P90X Reviews: Day 142 Back/Biceps/Abripper X

Hello my breakfast this morning was a protein shake with a banana, strawberries, protein powder, and milk and ice. I also had my coffee black with my breakfast. This morning at work was slow again i didn’t get my first job till 9 and i get there at 8 so that sucks but the morning was another slow one didn’t really make much today. My A.M snack was a granola bar. For lunch I had a turkey burger with swiss and lettuce, with a glass of water. My lunch break i had today my dad and wife joined with me and we all had lunch together. I had a did coke for lunch. My afternoon i had a few jobs to do but not to much. I left early at like 4:30 ish and me and a few of the guys from work went to a local pub to have a couple of frosty cold ones I had a few sam adams and for my dinner I had chicken fingers and fires not the healthyest choice but I was limitedto what I had to order cause you know its only bar food. We had a good time I also had a cigar after I cranked down my first cold one. When I got home my wife and I watched a movie. Then I did my workout I had to let my beers settle in before I got to doing my P90X for the night. Back and Biceps went well. I did good tonight it was late but I did finish up intime to shower and pop in another movie before I went to sleep. I used my 25 lbs wieghts tonight, and I also used my black resistance bands aswell. I can feel a good burn tonight in my amrs they feel real well. I don’t really have any trouble with my moves anymore and I don’t get much soreness anymore during my workouts cause I have grown into it so thats a nice way to take out the pain. I also had a rcovery drink tonight after my workout to help replenish my body. The recovery drink kicks butt esp. when you have beenlifting weights and you need some recovery.. Tomarrow is my last day at my current job so thats good for me I can’t wait to start over at my next job so this weekend I should be able to kick back a bit before I head into my next place of business!!! P90X Reviews: Day 141 Plyometrics

Hello my breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles with surup and a glass of milk, I also had a coffee black this morning my wife and I took the dog to the vet for her shots and while she was there she got some medicine drops for her ears cause she had some build up in there. After that my wife and I accompanied the dog to a wlk through a natural trail over by were we live we suited up and dressed for it cause there is still snow all over the place that was a good 1 hour walk through the trails the dog had a bladt cause once we head into the trail we just let her free run. For lunch we had vegatble soup with a slice of whole wheat buttered bread and an apple we packed it to do in a back pack cause we hit up the powerlines and went fourwheeling so during our ride we stoped up on a hill for lunch break. When we got home from a good day and a few hours of riding. I then cleaned up everything and did my plyometrics my upper body got one nice workout from 4 wheeling so with doing plyometrics i got a full body workout today along with the walk we took this morning caus we had been tracking through the snow. Plyo was good for me and I really brought my workout to the table today. I did very wel on my moves and reps Lunges espically were real good I got rear good range on all my legs moves for plyo. My legs and body has gotten to be in real good shape cause of plyometrics. It is a real good workout from the P90X program. Keep in mind you really need to fight it during your moves so you can get a real good workout from this. I like doing plyo cause afterwards you feel wasted but it’s in a good way. Gettingyour body off the ground with a good fast paced workout is just what you need to get your body in shape and yourself feeling good. During Air born moves I got my knees up to my chest as best as I could do them. For the Hyamans I held properly when you do it it gives you tha little extra you need to do them well. For my snacks today I had carrot sticks with hummus and some pretzals. For dinner tonight I had a chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce and some brocilli and I had a glass of milk to go with dinner tonight. We rented a few movies for the night so m family and I are going to watch a family movie and my wife and I are going to watch one of our movies that we had picked out from the video store. P90X Reviews: Day 139 Chest shoulders Triceps Ab Ripper X

