P90X Reviews: Day 114 Kenpo X

Hello my breakfast this morning was a coffee black a glass of milk and oatmeal with raisens. For lunch I had a turkey 6 inch sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, swiss cheese. I had a large glass of water with my lunch. My dad meat up with me at lunch break so we went together. At work today I did the oil change and rotated the tires on our van it was due.I also washed and vacummed out the van to clean it up all this nasty weather has made it very dirty in and outside of the van. Dinner tonight was fish, asain salad, and wild rice and a glass of milk. My wife and I watched Max Payne tonight after dinner. Didn’t get to finish the movie though. We will watch the rest this weekend. Px90 tonight was Kenpo X. It was good for me tonight I used the hand weights today for the workout, to give myself that extra boost in my swing punches and blocks. Horse stance was also real clean tonight I can get down nicely now without my legs taking a beating. The lower you can get the better it also improves on your stance and balance posture. Have a nice firm body toan while in the stance it helps. My kicks are getting better to I can kick just above the waist on my pivots while getting the max leg performance that I can give. Kenpo is a nice realxing workout that burns up a nice sweat and getts ride of calories!!!! Thanks folks have a great night and I’ll be looking foward to getting into this weekend. My sister and my nephew is coming to visit us for about a week so it will be nice to see them and have good family times with them. I only get to see them a couple times a year so it will be nice to catch up and see them.!!!!! be well till then see you guys later and thanks for the posted and comments.



P90X Reviews: Day 113 Core Synergistics

Hello My breakfast today was coffee black and some oatmeal with milk. Work was mostly busy today, still slowing down in the afternoon’s I got to leave at 4 ish today that was great. I like beating the snow rush for the traffic jams. I came home to lots of snow. At my place just about a foot of snow. Lets say it took awhile to clear it all out, but I did it and got it done. Dinner tonight was egg white omelets with whole wheat toast that was cool to have a breakfast at dinner time.I had a large glass of milk to go with that. My kids and I after dinner played Star Wars action figures with the castle battle station. Tonights victory goes to the kids again!!! Shortly there after I started my workout. During the workout tonight I had a recovery drink to back me up mixed into the water. I like taking real nice deep breaths during my warm ups to really get my air ways moving and get me ready for the intensity of the moves don’t cobash your warm ups cause you may not be fully ready for your next hour or less of the workout. I have a hard time during the stack foot pushups my legs pretty much always fall down, but I fight to get them stacked back up quickly as I can. For my cresent lunges I used 5 lbs weights to add to the move, let me tell you 5 lbs is plenty after a minute I was getting real results in my stomach. I felt the burn in my core area thats for sure. I felt like my boat was sinking tonight while doing the bow to boat. I felt my body slipping for this one, but I did my best on it. During my linge and reach I used 10 lbs tonight, this one for is a wonderful move I like this one alot It really works you out. When I got to my walking push ups this really got my abbs pumping, O could feel my stomach pulsing. My towel hop I used the step motion cause I try the jumping and my feet hit and it just doesn’t work out for me so I ust the step. For the bonus I went with the halfback and the table dip leg raise then I went to the cool down and that was it. I did a nice job tonight made a few modify changes and finished strong. P90X Reviews: Day 112 rest day

Hey folks my friend jerry came up tonight to join us for dinner and company and just to hang out after he left I had already been through a six pack mixed between blue moon and sam adams so I decided to just use tonight as my off night . Tonights dinner was chicken spagetti mushrooms zukini and tomato sauce all ixed together with gree beans on the side!!!!! whole wheat noddles!!! My day went well at work to I actually made so time there today. It was nice to have a good time tonight with friends and family!!! alritee see you all wednesday,,,



P90X Reviews Day 111 Recovery week begins!!

