Yeah the amount of food you eat is definitely something you gotta get used to. I&#039;ve tweaked it a bit here and there but that is one thing that people worried about starving themselves don&#039;t have a problem with P90X. I was initially shocked by how much food they have you eat, but apparently my body is using it up.  Only having one carb a day is really rough though.

I am currently on my first Rest week of the Plus.  Today I did Core Synergystics.  I killed the staggered hands push up w/ 50 of them.  I think when I started out I was doing 25 or 30(I&#039;m not sure b/c core doesn&#039;t have a worksheet).  Anyways it has been exciting to do some workouts from the classic X again.