I woke up late this morning but still managed to get the kids of to the neighbor’s house on time cause she puts them on the bus. My breakfast this morning was 2 whole grain waffles I skipped the surup cause I ate them on the way to work. I did get time to take my vitiam and drink a glass of milk and Ihad my coffee black. This morning at work I had an oil change and an inspection, then I had to do a gas tank and fuel pump on a new model caravan for some chrysler quality control or some crap like that. It was nice cause the tank hardly had any gas in it which makes it much easier to remove it. After that didn’t do much up to lunch break for lunch today I had a chicken breast with greens like brocilli, cowleeeflower not sure on the spelling so bear with me lol. I had water to go with lunch and just surfed the we today during my lunch thats about it. My afternoon here was just a few jobs i had some transmission lines to put in and rear wiper arm on a jeep a couple of oil changes, tire rotations, inpsections. I got to leave work today at 4:30 cause there was nothing left to do. For dinner tonight I had salmon, spinach, noodles, with green beans and a glass of milk. After dinner tonight my family and I went to a 4 wheeler store to get my wifa and I some riding helmets, and goggles to ride with safety!!!! I also got a new pair of handle grips cause the ones on the wheeler are worn out. Then after we got those items we made our way over to walmarts to get my wife a pair of coveralls for winter riding cause it getts cld outthere during the cold season, we also picked up a few 5 dollar deal DVD’s. When we got home we got the kids of to bed and then I started my workout, at this point in the day it was late so I went right to it. The workout tonight went alright due to the time it was but know that I needed to get it done. I did the usuall using my bands/weightas for the app. excercises I noticed a nice feeling while doing the moves my upper body tonight took some nice toneing tonight as I strived to do my excercises with a very well clenness!!!I like doing the workout’swere you are using the weights cause after awhile you become use to pumping it up!!! and with the resistance bands you get some real nice results for your time on being on the bands if you are at the right angle and pulling down and squeeze holding you get the max effectiveness out of it all. 25 lbs weights also bring on great workout for your moves. Ab ripper also was good for we tonight I climbed my legs with no grabs tonight and had my leg/knee bent for the harder rep move. When I am doing my sit ups I reach way up and then over you can also if done right feel this in your side cause when yo go up you also move from side to side during when you reach the top Ab ripper X is wonderful when it comes to wanting to tone up your mid section!!!  Thanks all and have a good night  be well till then   Thanks P90X!!!



P90X Reivews: Day 138 Knepo X

Happy sunday all today for breakfast I had a egg cheese and a glass of milk with a coffe black got up today and started looking at 4 wheeler’s for my wife and I to have something to ride around on!!! Found one real cheap and picked it up today its a honda 300 ex 1998 its in great shape its going to need some new tires in the front as soon as its gets to be riding weather plus my wife and I need to go get some helmets for us. The kids loved riding on it with me I made a circle track in the yard just to rip around on. Once i had the track set up we rode around for abit. Lunch was a turkey snadwich with lettuce, spinach leafs and a slice of swiss cheese with some mustard. I had carrot stick with some hummus to go with it and a glass of water to drink with my lunch. Kenpo was good for me today I was using my hand weights for the entire workout Kenpo is quick and fast paced so you can really get a bang for you buck here. On top of the calories you burn off. I followed all moves to factory specifacations today and did real well. We had kind of a lad back day for us all it was nice to just chill out today and do some riding around in the yard. Thekids go back to school tomarrow so this is the last day of vacation for them and its back to school. I also did and caught up with my sons homework/ reading he had to do over his break. We had a few books to read so that took some time but we finished it all up, then e played some lego’s and we completed the board in lego stars wars for the Wii together as father and son we took down lord sidius he was actually pretty easy I followed my son’s mak cause he has better exp then me at the game. I also had a recovery drink 1 scoop in my water for my kenpo workout that to helps you out a bit so you don’t get burned out. With kenpo being your body is a constant moving and swinging its really helps out so you can make it through. plus with the weighted gloves it helps out for block, and punches to give that extra boost for yourself. I recommend kenpo being a weekend workout when its time to get your behind up of the couch and bring it. …… see you all for the start up of next week P90X blogs/ workouts be well and enjoy the rest of your day. P90X Reviews: Day 137 Legs/Back/Ab’s

Hello this mornings beakfast was 2 whole wheat waffles with a smiggin of surup with a glass of milk and a coffee black. I had to work this morning this will be my last saturday ever working at this place. Today I made 4.5 hours and worked for 8 to 12:15 so I made my time atleast. Better today for hours than what I spend during the week working 8 hour shifts. So I am happy to know that my last saturday here was atleast worth it and I got to leave early. My lunch for the day was a salad, spinach leafs, tomato, carrots, onions. I had a glass of water to go with lunch. After lunch my family went to the mall to get some things and for dinner we ate at ruby tuesdays I ordered salad bar and the turkey mini burgers with lettuce and tomato on them. Instead of fries I ordered broccilli!! much better than french fries. I had a diet coke with dinner. Tonight my family and I went to a friends house to hang out. We had a Bonfire for like less than an hour even with the flames raising higher than me it only lasted for a little bit then after it started to get real cold outside so we went inside to finish the night and watch so T.V. When we left there we made our way back home. So from there I procedded with my workout for the night. Istarted up at like 10 tonight yea it was late in the night already so I had to get started. Legs and back went as smooth as possible I still even at that late in the night had the energy to really give it and bring it hard!!!! I did not find tonights workout to be that enjoyable cause it was so late in the night but I did get it done, in hops that I would be in bed before midnight. Ab ripper I broke out my mat and went to town with the moves Its getting real good for me during ab ripper x cause I like that when you are in the zone ab ripper is the plus bonus you need to just get the few more minutes out of the days P90X excercise. I think ab ripper X is a great workout and its timing has alot to so with it. My body is already burnt after the first hour and then there was AB RIPPER XXXXXX yep this is truly a very well though up ab workout the whole time you feel it in your ab reagoin from strat to finish. I am the ripped king as tony like to call jason in the D.V.D there is a few times I have to hold in my laugh during ab ripper X one of the other mention sayings / scenes is when tony comes at the Tv and goes ab ripper X i try not to laugh but i think i do everytime. I slammed down a recovery drink 2 after tonights workout It felt great and so do I !!! be well till then