Hello all this morning from 1 in the morning till about 8 my son spent the entire night every hour on the hour throwing up, puking, etc. This was not good at all. He keep crying all night long about stomach pains, his way ways hurting, due to all the throwing up, plus high fever. At just before 8 today he spiked another fever, thats when we called his doctor. Doctor said go right to the E.R. So with that being the case. My wife and I both called into work and brought him to the E.R. Got in fairly quick this morning cause we got there just after 8 this A.M. Ok here the crappy part they had to put an IV in his arm cause he couldn’t hold anything down without throwing up. Well the first 4 attempts with his middle of his arm left side and right, no god he kept shacking very strongly and screaming at the top of his lungs, Hes only 5 and he is very scared of this. HE DOES NOT LIKE NEEDLES AT ALL. After 2 more tries 5 helper to hold him down plus my wife and I total to keep him still from moving cause all the prior attempts to set the IV in was no luck. He also kicked the tray that they keep all there misc stuff across the room. I felt horrible to have to hold him down and watch him go through this tragic porcedure but he had to it was for the best. So after 2 needles to the middle parts of the arm, and 1 to the left upper side of the wrist and then across to the other right side of the wrist the IV finally took, minutes later he was out cold He really worked himself up very much so after that he was out and slept for a couple of hours. He also has an ear inffection on top of this huge stomach bug he had. Like I said for hour after hour he kept throwing up every thing and could not keep anything down at all. My breakfast today was coffee from home I made it before we left to go there. I grabeed some eggs, homefries, buscuit, bacon from the hosiptal, It was an alrite breakfast not what I would have liked to have but I was very hungry after being there for hours like that and only having a coffee. When we left the hospital we went to walmarts to get my sons medicine and cleaning supplies. We also got him a toy after all he needed one after all he had to go through this morning. After we got home today after that I had some lunch. I made a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread swiss chees slice, spinach leafs, and mustard. The afternoon my son played in his room with his action figures. My wife and I cleaned up the entire house, dissinfected everything the air sprayers and the wipes wiped everything down and vaccummed the house and did laundry. For dinner tonight we had a chicken salad with honey mustard low fat dressing that was a great salad I had a glass of water to drink for dinner. AFter dinner my son got a bath then we all hung out for just a little bit he fell alseep on the couch and shortly after that I put him to bed. I hope he is well by tomarrow so he can go back to school now that he has been on meds for 24 hours. Cause We need to go back to work, can’t really afford to miss out but if my son needs help and is not beter he comes first. Anyhow lets hope he is doing well so he is able to go. Ater a VERY LONG day today I cleared up all the crap and went into YOGA X the destressor the relaxer the all in all chill peroid, These segiments are fantastic I worked and worked at just all around getting to the point of my twist holds and my poose holds. Yoga could not have come on a better night. I really needed this also I like doing yoga now cause it is a night were it is not full blast in your face pumping up the weights and doing push ups all night lol. Dont get me wrong i dont ind that but when you go from a hard week like the hard core workouts of the P90X . Yoga X is a nice relaxing go at your own pace muscle relaxer. Not only do you break sweats during this but it helps open up your body and relieves strenues muscles from proir days when your body is going through the brutal X moves!!! Alrite every1 I even rememberd to start up my recovery week my last 90 days of the P90X program, I forgot to do my 1 st round of recovery , not this time. As I amhere wrting my blog for the night I also am having a small glass of recovery drink which is going down real nice!!!! The recovery drink for the 1st day of the recovery week!!!!! Thanks all this is going to be a nice week of recovery, These 3 weeks have been pretty tense but I’m hanging in there and now I get to recover which will be nice



P90X Reviews: Day 110 Kenpo X

Kenpo X is great I burn off a ton of calories during this P90x workout. I really like to throw my punches, and be on the move. The kicks are great to during normal days for most people you probably not doing lots offs quick turns and lifting up your legs to do kicks. This workout really keeps you on the move. I notice I go through lots of water during this. Its really the way to go to keep your momentum up. Just don’t drink to uch cause then you can feel it sitting in your belly.The block’s are just as nice cause its the way you throw your block is the way your body is getting moved around and reaches to change up in motion. Which is also very good. Some fun for today that my family did was we went to the mall and walked around that a nice walk too cause your up walking around getting some nice endurance for your body during the day instead of just sitting around. My family and I went to see Hotel for dogs. We went for the kids they had a good time. Our friends also joined us with there kid, it was a very fun time. We have the cinema card for discounts we were able to get a free popcorn out of it that was great considering a popcorn is the same price as a movie ticket these days! all of us shared a large cheery icee those are so good. Its funny we all say come on its my turn for the icee. They go real quick when you have to share. This weekend I could say I splurged a little bit with eating, I also had a couple of sam adams this weekend also, but I kept it to a minimum.



