Hello my morning was a good morning at work. We start of the day fairly well but as soon as we get to lunch break it all goes down hill. Even after lunch there was a waiting list for all of us cause there was no work the only reason I got a job this afternoon was cause the tech that was before me was stuck on the can. So when he didnt promptly respond to the disbatch window. He was skipped over and I was the next one in line. So yea atleast I got a job this afternoon. I also needed to get out out 3 today cause I needed to get the kids off the bus today. So I needed to do that. My wife is usually the one to get them from the busstop, but today she needed to work till 5 so for today we traded places. I had more soup today for lunch, water. I had a turkey burger for dinner with spinach,BBQ sauce, pickles, jalopenoes. Broccilli,apple slices. I had milk with dinner tonight. Plyometrics was alrite for me tonight, I passed over the jump knee tuck today. Alteration was me just lifting up my knees to my chest. I took out the high impacts today to save my stuffed up weighted down head from even more worse feeling than It still already does. All in all I made it on;y until the cooldown I didnt cool down tonight I just wanted it all to be done by the time the last few moves were felt kicking in. During tonights workout again I really put in good efforts doing my lunges, squats. I just did the step move during the turn’s cause I wasn’t going to throw my body around to much. After the workout I knew I had atleast done a good job tonight cause even though I did some mod’s I still did the best that I could do. I may not have blow out the walls tonight BUT I did get up of the couch and I did my plyometrics!!!! Tonight I need to get ready cause my kids and I are going to be having a Star Wars <<< VS >>> G.I.Joes action figures plus Base fortress and vehicles ground and air combat. Allthough I’m not sure who will prevail the rocket blast’s or the electric force!!!! Ok time go spend time with the kids have a great night.

Hello I m back. Had a drink called the HOT Toddee not sure about the spelling basically its ginger root apple cider vinigar hot tea water for my cold remidee. Ive had a few of these for the past 2 days it really opens up the airway passages. My workout was ok tonight i still feel a bit down but did not want to fall behind on my workout I kept things short and sweet tonight. I kept reps down just to be able to finish up the workout tonight only doing about 10 to 15 reps a piece. I did not want to go overkill cause I am still feeling down but wanted to bring it as best as I could Used my black band for all my pull up chin up excercises. I had trouble with the vertical push ups though caue it forced my head downwards and My head feeling like a ton of weight and clogged up cause I am feeling down.I did however do really good on the regular push upsections and the chin up/ pull up di not get me any problems to night. My breakfast was 2 slices of fruit bread with a small amount of butter a Px90 protein bar for snack AM and a sourdough pretzal for my PM snack. My lunch was a turkey sandwich onion, lettuce, swiss cheese low fat mayo and spicy mustard with a glass of water tonights diner was homemade soup to help me with my cold. Stew meat veggies and cabbage!!!!!! its a real nice soup when you are feeling like crap and I had 2 oatmeal raisen cokkies for desert after dinner. I did also put 1 scoop of recovery drink in my water for tonights workout to help me along with my excercises. I also took a hot bath tonight with some opening up the airways bath stuff to help me breath better during my bathit felt great. Tonight am not not as sore as the past couple of weeks due to my body is probably catching up now with all this wroking out so I am getting the soreness of it all is slowing going away witch is also great cause I don’t like the feeling of being drained espically when I am still sick hopefuly soon it will all pass. But I must say this new cold remidy drink is def working its wonder’s so thanks for posting up and helping me with that!!!!! ok thanks all!!!!!
