Hello everyone day 2 has arrived for plyometrics. Tonight I was exhausted after this one I have not done any kind of jumping around in weeks. My legs are very sore and my body took a beating tonight I was feeling a little sort of breath towards the end. I did however pull through for a very stron finish. I ate a nice dinner tonight I had homemade orange chicken breast, mushrooms raviloi,green beans and milk during certant parts I go a lillte crampe in the waist area but it shortly pased during the water break time I allowed myself to gain back some motivation and breath, and got back into the groove of it. My squats tonight werent as low as they could have been but like I said before I was very exhausted tonight. With all this moving around I do however feel real good about doing it and sticking to my plan of P90X attack. This week during work we are currenlty installing a few new garage doors onto the building to add a few extra bays, and they painted the walls to here in the shop to brighten things up a little cause usually the shop walls look horrible due to grease grim and etc so this place is getting a face lift. As far as my workouts go I am getting into shape and lifting my spirirts!!!! see you guys tomarrow for my next workout. I look foward to ab ripper I need to wrok on getting my abs back in shape ater these weeks of ot doing much I feel a bit sloppy in my gut area so hopefully I can tighten up things. alrifght have a great night

Way to start back up. I’m on Day 61. I also fell behind (3 days, should be on Day 64) over the holidays. Back into it and actually my legs are sore as crap from my last leg workout (not sure why, but I did try to go lower on all reps). Now I’m sitting here trying to pull it together for Kempo. I’m fighting a cold, legs sore, and tired. I just have to make it to the DVD player and press play. Legs haven’t been this sore since Day 3 after Plyo. Thanks for posting this crap, it’s nice to have someone else going thru this pain.
I was hesitant at first to try P90X, but after watching your jounal it inspired both me and my wife to go for it. She’s not as hard core about it as I am, she misses a few days here and there. I’m on day 17 and can already see a nice improvement in my body. I’m fighting a wicked cold today, so it was really hard to focus on the yoga. But I’m keeping my eye on the prize, and after comparing your one and ninety day photos, I gotta do it. Hopefully when it’s all done I can move up to plus. Keep up the good work.
Tom - I’m on my first round of P90X - and on the same day as you. I found Plyo to be incredibly hard in the first 30 minutes - and then fantastic in the last 30 minutes (with the exception of Hot Feet). Sweated a ton - but feel good today. I guess I shouldn’t be complaining at all - I’m only 29, but have a good 10 lbs to lose in the belly and look forward to the workouts! Great to see you going onto round two - I’m getting married in June, so hope to get into round 2 in the middle of April.