P90X Reviews: Day 109 Legs/Back/Abripper X

Hello today was a slow day at work I was ablt to get out of there at 2 that was great to leave early cause I don’t like hanging around the shop there there is nothing going on. When I got home I went straight to my workout cause its friday and I wanted the rest of my afternoon and night to be spent hanging out with my family. I really worked out my warm up stretching before I went into it. My body felt great and I was able to get right into the excercises. My chin ups and pull ups were all done with my balck band today. All reps per set were a total of 15 each per set. Also on the band really hold and squeeze when you are at the bottom of the rep, I think you really get that extra firmness you need to get the max out of the bands that way. The wide’s are a little harder but you just have t really get your arms wide during the set don’t loose form our its not going to be wide. Keep it nice and clean. Lunges, The chair lunges really get your legs flowing I use my toe face down its less strenuss on my ankles and for being there for so long you want to get it done right. My calf raise squats I made 10 lbs weights for those After squating like that remember to keep your back in good form you dont want to hurt yourself during these on when you are heading down into the squats. Alternating side lunges I used the 10 lbs weights for these also to get some better effect in the lunge. The wall squats were just plain ok my legs still shake all the time when I do these. I do enjoy doing the super skaters It really is a nice excercise I like doing them there fun. Tonight the kids have religon class so that cool. ALso tonight we are going out to pizza hut for dinner. The kids have coupons for there montly book readers from school so we like to take them there tonight so there get there free mini pizza’s alright enjoy the rest of your night. We head into the weekend!!!!!!!!!



P90X Reviews: Day 108 Chest Shoulders Ab ripper X

Hello, This morning started of with my son punding on my door to wake me up before the alarm hit. Breakfast was good I had a protein shake, berries,banana,protein powder,milk,ice, and I had a coffee black on my way to work, Work was same old same old The morning kind of busy, the afternoon died. I had a nice 4 wheel brake job. A radiator job also so that was good atleast. Lunch today was turkey burger, swiis cheese, spinach, water, snacks were carrot sticks with jalopeno hummis!!! that was a real nice snack. I want to focus on ab ripper tonight, Doing abs after the workout really puts you into overtime, your body is working very hard at this point so I believe that doing the ab’s is best before shutting down for the night, so nights after I do my ab ripper minutes later you can still feel the ab’s getting ripped!!! even after you are done cause as your cooling down your body is still up on the bring it scale. For me minutes later I can still feel a good feeling in that area knowning that for the night my ab’s have been rocked out and ready for the next 1. The way the routines go you really are getting a fantastic ab workout in only 15 minutes,no sitting there for time after time wasting time with routines that don’t work, The ab ripper is the way to go. The oblek v ups work the sides also when you climb your legs your abs are turing up to climb up your lrg so you then are also working the side of the ab’s Full sit up when you reach up then over really helps me fight for every one to make it real clean and not do cheat reps. Do the amount that is correct for yourself and don’t F around. Just make it clean thats all I have to say about it. Masion twist combo I right back to making it the whole round without breaking or dropping my fet to the ground. Yep thats right I found myself again and I am working hard to get there. Chest and shoulders went good Again total upper body here after you finish up with that if you can’t feel the burn you aren’t doing something right. All I need to do is keep reps the same and I can make it till the end, no mishaps here, no time to waste just getting in shape and working hard for the 90 days here thats me TOM I posted up for last nights blog so I hope all of you will check out the new video when it is ready will be out soon.
