kick some butt. Burn off those beers I had in me for the day LOL My kenpo for the first few minutes was me just getting warmed up and getting focused so I could do a nice job. Even with having a few beers I was able to pull through and start blasting out my punches and blocks. My sowrd hammers were thrown with intensity. Kenpo is all about bringing the intensity cause when you are doing your moves you should be blasting out with the most your body can offer nothing less but alot more. Bring it here folks for kenpo. You won’t seeing me kick to the ceiling but I kick at a level that works for me. When you do your kenpo do what you feel you can do at the most highest intensity that way you will get your best possible workout in. I really like doing kenpo esp towards the end were you can just keep throwing punches. I always go past the 100 mark I just keep going till I am done or just plan ol’ tired out. P90X Reviews: Day 171 Legs/Back/Ab’s

Hello my breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat pancakes with a glass of orange juice and a coffee black. Last night we had a real great time going riding we didn’t get back till almost 1 in the morning. Nice long trail ride we got totally muddy. The trails still had snow on them and the holes were all mud and water throughout the trails. For lunch today I had a chicken breast with macronni noodles and a glass of water. Legs and back was good today. I used my 25 lb weights and my 10 lb weights aswell. I did a nice job as far as the weight’s portion goes. Also did very well on my lunges. This workout is wonderful for your back pain if you have any it grows a nice string back for you. It allows for alot more body movment also cause your back is what you need to get by in life so treat your back good. Or you will find yourself sitting on the couch and not getting in an or hardly no P90X at all. Ab ripper x feels so good to keep working your ab’ for the 15 minutes that it runs. The moves are so easy even if you are a beginner you can hang in there and do as many as you can. Then when you get used to all the moves you will find yourself doing more and getting much cleaner form. When you put your back into it and follow through with ab ripper you work your mid part of your body also so not only does the back feel great your ab area gets in nice shape to. My dinner tonight was macorroni salad with a hot dog we went up to my dads house for dinner also we picked up the kids. We had a nice time up there the weather was excellent. Also we had a nice family time visit, so thats always a good time.



P90X Reviews: Day 170 Yoga X

Hello my breakfast this morning was a bowl of honey bunches of oats and milk. I had a coffee black with breakfast. My lunch today was lean cusein chicken and rice I had water to go with my lunch. For my dinner tonight I had a ham, lettuce, onion, swiss cheese, mustard on a sub I had a diet coke to drink with dinner. My day went well I had over a 20 hours worth of work one just 1 repair order today so thats freakin fantastic.I also plan on going 4 wheeling tonight with my wife. The kids are going to go up to grandpa’s house for the night to spend the night there and have a good time. Its also nice cause my wife and I get in some alone time thats always nice 2. Yoga was good today for me. Its really the first half you need to get through as it being the more of a workout cause the last part is just streching out. So if you can get past the first 45 minutes of yoga the rest is in the bag for you at this point. I like doing yoga cause it helps me with my body motion and also gives and provides muscle realxation. Do some yoga and clear trash out of your body for the week. When you are doing P90X your body does need some yoga to keep up a good body tone as far as all the flexibility goes. Its going to be great tonight the trails should for the most part be clear of snow in most parts but I am sure its going to be a sloppy ride cause its been real nice out lately so alot of the snow is melting away so it should be very nice riding conditions and nice weather. Have a great night folks and have a great 1 I had some recovery drink with my yoga today. I put a scoop in my water bottle.



P90X Reviews: Day 169 Arms/Shoulders/Abs

Hello this morning for breakfast I had a protein shake protein powder,milk,berries,ice, banana, I had a coffee black with my breakfast. For my snaks today I had cashews, and 2 cheese sticks. My day at work was good again I did lots today as far as working on cars and making good time while I was there. My lunch for the day was Left over steak and mashed potatoes. I liked having that for lunch cause it was a great tasting steak. I had water to go with my lunch. For dinner tonight I had a turkey sandwich with spinach leafs,lettuce a slice of swiss cheese I had whole grain bread for my sandwich. I had an apple sauce cup with my dinner and a glass of milk. Tonight I had parent teacher confrence for my son at his school. His teacher says is is a winderful student and the class enjoys him very much. He is doing very well and his report card is excellent. Grandpa pays him 1 dollar for A’s ans 50 cents for B’s so total he go almost like 20 dollars total!!! thats a great deal him and his grandpa have worked out. So I am very pleased and also very proud of him. My wife and I purchased him 2 star wars action figures for his good grades he deserves it hw had done great and shall be rewarded!!!!!. My workout tonight was nice I used my weights and bands. I strive for the best now I do what I can and keep my numbers moving foward some more than others I can do more of such as how long into the workout I am. Or based off of the excercises themselve’s. No pain only a great feeling has come out of doing the P90X. I really like it alot and I keep bringing it as best as I can. Same goes for the ab ripper just get on your mat get motivated and blow these moves apart and leave for the night feeling awesome. Thanks and good night.

P90X Reviews: Day 167 Plyometrics

Hello Plyometrics today my breakfast was 2 whole wheat waffles with a glass of milk and a coffee black. My snack for the morning was a recovery drink. Yet another day at work gone well. I like having car after car instead of just sitting around. My dinner tonight I had a steak with mashed potatoes and a salad I had low fat free itilian dressing with the salad. I had a glass of milk to go with dinner tonight. My family and I played rock band tonight. Before it got dark outside we also took the dog for a quick walk. Plyo was good for me tonight I felt with having the steak it was just enough food to get me through the plyo for the night. One hour of total fitness is just what you need in jumping and jump knee tucks I love doing plyo I can walk around afterwards with slim to none pain/ sorness at all. I am so used to the P90X it all just falls into place. My legs are nice and strong from doing all this working out. You use body weight so its so great when you do your reps and moves to realyy get your legs body core into all of it!!! Plyometrics is so great you can feel the greatness when you are done and see what you have achieved for the day. Thanks folks and have a nice night. P90X Reviews: Day 166 Chest/Back/Ab ripperX

Hello all welcome to this great fine day and week. This morning for breakfast I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats with a glass of milk and a coffee black. My A.M snack for the day was a protein bar. For mu lunch today I had chicken sandwich with bbq sauce. I had some corn and peas to go with the lunch. I had some water with my lunch today. My day went very well made over 8 hours at work today. Keeping up a very nice pace here making good hours. My dinner tonight was Wild grain rice, salamon filet, carrots, and assperagus with some sauce. I had a glass of milk with my dinner. Tonight my family and I read a few books to keep up on the kids homework and reading books!!! It is a real good night My family went to bed and I did my workout tonight. I am on my Bands I still to this day use the black band is the most effective band to use to get maximum resistance. The push up bars are a great way to get out the push ups in very clean form. Clean form is key the key to the P90X workout. Be sure to keep all moves / exercises as clean as possible. Ab ripper X is another wonderful workout. Your mid section/ ab’s feel like there amazing when you get finished up with your daily dose of the P90X !!!! I am heading out to have and finish up the rest of my night.