P90X Reviews: Day 136 Yoga X

Hello my breakfast was a turkey sausage,egg breakfast sandwich which was very good, and i had my coffee black. My snack for the morning was a recovery drink!!! Today at work was another crap day. But there was a shop meeting at lunch break so I limited myslef to 2 slices of plain cheese pizza. I remember before doing the P90X program I would eat like 4 to 5 slices of pizza. The P90X nutrition guide doesn’t say anything about that at all so now a day’s I just limit to 2 slices I had water to drink with lunch. All the stuff said during the shop meeting really had nothing to do with me cause I only have a week left anyway. So on that note I can probably say I was not even really paying any attention to it, Owell At least I had a slice, my last slice from this shop. Lunch break was good for me, after lunch I had to do an oil change waiter thats about it. So once again another died afternoon. I did however get to leave around 3 cause I got tired of waiting around for nothing. I went home and relaxed for a bit. I ate dinner aound 5 chicken, sweet potatoe’s, mixed veggies, and a glass of milk. After dinner I went ahead and did my yoga exercises. Tonight I was on top of my game with my warriors and salutations At this point I dont even really look at the T.V. screen that way to I can just concentrate on my form and body postures. Tonight I almost went full lenght crane which I got to tell you its hard as hell to do that upsidedown. For all the new readers to I am not a flexible person at all but I do try doing my best. During yoga it gets hard to stay focused for so long so keep up a nice pace to keep things flowing Also please keep in mind that after an hour and a half of yoga your body will never fell better and relaxed than it has ever been, and if you are truly bringong it on a day 2 day then you will benifit from Yoga X…… Keep in ind that given the right amount of time with yoga its going to help your body also with the extra trash thats a around yoga gets rid of the rif raf so clear yourself up when it comes time to sink in an hour and a half… be well



P90X Reviews: Day 135 Back Biceps Ab ripper X

Hello today was a good day work was slow only made 2 hours today. That will all be done soon anyhow cause as I noted a few days ago i put in for my 2 weeks notice cause I’m just not making any hours at this place anymore and it’s time to head out to better myslef and my paychecks. I went to 5 guys burgers and got a burger today and some fries with a diet coke I know its not a part of the eating guide for today but the place just opened up and I wanted to go and grab a burger which for me as ok I eat very good anyhow so today was a bit of a splurge day. For dinner tonight I had whole wheat noodles and sauce with a salad with fat free italian dressing and a glass of milk. My upper body really felt the workout tonight after having last night off it was good to get back n the mix plus I had to do my excercises tonight to rid myself of the fries and burger. I did well with everthing my numbers as far as the reps go are still keeping up with the usuall numbers I don’t want to really push that hard cause I want to make my reps/moves clean remember its not how many you can do you just do it tilll its good and you can hold out to do them properly. So thats what counts as far as that goes. My back and arms feel nice tonight My 25 lbs weights really do the trick when it comes to Bringing it. Also I feel that I can do my reps with the 25lbers properly!!!! I missed out on my snacks today but I did get a recovery drink after y workout was done for the night. Heading into friday I plan on doing some yoga and kicking back for the weekend. I alsohave to work this saturday but thats alright I would rather get in as many hours as I can for the week cause so far I don’t have much time in. So hopefully I can make some time on saturday. I’ll see you guys here for the weekend is coming and I’ll be doing my P90X and feeling great doing it. I also plan on playing some W.OW this weekend also cause I haven’t gotten to play that much this week cause I have been busy. Hopefully The guild and I can put something together and make a few runs and have some fun!!!! K folks see you later have a nice night/day ……