Hello all i am still feeling down but I keep taking my medicine cold and flu relief. Today for breakfast I had 2 whole grain waffles coffee and a glass of milk I took my vitamin. I also took a vitamin c tablet to try and keep up on my immune system. I worked out after lunch today I had to shovel out my driveway we had over 8 inches of snow. That didn’t help my noise from running all over my jacket. You know when your out there and don’t have anything to wipe it on, lukley for me it was laundry day so when I got back inside I just through it in the wash machine. Only 5 loads of laundry today, not bad considering that a weekly load is usually 7 to 8 loads a week between my family. Kenpo was good for me in just a little bit of a way, today I did not have much to give today as I would have been bring it a whole lot more but my body just doesn’t have the drive I ned to really get it into overdrive. I think today I would have to say I am glad that I atleast did a workout though. It made me get up and move around a bit whwich is good for a sick person cause if you just sit around all day, sometimes it just geet’s worse and you don’t feel anybetter. I did not use the weighted gloves today eather. I did not feel the ned to due to my lack of body strenght. Even after I got done I sat down and had a coffee and a large glass of water with it to put somemore fluid into me to try to flush out my body of the sickness waste. I also modified my kicks today, not kicking so hard that I would have kocked anyone over but just enough to get my legs up off the ground just for a change of pace today. I did a;ot of body swinging though when it came time for my puches/hooks/upercuts. After finishing up week 2 I really need to just go shower up and snap out of it, I am ready for a nap and my body is to not to mention shoveling a 3 car driveway plus the walk way is enough of a workout of its own. So yea I am going to chill out for the night see you all for the start of week 3 P90X classic. Hi all, my body is shutting down for the day. I have become very sick I feel like crap Ive been on nite time cold and flu relief but its only keeping it from getting worse I think its not actually curing the cold and it is starting to travel into my ear which stings me like all hell. I do not like that one bit I have decided to just take it easy for the night thanks for all your understanding.
Yoga isnt my favorite thing in the world but I do need it to perform to my max skill level and peek at this workout with out yoga. My body would not be able to perform the way it does. Yoga helps me out I really like doing the first half of the wrokout now last round I did I didn’t like it much at all. I found it very hard and my wrists didn’t like doing the salutations. This time around I am really looking to better my yoga. Becoming more flexible is key its what I need to give myself that little extra that I need and yoga will help me provide that. My body over the past few days has taken a beating for the best and now with yoga I can do my best stretch out and just forget about the rest!!!!!!. I did well tonight with these excercises after taking a few weeks off. I can asure you all it didn’t help I should have kept doing something during the holidays to keep my streching going but holidays can be very busy and time consuming. Now that it is all over I can have time to get back into the motation of geting X’d well with yoga on my body creating me to be me relaxed, calm, cool. Don’t forget to HUmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm at the last you really need to release.
Hello its hit mid week and I am ready to work Tonights workout went real well I am still using my bands the black band for my max weight on my excercises. All in all I am doing less reps at the max band weight which is OK for now cause I am only in my 2nd week of my round 2 of the classic . Ab ripper X Im am currently getting the hang of it again after that 1st hour goes by and you just want to be done from the intense workout. You still need to do your ab ripper X which for me I find that as long as you just do the extra 15 minutes or so It really boosts you into overdrive cause after that hour hits and your body is still used to working you won’t even really know that your stiull out there. Im a person who watchs the clock from time to time and I know when its time to finish with the best possible way that you can. My abs are torn up tonight from the heals to the heavens when I boost my body weight up my ab are reaching. when you fifnsh your on fire i n your mid section and dont forget on your oblek V up if you are really maxing out when you are making contact all your abs at this point are feeling it. So of my meals this week have been for breakfast. Fruit bread 2 silces, scrambler’s, whole wheat waffles. Snacks P90X Protien bars, cheese sticks, granola bar, soy nuts, pistacoious, Dinner shrimp stir fry, Ham, green bean, squash, dinner roll 1 with a smidgen of butter. I make the sandwich with the ham pieces Its my version of the mini’s there cool atleast I think so anyhow, Drinks Recovery drink, milk, coffee, water I had 1 diet coke so far this week on one of my lunch breaks so yea pretty much sticking with the nutrition guide eating right and getting in my P90X I already feel great this week I am starting to feel the change. It does burn and its been touf but give it another week and I wont hurt anymore and Ill be able to get ripped up Px90 style!!!!!!!!
Hello plyometrics was very hard on my body today. I went through lots of water during this. I was working really hard on my excercises. During hot foot I took the jump rope option cause my knee’s were rough from all the proir excercises. My squats I could feel these also in my knees tonight, I took a woopen and thats a good thing. My upper body is still sore from last nights workout. Jump knee tuck for me during the last few to keep up with the leap frogs I started cramping so I tuned it down a notch. I modified my X jacks for regular jumping jacks but did more to make up for it. During water breaks I kept up doing smaller versions of jump knee tuck for a little boost of modifaction. I like to feel it when I am hard at work so thats how I did things tonight. I also skipped pitch and catch for more catch it shoot it cause I felt like getting my body of the ground. My heismans were also a nice clean hold, I got busy with it and hold the heisman. Stop then go then go then go!!!!!!!! Hold it. During my tire hops and guater jumps I really put my legs up in the air to get the most effiecent way out of these. I am very tired tonight so I’m heading out.
