Tom hello all welcome me back please THANKS!!! This is my second round of classic sorry i was absent over the holidays but things can and did get real hektic so thanks for the support. My holidays went well and I had a good time. I did slack a bit on the way I was eating and drinking but thats all over and I plan on sticking to the nutrition guide as best as I can. So with all that its great to be back and I plan on bringing these next 90 days of intensity to the limits. Today was the opening day for chest and back. I am still using my black bands, 25 lbs weights on approved excercises, and my push up bars. Tonight was a nice way to get back into the P90X and to know for the next 89 days I will be picking it up and giving it the go. I found myself actually doing a few reps of my push ups tonight on my knees cause towards the end i was starting to really feel it in my arms. I havent really done much for the past few weeks as far as working out. So I casn say that tonight my arms to a pounding, but I plan on getting through the next few weeks of this and it should all be back to normal for me without the pain and soreness. Remeber folks just get yourselfs past the frist couple of weeks and then it becomes routine!!!! alright thanks again and lets join in for another 90 days READY SET BRING IT!!!!!! Tom’s back R U??? Glad to have you back Tom. I have been going it alone for a week now. Jeff and Mike both got injured at the same time. Jeff hurt his shoulder and Mike hurt his knee. I am currently on my first Rest week of the Plus. Today I did Core Synergystics. I killed the staggered hands push up w/ 50 of them. I think when I started out I was doing 25 or 30(I’m not sure b/c core doesn’t have a worksheet). Anyways it has been exciting to do some workouts from the classic X again. I also smashed my Back and Biceps yesterday moving almost all reps up or increasing weight! So keep on Bringing it Brother!!
Hey Tom,
I followed you through your first round, and I started my first round the same day you started your second round. Loving it so far (just finished Day 9 today).
I was initially shocked by how much food they have you eat, but apparently my body is using it up. Only having one carb a day is really rough though.

I’m glad to be back on classic! Sounds like you’re doing really well way to kill it in synergistics! Sorry to hear that Mike and Jeff got hurt. Hopefully they’ll be back on the program soon.

Yeah the amount of food you eat is definitely something you gotta get used to. I’ve tweaked it a bit here and there but that is one thing that people worried about starving themselves don’t have a problem with P90X. Keep bringing it buddy and check back in soon to let me know how it’s going.

What sup bro. I am in my 10th day of P90X. I just finished working with the KempoX Workout. I tell ya, I am bringing it….Feeling the burn and using my recovery drink. Don’t bang the joints….
