Hello This morning I had a real nice breakfast SPINACH SCRAMBLER with all the trimings, tomato, onion, low fat cheese!!!! what a great breakfast and a slice of whole wheat toast with a dusting of butter. I am a coffee drinker for those of you who are new to my blog and to the Px90 program .. I drink my coffee black before I had begain the P90X I used creamer not anymore its just another additive I dont need drinking your coffee black takes so getting us to, but in time like all things you become us to the change. Did I mention my wife made me the scrambler that was real nice of her, I was running late in the morning and she helped me out so that was cool. My body is in recovery from plyo, today at work I was walking with purpose, in hopes that my legs would feel more loose cause with last nights jumping around they feel flizeee. My upper body feels like jelly esp in the upper part of my arms. I am on the black band for my reps and XXercises still keeping it simple though doing less with the top band. Give it a few weeks though and I’ll be blowing out the walls with all of this. A couple of days into it and I am getting real excited and I feel great again over the holidays I got sloppy but am now realizing I am here to bring it and will. Ab ripper is still the smae for me I do the excercises well as best as I can. I havenot been able yet to keep my feet from touching the ground during masion twist. I used to be able to blow through that and do the extra. Goes to show you what a few weeks of can do. Thanks all for your comments and support Have a great day.
